We have many issue with Bozzuto Indigo 301 apartment, it has cost much money and vacation days from work. We had our balcony leak, for two months and maintenance manager he is unable to solve the issue. We had leak in bathtub above us, which caused to have to replace drywall. Leaking pipe near our washer. Sewage smell coming from sink. Now I woke up this morning to leaking water again! Management of building (-----------) was very unresponsive with first few issues and later they just simply avoid returning messages altogether. Other problems were managers unlawful retaliation on residents for reporting some of the code violations and extreme shocking employee misconduct. Notice office staff constantly lurking to yell at residents, make up rules, and harass tenants on a regular basis. Fire alarm is constantly going off or chirping. They do not respond to maintenance requests. Their fake awards for property management and bait and switch leasing information just to name a few

For the few months I have lived at Indigo 301, it has quickly become a very warm, inviting home. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate all your necessities and more than happy to assist in any way they can. The moment you walk through the front door, the atmosphere and layout is extremely inviting to all.

Overall, Indigo 301 is an incredible luxury apartment complex and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance for shops and restaurants and the staff her is nothing but incredible and will always try and go out of their way to help you out. A+++

I love my apartment, the layout,the size, and the appliances.It is set near great restaurants, and easy access to grocery shopping. The staff here are helpful and accommodating.My only condos inadequate parking for guests.The is no overnight street parking or parking spaces in our development guests.

The office staff is very friendly and nice. I loved the welcome package that was left in our place when we moved in. The maintenance team arrives with minutes of putting in an request. The property is always clean and the amenities are always available.

Living at Indigo 301 is practically like living at a resort. The amenities are wonderful and well maintained, the maintenance team is quick to respond, and the staff treats you like family. Not to mention the property/apartments are beautiful and state of the art.

The community is clean, well maintained, and modern. The staff is responsive and neighbors are friendly. The staff often hosts events for residence which adds to the sense of community. The complex is very secure- sometimes a little too secure as visitors are often questioned when I buzz them in.

My 4 th floor apt is very quiet ( I m fortunate to have quiet neighbors ), and I have met many others that are friendly. The area is great to showoff to my guests. I feel safe walking outside, driving into the garage and the hallways when coming home late. My concern now is ??? rent increases vs my fixed income ???

Many of the building entrance doors / locks don't work. For example, the doors at Entrance 3-4 do not close entirely so anyone can enter without a keycard. The 3-4 entrance door doesn't close now and it hasn't since the summer. Numerous residents have notified the office staff about the defect, yet it remains broken. Now both leasing staff and management simply lie and say its repaired even though it clearly isn't (see timestamped photos from today). Interestingly, the Indigo 301 website advertises, "Amenities to Rival the Best Resorts," and Bozzuto markets their building development as "Perfections-A goal worth pursuing." However in reality the company is unable or unwilling to even repair / replace a faulty entrance door and would rather lie to residents and just say its fixed. Simply put this says more about the lack of customer service, integrity and professionalism at Indigo / Bozzuto than it does anything else.

For the most part excellent, well kept and convenient for me to get to work. Amenities are good if you wish to use them. The whole development needs more outside space, but that might happen when construction ends.

We love everything about this property. We are super happy with where we live now! The size of the apartment is much larger than other places that we have seen. Other places do not allow dogs, but Indigo 301 loves dogs! We have never felt more comfortable in any other apartment we have lived in before.

Indigo is the best place to live!! Management and maintenance are fabulous! Property is impeccable maintained. Amenities are like no other. The apartment features are high end with the best ever washer and dryer!!

I love living at Indigo! The staff is amazing, they know who you are and care about your wellbeing. The amenities are great and available when desired. The building is very well kept and always clean. Maintenance is fast and very considerate. Indigo cares about their residents and provides extra ???goodies??? like a summer bbq, cooking demonstrations, etc.

I have been very happy with Indigo??™s property. I enjoy the little extras the staff does and the monthly social activities are fun. The property is well maintained both inside and out. Living in the Town Center is a huge plus

Great community and top notch staff. A bit busy with construction from other buildings but overall good. Most tenants follow the community rules with a few that choose not to. Overall, noise is not a factor. Great location and within walking distance of a lot

Some of the community members treat the apartment as a post-college dormitory. I have heard people drunkenly yelling in the halls or on their balconies after quiet hours. While I would have absolutely no problem with this on weekend nights, having this happen during weekday nights is very disruptive. This is especially true during sporting events where some residents blast music in the halls with no regards to their neighbors.

Best place have lived so far.Town Center is happening and everything is convenient and accessable. One suggestion is, the gym can have more equipment so i dont have to go outside. Extremely friendly staff.

The apartment is spacious and lovely. The balcony views are stunning, especially at sunset. Building is immaculately maintained. Residents and staff super friendly. Requests quickly done. Wonderful place to call home!!

The experience has been good so far. Our Move in went well. One of our checklist items is still outstanding. The AC in the Master Bedroom could be better, not enough air gets into the room . The Maintenance staff has been great each time we have had an issue.
