Been here 2 months and have been extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by the quality of the building and management. 1) The walls are paper thin, so if you live anywhere near an aggressive dog (which management 100% allows) then you will hear it at all hours. I have a dog, I am sympathetic to owners, however frankly some dogs should not live in apartments. Management does not take the noise complaints seriously. 2) Maintenace takes a good deal of time to fix. We had a sewer odor from the washing machine that took a month to get fixed, and was only fixed after me following up. We discovered ants shortly after moving in, and Maintenace scheduled a pest control consult for several weeks later. Weeks. Insane. 3) Parking is overpriced, and people don't pay for it. I see people sitting by the entrance waiting for another resident to buzz in and then tailgate into the garage. I also would like free parking, management doesn't seem to care though. For the price of the Indigo, it is insane that there are so many issues that pop up. I am looking to move out as soon as possible, I would advise any prospective resident to look at other options in the towncenter.

Management team is great, neighbors are kind, great area. I would recommend this apartment to my colleagues. Living here for 3 years allowed me to grow and discover more about myself - and that is important because there were no distractions or living issues involving the building/staff. We have enjoyed being here so far. The staff is friendly. The maintenance staff is very responsive. Parking is easy. The package system works well. We will sign another lease here when our sis up would recccomend to other friends to live here.

Indigo has been a great place to live. I feel safe here. Amenities are all nice and very well kept. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is about the smoking area the residence that use it don’t clean up after themselves and I happen to use that stairwell to come and go from the building when I am not driving and there are cigarettes everywhere. I have complained and the management team and this area has been cleaned up within just 24 hours

The rent far exceeds the quality and value. There are many security issues. Garage gate and doors into the building are frequently broken, allowing anyone access into the complex. Consequently, there have been numerous automobile break-ins and non-residents causing damages and disturbances inside the complex. Do your research on Grayscale prior to signing a lease. Great maintenance staff.

Living at Indigo is overall good experience mainly due to location and some refreshments recently done in the building. However still there is room for improvement with cleanliness and more attention to details. I'm still not sure if the building is equipped with the working surveillance system.

excellent place to live, management are awesome specially Krista & Anthony , always respond emails even when it's not within the office hours. The building is equipped with many things and specially you can have your dogs and not worry about anything. The dog park is right around the corner and everybody is so friendly. They even do events to get together.

The grounds are great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is quick to get back to you and help solve any issues. The building is clean and great location to the town center. Very dog friendly building. My only critique would be to add a hot tub next to the pool!

Chill, clean, and close to the town center. Food discounts for nearby restaurants. Open layouts and interesting floor plans. Nice for single professionals, couples, and small families. I work from home, and the environment is work-friendly.

Worst Experience!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Where do I start? They had maintenance issues all of the time we lived there. There were several gas leaks that they said was from a stove being left on but it lasted for days and after that PECO came and told us there was a gas leak in 2 apartments. It was never taken care and Brad always had an excuse. They had several water leaks. The first floor was flooded 3 times during my time living there. This also was not communicated with us and we found out from other residents. The rent goes up every year and for the mold issues they just paint over it. We found mold growing on our window and their solution was to give my pregnant wife the Clorox to clean it. We had other friends that were residents and they also had mold all over their walls. We moved because we had two babies and we were starting to have health issues because of this. This was the worst experience of our life.

when Greystar took over INDIGO 301 things had really changed and not for the good. i was a residence of the unit from 2017 to 2023. i moved out at the end of July 2023, turned in my keys and did everything that they wanted me to do to move out. it is almost the end of October and I still have not gotten my deposit back. every time i call i get the same runaround that the accountant department is out and they can not do anything until they get a hold of them. this is very frustrating on my part because i paid my rent on time and did whatever they asked, but getting my deposit back it has been a huge hassle. so that is one reason why i would not recommend renting at this complex because of the management of Greystar. one bright spot is the maintenance at the complex. they are wonderful. they are understaff, but whenever i had an issue with a repair, they were there within a day. so i can not complain about that.

Indigo 301 is an awesome location with great access to restaurants, shopping, grocery, and transit. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great. A great and rare feature is the golf simulator.

In the first floor, there are ants and flies in the first floors. You should tell everyone earlier. The service is not fast. Moreover, in the community, there is not a Yoga teacher. The maintenance staff rejects me .

Indiigo 301 was the first-built amongst a group of luxury apartment buildings nestled in King of Prussia. Unfortunately, management has allowed the Indigo 301 building and “luxury” amenities to slip to banal and mediocrity compared to the surrounding properties. Generous budgeting to keep their properties fresh seems to be unimportant to the management company (Greystar) as compared to increasing profits which would naturally tend to decrease as their property falls into disrepair compared to competitors.

I still have a problem that there is no size limit on dogs here. Some residents have dogs the size of a pony. Also, no limit on how many dogs, cats etc a resident can have. Also no requirement that the dog be trained. I often encounter dogs in the hallways that bark and try to attack me while the owner is unable to get the dog under control. I understand this provides another revenue stream for you but you are also liable if something happens to a resident.

Residents are preferred to move out over renewing at the same rate their same unit is being offered to new residents. My rent increased 3.5% while the same unit was being rented to a new resident $164/month cheaper. Terrible. Wouldn’t even just keep me at the same rate I was paying which was almost $100 more than same unit to new resident.

Management of this complex basically believes offering people some candy or slices of pizza every once in a while makes up for how badly the building is run. We haven’t lived here long, but it’s been bad ever since we moved in. From cars being broken into and feeling a general sense of unease in your own home is not a pleasant feeling. The apartment had mold in the shower upon move in along with the washer. We needed to clean that out. There were also holes and cracks ALL AROUND the apartment. If they charged about half the rent, I wouldn’t be complaining. But the amount of money they charge us to give us ------ service and make us feel unsafe is sickening. They make you pay extra for storage and parking a month too! The storage area was FILTHY upon getting it and they charge an ungodly extra $50/month per cage for something that’s not even climate controlled. The indoor ones that are cost $100/month and somebody could easily reach around and grab your stuff even if it is locked. Parking is extra too and they charge an unprecedented $75 per car/month. This would be fine with me if they actually enforced parking and had security to prevent vandalism. For example, normally Friday-Sunday nights are busy times around town center and often times there will be MANY cars parked in the garage from people who should not be there. 0% enforced by this place. Now management wants a big pat on the back for recently putting in more cameras. 1. Where? They haven’t told us. 2. How many? All areas need to be surveyed around the parking garage and stairwells. 3. What good are they if there’s nobody there to enforce security? Also upon move in we discovered luckily that the wiring where the lights were had been tripped because of exposed wiring. We only found that out because we were putting fans in, (Indigo is to cheap to put in fans for the people they charge 1000s of dollars a month for). Be prepared for your place to be quite warm if you have windows as well. Since this place has huge regular windows and little mini windows under that to let in “natural light,” even though it will get really warm on a cooler day, they will blame you for freezing the a/c unit if you turned on the air when it is under 55 degrees outside. The most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in my life!!! You should be able to turn on a/c when you need it without guilt and without having to worry the unit will freeze in a couple hours! Now tonight is the breaking point as we are literally in our master bedroom and have headaches from weed wafting in either from a/c or outside the apartment! Unbelievable! For a building that claimed to be luxury living, they have A LOT to be desired. Please do yourself a favor and don’t move in here! I’m not sure how there isn’t a collective lawsuit against this place.

So far the experience has been great. My moving company did not make this easy on me but the staff at Indigo did! I have felt very welcomed and the service has been fantastic. I will absolutely recommend Indigo 301 to friends.
