Aisaiah Roebuck was the leasing agent who showed me around the property. He was extremely kind and passionate, and would have had me sign right there if I could afford it! If I moved in I would be very excited to get to see him and the other professional staff working at Alden Park, all in all a wonderful experience.

When I first moved here almost two years ago the community was cared for alot better. Five stars is not enough to express the exceptional experience I had at Alden Park. I Previously lived here for a few years, loved it, but had to move for work. Now that I am moving back to the area I wanted to move back into Alden Park with my old floor plan and all. Aisaiah has gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. He went out of his way to show me apartments that I didn't know I wanted until he showed me. He cared about what I wanted and took the time to answer all my questions. Not only is Alden Park beautiful but the leasing staff is wonderful and is making this transition so easy for me. I highly recommended Alden Park

There are pros and cons to every apartment. I'm okay with living here now but there's more problems than I would like that aren't managed well. I feel like I'm constantly putting in maintenance requests and I'm calling the leasing office more than I'd like to. The complex is beautiful and has so much potential but the management is inconvenient and just so poor that I'd rather live somewhere else if I have the option.

Not great, hallways in my building are dirty (often covered in dog poop and pee) , there is never available parking, (just recently had my car towed because of this), have also had multiple items stolen from the mail room.

The place is really convenient to access bus stop and the station which called queen lane station. Also, this place has a good amenities, such as indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Staff is also definitely helpful for every customers

Alden park is not a good place to live. Maintanence is not kept up, heaters are not great during the winter and A/C poor during the summer. The gates are often broken and take long times to fix, receptionists/real estate agents often can't help you anything (often rude) and cost of amenities + utilities can be ridiculous.

Lovely historic building on large landscaped property. Large light filled rooms with good closet space. Solid walls minimize sound between units. Architectural details not seen in modern buildings. Impressive lobbies welcoming you and your guests.

Some of the people who live here are awful, lawns are covered in dog crap, stepped in dog poop multiple times, facilities are overall disgusting, elevator always smells, bottles of pee in hallways etc

Gorgeous apartment with charming old features but remodeled kitchen with eco-friendly washer/dryer. Beautiful grounds. Nice amenities. Sound in apartments travels easily. Security is poor; there have been shootings on the premises. The parking lot is a mess. In the past, cars were towed for dubious reasons. I was towed on a night with 20 other cars were and was not in violation of any rules. Now people park anywhere and you can barely get out of the lot.

My experience with the current management staff has been positive the last 1-2 years. In prior years, there was too much turnover in staff with each change in management company. The current team has been effective and helpful.

Package room will be the biggest concern so far since we moved here. We understood that it's lots of work for handling 1000+ residency here, but we still wanted it to be a safe place to deliver our package and find it easily. Thanks for your kindness

I love my apartment. Maintenance is super quick. People are amazing, I like the gym and the pool too. But the package room is a real disaster and the leasing office is also very unhelpful about it. Can't blame them but I don't know who else to go to!

A horrible experience. No one responds to emails. There's dog ---- everywhere because there are no repercussions for not taking care of your pet. The laundry room is dirty. The trash room is a fire hazard because it is always full of trash. Why charge all these fees for amenities/trash disposal and still provide such terrible services?

The apartments are beautiful. I loved the landscaping. The pool area is incredible and very tranquil. Aisaiah was very helpful and attentive and answered all my questions. I could definitely see myself here. He was very knowledgeable when explaining the leasing and quote process. He made sure that I was getting all I needed to know at that time to ease the process.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. My experience with management has been average, it is often hard to get in touch with property managers and leasing agents. The parking lot is a nightmare; gates are always broken and people without proper parking permits park there. The pools are nice to have, but the fitness center is not well equipped and is very small. It's an old building so it has its quirks, but in the winter our smaller bedroom loses heat almost immediately, while the large bedroom gets very warm; more of an annoyance than an issue, but worth mentioning. The package room is a constant mess, packages are sorted only by building, so your packages will be piled on and below everyone else's. Overall, it's not a bad place to live; it's near to Center City as well as Manayunk, and the residents are friendly. However if communication and respect for your time/money are important to you, my personal suggestion is that you look elsewhere.

I love location & grounds. I have a nice view from my apartment and I like it for the most part. But it is an older building that is not well maintained/cleaned. However, sadly I think rent would be more if so. Kenilworth - the lobby stinks, elevator slow and dirty. The machines are not wiped down or cleaned in the laundry room and there is always a lot of mice droppings on one of the washers. There is a parking fee and its not really a gated community anyone can drive in, it's not secure. The indoor pool is beautiful but not clean and smells. I believe I got sick from the pool. The bathrooms in there are not clean either. The jacuzzi smells and I wouldn't even get in there. Oh and too often there is no hot water.

The campus was amazing with plenty of ground. Brandon was great to work with - very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us through the tour in detail, the apartment was well updated and the pool was incredible. It was all around a great experience.

My apartment and the grounds are beautiful. The amenities are great as well. However, safety is a huge concern for me and I notice a lot of residents do not follow rules to keep the community safe. Specifically the front gates next to Manor I have noticed are broken a lot and stuck open and I read in an email this is due to too many cars driving through without scanning their fobs. When I drive through the gates and there's someone behind me they never take the time to scan and when I do the person behind me will honk at me even though I'm doing the right thing. I've noticed residents keep leaving the pedestrian gates open too. Overall, I have had a good experience living here, it's just the safety that mostly concerns me.
