I absolutely love living at Indigo 301. I moved in a little over a year ago, and have had such a fantastic experience. The complex is beautiful and the leasing, housekeeping, and maintenance staff are always super friendly, and helpful.

The community is very nice but we need focus on the road inside the garage . The people do not following the speed rules and also they did not pay attention . They forgot we live with children . Thanks

Maintenance if good, everything is always resolved first day of reporting if it's inside my residence. Building isn't cleaned or painted with anywhere near the frequency of the previous management. There are issues with the dog park and repairs to the bag dispensers and the slamming gate. Light fixtures are out or simply missing.

Fantastic amenities: fitness center, golf room, pool, game room, business center... All these places are clean, bright, and well maintained. It's fun just walking around the building or seating in the lobby. The leasing office also have fridge for packages of perishable orders!! The current team work promptly towards any issue. The manager Nicole communicates actively to solve the problem. There have been many community activities in the past two years, add more fun to daily life :) My apartment is facing the highway, so we could hear the cars all the time. We are OK with it, plus the view is good. The rent is a bit pricy, for sure, but overall I'm satisfied with the living experience.

Facts speak for themselves. 1. My car was vandalized and other residents' cars vandalized several times in allegedly secure garage. Management did not follow recommendations of law enforcement to secure garage. 2. At least 3 citations by Fire Marshall for violations. 3. Major structural problems with garage. My car constantly had film of what appeared to be decomposing cement. 4.Garage security gates and doors to building consistently open. 5. Monthly bills late and inaccurate. 6. Began leasing to short term residents who then had to be evicted. Damage to unit doors apparently by these residents breaking in and late night move outs. 7. Stained hallway carpets and nicked walls. Excessively dirty trash rooms, door handles that did not work. 8. Maintenance staff below par in terms of service and competence. 9. Poor ventilation. Hallways and units smelled of other people's cooking.

Horrible beyond belief! Management is absolutely useless and doesn’t respond after a full year of major violations and breach of lease agreements. property is a utter mess with parking garage near collapse and dangerous yet they continue to charge you to damage your car and cause unsafe conditions. On a scale from 1 to 10 a negative 100 is what they score. I should have left when all the original tenants bailed out but was very ill and Covid-19 hit so I’m stuck in this hell hole. RUN DONT WALK

I feel very safe in the community. The management team members are professional and friendly. The location of the place is convenient for daily life. Most of the places I need to go are within walking distance. The maintenance workers are skillful, patient, and nice. Overall, it's a good place to live.

Was great when Bozutto had it and has gone downhill at a rapid pace. Most original tenants have all moved out and now bringing in a bad element that entertains all their city friends at pool and party room. They trash the place and it is like frat house.

Its very easy to live here. The whole community is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is helpful and responsive and seem to appreciate the residents. Maintenance will work with your schedule and get things fixed in their first visit. Overall very happy with Indigo 301

I like it, easy to get maintenance help and everything is very clean. It's easy to use the amenities and they are accessible and cleanly. I really like the business center. Also it's super central in town center making it easy to go outside into the community.

Most quiet apartment I've had. Definitely recommend Indigo 301 if you're looking for a place. Great amenities, maintenance, office staff. Pet friendly, though I don't have any. It is great to see all the pets out and about.

Nice people. Nice atmosphere. Plus, you cannot beat the location. It's walking distance, or more like mere steps, to many shops & stores with convenient access to major roadways. Dog & Cat friendly. The bedroom closets are a little funky and atypical....and I kind of wish the walls were white, not gray (it's a lot of gray)...but other than that, I'm quite pleased.

The apartments and the community are gorgeous. It is definitely pricey, but seems to be competitive with other apartment complexes. Fantastic location, and the amenities onsite are pretty cool (pre-Covid).

I love where I live, but the community has not been as good since switching to greystar. The building/apartments are great and area is awesome, but the maintenance is sub-par. Nice enough folks, but just not knowledgeable on how to fix things and do t take the time to research what they dont know.

We started out in an apt. facing 422 with a really nice balcony that we could hardly ever use because of the noise. Then, we moved to an apt. facing out over the lobby entrance, which is MUCH better regarding the noise level. We can always hear the person above us walking around, but at least we can't hear 422. Also, the suicide windows are terrible. This would be a much better apt. if there were normal windows with screens in them; we had a couple close calls where we thought our dog was going to launch herself out the window. Regarding the cleanliness of the community, whoever leaves their dog poop everywhere should have automatic fines taken out with their rent. Maybe they'll learn something from that.

Beautiful community and apartment. Great amenities like a game room, nice gym and pool with firepits. I feel like I live in a hotel ot at a resort. I highly recommend living here. Walk out the front door and you are at nice restaurants, stores and a Wegman's!

I wish I could give zero stars because this place is terrible. This place is not a luxury apartment. This is more of a government housing project. I pay way too much money to be spoken to by your terrible employees in such a manner. They do not show up to work on time and leave early. This is due to piss poor management!
