The apartment looks luxury. Good neighborhood. It is very nice to have a ping pong table and pool table, but the pool table looks super old and unbalanced. I hope it could be maintained by somebody. :)

It always smells fresh and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The residents themselves are sometimes inconsiderate - leaving boxes in the refuse room instead of bringing them down to recycling, or leaving carts in the parking garage. But that's not the apartments complex's fault, and I know they are frustrated by that inconsiderate behavior as well.

This has been a good apartment living experience. The apartment is very good, parking is very good, amenities are also very good. This has proven to be an excellent location with many residents becoming friends. Staff seems to really care about our satisfaction.

I really enjoy how clean the building is and the friendliness of the staff. My wife and I have very much enjoyed living here the past three years. Like any apartment there are occasional things that happen, but for the most part we are very satisfied.

I am one of the original residents of this community and sadly have seen a dramatic downward shift in the management and maintenance of the property, the safety and security I feel as a resident and the overall sense of care from the staff. These are people’s homes not offices.

Indigo is such a great community and the management is awesome. The move in process was extremely easy. The common areas are always clean and neat. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained. 10/10 recommend

Indigo 301 has been great so far. Everyone, from the staff to the people living in the community have been extremely nice and welcoming. We have only been here for a couple weeks but are very excited for our future here!

Some of the residents from Indingo and Canvas I’ve noticed that the poop from their dogs hasn’t been properly disposed of! And both buildings provide enough disposable bags and trash cans! Why can’t people pick up their own dog’s poop?

Staff is wonderful and helpful. I have had some issues receiving the monthly billing statements online lately. Unfortunately, for some reason the fountain isn't on anymore which adds to the beauty of this complex. It appears there is no more security workers at night, feels less safe than when I first moved here.

Staffs are always friendly. They responded and solved problems rapidly. Therefore, Indigo 301 maintains a luxury apartment as a new one if I don’t care. Additionally, Indigo 301 is located at convenient and safe place.

Don’t pay the price of a luxury apartment for a mediocre quality.
The only things nice I can say about this place are nice amenities and responsive staff 1. Noise is a BIG issue. If you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you. You can hear your neighbors talk, walk and sometimes run. The walls are really thin. I can hear clearly the conversations of my neighbor. 2. Bad Ventilation The smell of cooking lingers in the living room for at least 8 hours. The living room lacks air circulation because you can only open the balcony door to let air in but then insects may come in because there’s no mosquitoes net. The bedroom wall is not properly sealed so the cold air gets in your room during the winter and it’s too hot in the summer. 3. Dust Because of bad ventilation, this place gets dusty really easily. I have to vacuum at least once per week. My husband had allergy and can’t help coughing when it’s dusty. I had been diagnosed with hives since I moved in. I never had this issue from my previous rentals. 4. Safety There’re cars tailgating mine into the garage but you can’t be sure if they’re tenants. Sometimes the garage doors were left open all night. I smell pots along the hallway from time to time. Also, I have neighbors that lived for short periods and then either got evicted or moved out. That means the leasing office could be renting short term or we might have dishonest tenants that move in a couple months just to live here for free. If the leasing office doesn’t do a credit check on them then we might very likely have unlawful citizens as our neighbors. I heard that some tenants’ cars were vandalized even parked in the garage. 5. Mail room is a mess When the locker is full, the package will go to mail room. There’s always piles of packages in the Mail room and they weren’t able to organize them. Good luck finding your package from the mess.

I have never had a worse move-in experience than at Indigo 301. My lease was originally supposed to begin on Labor Day but as the office would not be open I was told I would have to grab my keys the day after. Not ideal but fine. Then I recieve a call stating maintenance is backed up and asking that I pick the keys up later in the day on Tuesday. Once I get my keys and walk into the apartment I see that it is filthy and still in need of major repairs. The floor in the kitchen looks like it was torn up and then put back down with wood glue. The flooring also doesn't completely rest flush against the island so there is about a two centimeter gap where the underfloor can be seen. I was lucky enough to get a unit that has floor outlets in the living room and bedroom but apparently whoever put in the carpet didn't know how to cut around one and the plate that was supposed to go over it was not screwed into anything. Nor was there anything for the cover to screw into. Upon bringing all these concerns to the desk and submitting a ticket for all the repairs I had to wait to hear back on a timeline because obviously you can't move furniture into an apartment that needs to have all it's flooring replaced. A week and a half later the flooring is finally completed, after stopping in the office everyday to get an update. When I address that the management company, per the lease, shouldn't be charging for the week and a half that I wasn't able to move into the apartment I am told the best that they can offer is two months free parking and a $250 credit. Stepping back from my personal experience it is also very obvious that the building is falling apart with seemingly no one caring to address the issues. Parts of the building are falling off, especially the underside of some exterior balconies. Several cars have been broken into (windows smashed) in the "secure" parking garage. Young adults who aren't residents are getting in the building and drinking/smoking in the common areas and stairwells. For some reason they don't seem to be publicizing any of the crime that is happening in the town center but it is prevalent in all of the apartments in the area (The Smith, The George, Omnia, Cirro, The Point). If safety is a big concern for you look into other communities because this area will not meet expectations.

