This apartment is very nice but there's a ----- who lives there with the --------, she thinks she's the mayor of the dog park it bothered me a lot, I was thinking of moving there because there's a lot of dogs with the same breed as mine, but after seeing how she thinks she's someone in authority changed my mind, she has a dog name -----------. Be careful with this lady guys you don't want her to be your neighbor ????.

A lot of residents in this building are inconsiderate and do not follow community rules. They can be loud in public areas during sporting events, do not follow social distancing and ignore mandatory mask usage in public areas.

Great upscale apartment Community, open floor plan with stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets, pet friendly, covered garage parking and polite neighbors. Great location, hop on the Turnpike, walk to the grocery store and restaurants.

A comfortable modern living experience with easy access to shops and dining. Sometimes noise is an issue with neighbors but staff handles noise complaints well. Maintenance is quick on requests and staff is pretty quick with responses as well. I feel safe as well

We have loved living at Indigo, the facilities and staff are amazing and we have no complaints. During the COVID 19 lockdown they kept us informed of their position and while it was cautious we did feel extremely safe.

I love living here at Indigo! The staff is great, tenants are very friendly.... amenities are great... although cut short during this time. I lost my job due to Covid and the leasing office has been excellent as far as helping me work out financial arrangements.

The apartment itself and the amenities are terrific, but it is exhausting being told you can move-in at 8am only to wait until 10:30am before any staff arrive, and for the apartment not to be painted at move-in, and to be told that they will not adhere to the terms of the lease because theyve updated their leases even though thats not the one you signed, and for the community to get incredibly rude emails from management, and so on. If it werent for the rude and unprofessional staff I would highly recommend, but as it is there are many other equally nice apartments in the area to look at.

I was thinking about renting at Indigo 301 and visited a friend. Stay away. The hallways and units smell when food is cooking in other people's units. People living there were not wearing masks during Covid time. Yet, management was locked up behind doors and anyone going in had to wear a mask. Seems to be maga-country with a lot of pickup trucks in garage and people who used the gym said Fox was the only news channel.

It was good with the old management. However, the new management company is lacking. Response time is slower, staff is not as friendly and the whole company seems less professional. We noticed quality of indigo has gone down and a lot of resident seem to agree.

Indigo has surpassed my expectations. All places look good when you are on your initial tour but Indigo walks the walk and walks the talk. Everyone from the desk staff to the maintenance crew goes out of their way to help and make you feel at home. Always ready to help, offer a smile and a greeting. Love it here

The people who live here are wonderful, and I feel my roommates and I have made many life long friends during our stay. But the staff is lackluster and embarrassingly uninformed about changes in procedure. Namely how management is handling Covid-19 and all the concerns and changes surrounding it.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are professional and will stop what they are doing to help you or point you in the right direction. The building is clean and working from home you can hear them running the vacuum in the hallways on the regular. Noise is not a problem and with a newborn I am sensitive to noise levels. I would definitely recommend Indigo 301 to friends and family!

Moving from a house to an apt alone was a big change for me. Management and the people here have made the transition so much more easier. They listen. It is not always the way I want something but management does listen and gives a reasonable response.

Clean, mostly quiet and modern! Cons: Holiday weekends are usually the only issues, security can't be reached and people stay up all night drinking and it echoes in all courtyards. Wish there was a kids room. Garage leaks water everywhere. Can't get a spare key for babysitters or pet sitters. Lots of additional charges, makes it expensive! Can't get to the 2 parks in the area because side walks aren't finish in any direction. No consequences for annoying tenants that leave garage and trash room a mess. Treadmill TVs need more Channels. Pros: Building upkeep is good. Rooms are a comfortable size, nice bathrooms, other balconies look small but we lucked out with a double size one! Great bike storage, free dog trash bags, safe building. Can't beat the location! Discounts at local places. Lifeguards. Provide nice resident perks (food, comedy, mixers), although they often end before 6pm. Nice gym.

We love living here. The amenities are outstanding, the unit is beautiful, the convenience is great, and the luxury is ideal! I love that they have events for us, and everything makes you feel like you live in a resort. I downsized our home to move in... reluctantly... and now I'm sorry it took me so long!!

It's extremely loud at all courtyards. The music is very disturbing. But This it's a very safe apartment complex, clean and new amenities, nice looking, close to highways in all directions, close to shopping and restaurants, rent is pretty high but is the going rate in the area.

Some of the community members treat the apartment as a post-college dormitory. I have heard people drunkenly yelling in the halls or on their balconies after quiet hours. While I would have absolutely no problem with this on weekend nights, having this happen during weekday nights is very disruptive. This is especially true during sporting events where some residents blast music in the halls with no regards to their neighbors.Extremely loud, residents playing music at the courtyards. Party all daylong, very respectless residents using the courtyard with subwoofer sound boxes. Indigo staff is aware but don't take consequences. A lot of neighbors moved out based on the loud entertainment at the courtyard

I love living at Indigo 301. The property is so clean and well maintained. All staff are very responsive & helpful. The personal touches they put on everything makes you feel like an important member of their community. The Leasing Manager is a true professional, knowledgeable & ensures their customer service standards are maintained. This is the second Bozzuto run apt I have lived at & they are the best run properties. I will never live anywhere other than a Bozzuto run property. You will not regret selecting Indigo 301!

The staff is very attentive to my needs and knows who I am when I see them. The always say hello. As the apartment occupancy rate has grown the staff has still maintained their friendly helpful nature. The apartments are nice, and with the exception of the being able to hear the tenants directly above me the apartments are fairly quiet. The location is very convenient, probably the best part of living here.

After a recent tour of this property we decided to choose a different apartment nearby. Despite some nice amenities we were left with a very disturbing feeling from the management here. Specifically the manager --- kept staring at our children in a very creepy way. He even followed our youngest into the bathroom and was asking him bizarre questions. At this point we had seen enough and were leaving when another employee kept pressuring us to stay and consider an apartment.

I have noted the deterioration of the property. It's a shame they don't keep the complex in a better state of repair. Roofs leak, doors don't close, and garbage litters the parking area and dog park. Perhaps the property manager --------------- should spend less of his efforts harassing &stalking coworkers and residents - maybe this newer complex wouldn't be in such a state of disrepair. After hearing the rumours of how Bozzuto transferred --- to this property amidst investigations and a slew of controversies I was a bit concerned. I can't speak personally to the accusations that ----- solicited --------- and other favors from his subordinates. Or that he once told a female who toured the property to '---------------------------------------------------------------------------------. Later he arranged for several maintenance employees to pursue the lady and accost her husband in ski masks
