I really love this community. The apartment is lovely and well cared for by the staff. Really like the proximity to the village center and the dining and shopping. I wish parking was a little better. The garage is almost always full and I have difficulty sometimes finding parking on the first floor where I live

Great experience- love the apartment Don??™t like the excessive bugs from May to current. Most people are friendly and people take pride in living here. I think dog owners should be more conscious of the effects their dog urine and poop on the grass and shrubs. They don??™t use the dog park enough in my opinion.

Everyone has been awesome! Management is on point and they reply to any concerns you have timely. I have lived at presidential city recently and their management is terriable. I am so happy that I moved out of there early to live here at indigo 301.

I love everything about living here. The amenities are great, staff is welcoming and maintenance responded to a request in less than 10 minutes (not even being sarcastic). It is pricey in my opinion but for what you get and the area it is worth it.

The staff at Indigo 301 are very friendly and available. They know my name and always greet me when passing them in hallways. There is a large variety of amenities on property which are always well maintained. Finally, the proximity to King of Prussia Town Center is extremely convenient for dining, shopping and fitness.

We downsized when our daughter went to college, and found Indigo 301. We are very happy and absolutely love being here. It feels like we live in an indoor gated community, the way our neighbors and even the staff speak and say hello everyday. Almost as soon as you put in a request to get something done, its done within an hour, that is amazing. The front office staff especially the manager, Kenny are all wonderful as well.

My wife and I chose this place for many reasons. Just an absolute perfect location for our jobs and nightlife. Very, very pleased with the outstanding office staff who have your package ready within seconds, all the way to the mai ntenance guys who are super quick in dealing with issues and very polite. I love this community because it's the right perfect for my busy and modern lifestyle; the apartment has an extreme appearance of a professional lifestyle; Property manager and its staff are brilliant and respond to anything so quickly; friendly and well trained maintenance; they keep all amenities disinfectant and cleaned, specially gym, carpets, bathrooms, elevators; shopping center is so convenience. exception lock system, security and garage. love it!

Let me start by saying, do your homework in the area as there are a ton of vacant rentals in the area begging for residents as well as 5 new developments about to open nearby so Rents will tumble over the coming months/years ........These facts made my boyfriend and me laugh at the overall arrogance of Indigo's pricing and MANY fees and add ons. We have a dog and 2 cars which ADDED $160 right off the bat to already VERY expensive apartments (total would have been around $1900 for a 1br with only 750 sq ft).The layout of Indigo itself is just plain strange as you walk down LONG windowless corridors like a maze, with no real views of anything once you get inside a unit, unless you want to face/smell a very loud highway,construction blowing dirt into your windows, or across a courtyard at nearby neighbors and the noise bouncing around ...The greedy land planners have crammed thousands of units down here, serviced by paid 4 story garages, surrounded by overdeveloped stores and restaurants; we tried walking our dog after the tour and were nearly run over by speeders! As I read all the 5 star reviews, I have to laugh and wonder if Bozzuto's thousands of fellow employees aren't pitching in with fake posts, as nobody being conned out of their $ would ever rate this more than 2 stars. Nice try Bozzuto upper management, we rented an entire townhouse in Wayne for 1800. Lose the greed, drop your prices and maybe people will want to live here

The staff is very friendly staff and responsive. Maintenance quickly responds to requests. My neighbors are quiet and I cannot hear noise from outside the apartment. Despite being a large complex, it has a small community feel.

I enjoy the smoke free environment for my family. The bozzuto experience makes you feel pampered and and stress free! Very competent manager and staff they take care of everything you need. The community is very clen and well cared for and the event foster community. It is the ideal place to live. I found it to be accessible after a health problem I experienced it proved to be the best place to live..

No problems. Issues responded to immediately. Staff professional but yet very friendly. My one concern is residents not having full control of their dogs. I think some of the clientele fell that their dog should have free rein. This has led to some ???accidents??? especially on week-ends in elevators and left there for some one else to clean up. I do pay enough that I would expect a more considerate type of resident. I myself had a dog and would never let that happen. I wonder if these residents think they now have someone else to clean up after them.

Indigo 301 is a great place to come home to every day. The community is clean and there are a huge number of amenities and perks available as an Indigo 301 resident. Combine that with the fact that Bozzuto is a wonderful management company and I can't imagine having chosen somewhere else to live when I moved to the King of Prussia area.

The staff have always been very helpful. The appearance and upkeep of the lobby, game room, pool area and courtyards is very appealing and clean. The apartment is roomy and ample closet space. The stores in the immediate area will meet your every need: food, sports, socializing, shopping.

Clean and well maintained property that is accessible to a lot of nearby establishments. The property does a great job at putting on events to get the tenants together. Given that the town center is new, that is a lot of traffic and construction going on which is disruptive at times. The construction should reside soon once complete. Traffic patterns could be improved with additional signs. Overall, great area to live.

Overall great place to live. Great proximity to anything you could possibly need and the amenities are fabulous. The noise from neighbors above and below is an issue as there isn??™t any insulation in the ceilings. Dog owners sometimes don??™t clean up after their pet.

Perfect place to live where there is luxury and comfort. Every time me and my bf walk into building, we get the feeling of HOME. Secured community. Love the garage space for its price. i dont use my car much as everything is in walking distance. its in perfect location of being not too far from the city area. easy access to all major highways. My friends prefer to come to my place for meetups as its convenient for the guests too, as there are lots of things to do.