do not move to this building the maintenance doesnt actually fix anything. There are ants and mice in the building and you can hear everyone move in the apartments around you. I am extremely dissatisfied with both maintenance and the administration of this building

We have lived here for less than a year and we enjoy our unit and its amenities. Like many apartments that profess luxury living the finish out is average, particularly the appliances. Master bath shower and vanities for only being 5 years old have not worn well. The management and staff are all friendly and helpful. It appears that they are understaffed and overworked. Security in this building and in the area are our biggest concern. This building does not have security personnel and Town Center has inherent lack of police presence. We have a balcony overlooking the main intersection and it is downright scary watching distracted drivers with pedestrians. I mentioned it to two police officers on bikes and they said they knew it was going on and acted indifferent to the situation. Population rate and visitors to the area is quite high so security of all sorts needs to be increased.

I have been requesting for over 2 months an Additional disability sticker on 2nd floor. I was told ok but still nothing done with multiple excuses we’re trying to get a placard to put up printed. This is truly awful as my wifw is disabled & cannot locate available close space today door. Also the rugs are dirty rarely vacuumed. Doors for moving in uhaul are left open many nights per week.

I just moved in about a moth ago and so far overall I have had a great experience. The employees are very nice and helpful. The only little issue is that when 2 tenants are walking down the hallway each with a dog I sometimes hear them fighting. This is to be expected and isn't really a concern. I just had to type something to fill in the characters.

Mostly positive with some drawbacks
My experience at indigo 301 is overall positive, with a few drawbacks. The apartment unit itself is spectacular - clean & updated, great condition, pretty quiet, nice courtyard view. Any time I’ve submitted maintenance requests, they’ve been handled super quickly by the awesome maintenance team. The building overall is nice too. The cleaning team vacuums the hallways every couple of weeks and I see them cleaning the elevators often. The amenities are great, though the gym is a little small and I’ve had issues with the treadmills not working from time to time. I haven’t used the pool so I don’t speak to that. However, there are a few major drawbacks: 1. Package room. If the package conceirge lockers are full, your shipment will be left in the package room inside the leasing office. This room is complete mayhem. On several occasions, I’ve been alerted by the shipper that my package was delivered to the room but when I got there to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. I once even asked the staff to help me look and none of us could find it. I’ve lost several shipments this way. Not having a fully reliable package system is a problem. 2. Garage gates/entry doors left open. On several occasions, I’ve seen the garage gates left open or entryway doors propped open, meaning anyone could access and enter the building. This removes any semblance of security and makes me feel uneasy. 3. Skyrocketing rent. I’m bracing myself for a significant rent increase based on new rates being advertised on the building’s website. What I pay now is fair for the value and what is offered by the complex, but the rates for current available units are much higher and are not worth paying to live here.

Great celebration days and social gatherings! I love my apartment - it has great views and lots of windows! However, the walls and floors are too thin and noise coming through them is irritating. I have had a number of cracks that need to be prepared.

This is a very nice apartment community located right in the town center area. The staff is polite and professional and the building is is very well maintained. The management is receptive to feedback and all queries are resolved in a timely manner

I have been at Indigo 301 for one week now and very happy. The property is well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is great and quick with any repairs. The amenities are like a hotel if not better and the location is amazing to town center.

Indigo 301 makes everything easy for me. I don't ever have to worry about anything, to be honest. It is a pretty quiet, clean and friendly environment. I appreciate the staff and maintenance crew for all that they do.

Everything has been wonderful so far! The noise can be a bit too much sometimes because the front doors are not as thick or insulated as they could be, however since it happens once in a while I don't really mind it.
