Overall, it's a great place to live. It's quiet and also well maintained. The amenities are fantastic and maintenance does an excellent job of making sure requests are handled in a timely manner. It's also a great location, close to restaurants and the mall, as well as Philadelphia.

The staff is wonderful and I feel very safe. My only complaints are than I can hear my neighbors sometimes at a normal speaking level and I wish the coffee cups, sugar, etc. were available earlier than 8:30 am

The community is new which makes it seem great. But the costs and expenses are outrageous. There is nothing this property has extra that are worth the high rent prices. Just to use the amenities the price was an extra $400 upon initial renting. You are paying upward to ~$2000 for a small one bedroom where I have rented a similar area and exact same concept apartment/layout/size for only $1300 in a downtown center brand new building as well. Upon the high rent there is even an extra monthly pet rent. They nickel and dime you on everything here. You also pay an extra $75 just to park in your own parking garage when there is way more than half of the spots open yet you are not allowed to park on the street??¦so you are forced to pay extra for garage rent on top of the outrageous rent prices. Paying to park one car in your own parking garage is a bit much. There should be allowed one car per tenant paying rent at minimum. There is nothing this complex offers that other apartment even brand new complex??™s offer. Staff is okay but definitely not incredibly warm and inviting after you move in. This place is definitely not worth the costs$$$.You can even hear every conversation from all your neighbors even when they are talking normally. This complex worries more about what it looks like on the outside more than how they treat the residents.

In general, the Indigo 301 apartment community, satisfies my needs, and expectations, with one exception - Parking. A Parking Garage is built with the apartment complex, however, an additional fee is charged to use same. I think parking should be included with the rental fee.

We have been very happy here at Indigo 301! The maintenance has been superb! When we have reported a maintenance issue the response has been immediate. We are very appreciative! We are very unhappy with the noise from our upstairs neighbor. The man has a heavy foot! His constant walking all day is disturbing.

The property is brand new, has great amenities and a super convenient location. You can walk to many shops and restaurants right outside your door. The apartments are spacious and the staff is excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love my apt!! The unit itself is perfect! The appliances are the best I've ever had in apt living. A big problem is the noises I hear above. When my upstairs neighbors use the bathroom I can hear it. When their alarm goes off in the am I can here it. I think the building could have been better sound proofed. The maintenance team is amazing! Property is kept neat and clean at all times. Response time for service is almost instant. I couldn't be happier. I do wish they didn't raise my rent every year. The rents are high and I've paid for my pet along with parking fees. I think at the very least parking should be free or half price. I can't park far because I have trouble walking so I need to pay for the garage. Between that and my pet rent it takes it up further. Now my new rent is 35.00 more. I don't understand why my rent is going up. It is easier for you if tenants stay. I do wish the bedrooms had hardwoods too.

So far it has been awesome despite the thin ceilings. The gym and common areas are great especially the sync area. The golf simulator has been wonderful as well. Had some friends stay over who thoroughly enjoyed being here. If there was one change I would make it would the ceilings. I can't hear the neighbors at all, but the people above me I can hear throughout the day. Thankfully it is more muffled in the bedrooms but it can still be heard a little bit as I'm sure the people below me would say the same.

MORE THAN ANYTHING ARE: 1: traffic in the Town Center is extremely dangerous. There are few stop signs. With all of the cars and PEDESTRIANS, it's too easy for accidents to occur. 2: we have no screens on the balcony door. Bugs are coming in and that is in acceptable.

This was a great move for me personally and would be a great move for anyone looking to live in the area. The apartment is incredible with all of the luxury features and brand new appliances. The building has so many additional amenities that are all incredible I am usually playing pool or using the golf simulator a few times a week.

The experience has been good for the MAJORITY, that said I do have a problem with how thin the ceiling walls are -- with the price I pay I do not believe tenants should have to hear their neighbors stomping above them. Also, at night you should cut the courtyard lights so they do not beam into the bedroom

Living at Indigo 301 has been great! The staff is friendly and attentive. The amenities are amazing - from the gym with virtual fitness classes to the pool there is always something to keep you busy. It is also a great location! I love being able to walk to various restaurants, bars and even the grocery store.

I totally agree!! Indigo 301 to me is like living in an exclusive high end hotel. Everyone in the office cater to your every need and the maintenance guys are very professional and extremely nice! There is so much to do in the building let alone outside in the KOP Town Center. My favorite is the custom ping pong table with the leather net, insane!!My work is right down the road and I feel like I am coming home to a very nice hotel every night! Thank you to everyone here..5 stars for sure!!!

This place is amazing! The gentleman in the office named Kenny was a big help in getting us to lease here and my husband and I are very happy. Maintenance here are the best we have ever dealt with! We had a small issue with the water dispenser on the fridge and he was here within 10 minutes to fix it and was very polite and well mannered! My husband loves the fact that he can golf indoors, they have everything here and the Town Center across the street is great. Cannot say enough good things about Indigo, we are glad we decided to move here!

Indigo 301 is an amazing apartment community in the highly sought after Villages of Valley Forge. The amenities include demo kitchen, mix and mingle area, gym, yoga studio/spin room, golf simulator, game lounge, (with billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and so much more), business center, bocce ball, outdoor grilling stations, fire pits, dog park and a pool! The staff are very professional and are quick to address concerns or issues, and the maintenance staff is the best in the area. Be careful when you call because normally they are there no more than 5 minutes later!!! Because this is a new community in a great area people have moved from all over the state or country. Residents are eager to get together and there are even resident organized evens such as happy hour on Fridays, Card night on Tuesdays and Game night monthly. If you are looking for a place to feel like a community where everyone knows your name and always have something to do and people to do it with, this place is for you. HOWEVER, please be aware this is a smoke free, drug free community, including inside apartments, on balconies, in common areas, in the courtyards. If you are on the property grounds it is not allowed and you could be evicted for not following the policy.

Good parts and bad parts as in any other community. For such a price I would have expect better finishes in the apartment (floors, countertops, etc) and less dirt and noise form constructions next door. Neighbors are nice, that makes up for it, as well as proximity to restaurants and mall. You really are in the middle of everything, nice pool, I already made friends in the community, the staff is nice and I like the parties they organize monthly.
