Went in for a tour and the staff were very welcoming upon arrival and comforting. The place looks amazing and I will be visiting again to make a final decision.

There is a sign out the door reads walk in an visit the property, You go in they hand you a brochure and tell you make an appointment ! We made an appointment, upon arrival they said sit here somebody will be with you, we start just walking around since with a small kid you can't sit still more than 5-10 minutes, then one of the staff shows up and tell us you shouldn't be walking around!!! If you have time to come and tell us this, why can't you just make yourself useful and show us around, anyway after 15 minutes or so one of the staff shows up to give us a tour. What a bitter lady who talks and acts like a robot, No smile no welcome, After we are done with a lot of anger we just decided no mater what is in that apartment we don't want to deal with this people or clueless managers who put these people in charge!!!

As far as customer service I have not seen any place worst than this place. The staff who gave us tour were very unwelcoming, we wanted to see the outside amenities around pool and they rudely reject us. You ask about noise level and number of complains from other neighbors they mentioned that this is a noisy place and number of complains are due to people who use to live in houses and it is not our fault!!!!! we had waited for a long time to get a tour they were talking with each other and totally wasting time and not even an apology for not getting back to us.

Newly moved in enjoy the area and layout of the apartment. The night life is incredible. Maintenance stagg goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. Gym area could have more equipment. Mail room and package area is very well organized and you are alerted when items arrive. Front entranceway ne did a new door that can be used in all types of weather

My experience has been excellent ... well located, great amenities and well equipped apartment. The parking situation is awesome. The staff is professional and helpful. I would recommend living at 301 Indigo.

I have only been at the property for a month, but it has already made my life so much easier/better. I often take care of my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and the Indigo 301 property has increased our quality of life 10 fold.

The staff is phenomenal and the property itself is gorgeous with generous amenities. The only complaint I have is the noise, which is a consequence of the location of my unit. Very noisey neighbors above me, trash chutes next to me with people dropping their trash and recycles at all hours of the night, door to garage not far away which constantly slams and construction right outside my window. I wish I would have chosen a different unit from the onset but I am hopeful that my next unit will be much quieter. Other than the noise I am very happy that I have chosen to live at indigo 301 and would highly recommend to others.

Moved in 2016. Kelly was so helpful and more than willing to answer my insane amount of questions. Kenny has been very cooperative and professional at all times. Waylon and Josh are great as far as maintenance issues and answering all questions. Very professional in treating my home with respect. I honestly love living here more than any other place I've lived. I hope it will continue to stay well maintained and the pricing not increase. As stated above I don't agree with the exorbitant pet fees. I also wish there was no additional charge to park in the garage. The rents should include parking.

Great place to call home! This community satisfied everything I as looking for in a rental community; new construction, dog friendly, amenities, friendly people and conveniences to restaurants and shopping.

Very accommodating staff, great amenities, geographically close to many food and drink places. Half Mile away from entrance to highway. Efficient appliances and nice wood flooring with great views and very fast and friendly maintenance staff.

Beautiful modern apartments. The neighbors are all so friendly and the employees are incredible! I've been so impressed by every leasing, service, and management employee. Great noise barrier from outside, but can hear between walls. While a little pricey, you are paying for location and beautiful a gazillion Amenities. Parking price is steep though. Love living in a place where everyone is friendly.

You're not just paying for an apartment, you get a huge sense a community when living here. I feel like I'm walking around my own home when I walk around. Everyone says hi to eachother and we even spend time together in the game room, drinking a beer and watching 'the game'.

It has been amazing. The amentities are first class, the buildings are clean, it is quiet, and the management is very friendly and helpful. I locked myself out of the building after a long night at work and maintenance was there within 5 minutes to let me in!

We end management had some difficulties agreeing on the parking rate and reserved spot. Otherwise, everything has been wonderful. We expect to enjoy all of the amenities and love that management has an apartment event each month. I think that's a great way for all of the residents to meet and associate.

Actually a few weeks ago (November 2016). Great staff, wonderful grounds. No sound issues at this moment. Since it's a new property, there is construction still underway but that's not an issue. Common areas are very well kept and I enjoy that there are monthly events for residents, so we get a chance to network with the staff and each other.
