Each time we have had to call with a problem, we here at Rolling Hills are very lucky our requests are addressed within hours not days. We are now paperless, you put in a request by E-mail & it goes to the office & maintenance. The repair is done & a note is left with the action taken. If looking for a home, look for one with a staff with many years of knowledgeable problem-solving & the ability to carry out repairs. Rolling Hills has been here for at least fifty-some-years & has a great reputation for being one of the top places to call home. Make it yours.

Nice apartment. Quiet area. Very convenient to local stores and attractions. Leasing agent very knowledgeable. In complex that few tenants have dogs but rarely hear any constant barking. Apartment i I leased had a previous dog owner but I could. Not tell. Clean and new carpet.

We originally moved into Rolling Hills Apartments in 2021, and we moved out in 2022. We ended up missing our old place and moved back to Rolling Hills in 2023. Couldn't be happier with our decision to come back!

First floor tenants hear everything from the second floor. There is no sound proofing between floors. Other than that it is a quiet community. Very little noise is heard from the next door neighbor. You do hear neighbors that close their doors hard. They need a lesson on closing doors.

Nice community. We have be here just over a year and like that it is close to shopping and several restaurants. Has a park very close. Quite community. Maintenance staff is professional and friendly and all maintenance request have been taken care of quickly.

The grounds look terrible due to the lack of rain and the fact that the lawns have been cut to short. The project to remove overgrown bushes and trim other bushes was never completed. There has been no effort made to maintain the new plantings.

So far, I'm loving this home. Lots of closet space. And the rooms are very nicely sized. Community seems quiet and peaceful. Not alot going on which is nice. Haven't lived here long yet but overall, very happy living here. :)

The move-in process at Rolling Hills Apartments was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. It moved forward quickly and under direct discretion. I don't have any complaints about the experience at Rolling Hills and currently a happy customer.

The complex is quiet and is excellent for the senior community. Staff are courteous. Maintenance workers are quick to handle issues and usually get it right the first time. Grounds are landscaped immaculately!!

Madison is extremely helpful and pleasant. She answers all your questions quickly and thoroughly. Extremely efficient. The residents that I have met so far have been very friendly and welcoming. I've only been here for 2 1/2 days. So far, everything is just fine.

Okay but overpriced and they don't work well with you moving out
Like every apartment complex nowadays, the apartments are overpriced. I pay $1220 for a one bedroom apartment and it doesn't have some of the basic amenities you would expect. For example, I have no bathroom fan or hand towel holder in the bathroom and no ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are also no community amenities offered such as a pool or gym (besides a dog park). The only utility bill they pay is trash. Electric, sewage and water utilities are the renter's responsibility, so keep that in mind that your rent payment truly is only the rent and trash. Everything else is extra. The biggest thing I like about the place is the amount of storage in the dwelling, and the layout of the apartment unit which makes it feel more spacious. The location is also very nice and is conveniently located close to Rt. 30. However, anything that goes wrong in the apartment has a band aid thrown over it and is fixed as cheaply as possible and it shows. The paint is chipping off all of my baseboards, the caulking in the bathtub is peeling and I'm getting pink mold down between the caulking and the tile, and when I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling from the upstairs bathroom they patched the ceiling while it was still wet which left the plaster peeling and a "bulge" in the ceiling. Be cautious when moving out. They will try to take as much money as they can from you or give you every reason on why you can't get your full security deposit back. They required me to give 2 months notice on if I could renew my lease or not. Because I was looking to purchase a home I decided on a month to month lease option to give me more flexibility. 5 days after the 2 month notice (on June 5th) I found out my offer for a home was accepted and I asked if I could just finish out my current lease until the end of July and forgo the month to month lease. However they told me they couldn't do anything about that because I already signed the new lease agreement and would be required to pay August rent or I would be charged a "fee" that would cost 2 months rent which I found very poor business practice. Considering I have been a good tenant that has always paid my rent on time, the fact that they weren't willing to work with me 5 days past the 2 month notice seemed a little absurd.

My experience has been very pleasant. The sraff is very professional and pleasant. The deck is very private and enjoyable. We like living her very much. The townehouse is spacious and very comfortable for two with amazing size closets. The growns nare very nice and they worki hard for the upkeep. Very nice place to live.

This is a great place to live!! Very spacious and very clean. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. The maintenance team is great and they always get things done as soon as possible and they always do a great job.

I moved last weekend, the neighbors are quiet, and nice people. I'm so happy with my choice. See me staying here for several years. The complex is clean and staff is awesome. Especially Madison. She's very professional and very kind. If you choose to move to this area. This is the place to be.

It's an extremely safe complex and everyone is extremely nice. It's quiet and the staff is professional and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I really like it here and hope to stay for a long time

It's well kept and very clean. I love the assigned parking. Obviously it could be less expensive. And I thought I would hear my neighbors all the time and that's not the case, I do hear noises here and there but after all it is apartment living. Overall I would recommend this location to people I know.

It's a quiet area with bad parking situation and poor ventilation. The winter months my electric bill rose from 90 to over 250. We can feel a cold draft from all doors and windows. Also insects are constantly being seen inside, even after pest control has come inside and sprayed.

I recently leased an apartment at Rolling Hills Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial viewing to the signing of the lease, the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The leasing agent who helped me was knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was also very patient with me as I considered my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Once I decided to move forward with the lease, the process was very smooth and efficient. The staff made sure I had everything I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. Since moving in, I have been very pleased with the apartment itself. It was clean and move-in ready, and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. Overall, I would highly recommend Rolling Hills Apartments to anyone in the market for a new apartment. The staff is top-notch and the apartments are well-maintained and comfortable.

The maintenance men are very professional and do good work. The building is older and creaks. And the smoke from the tenant downstairs comes up in our bathroom and laundry room. One of the tenants gets angry if you park in a spot he likes, and shows it by throwing food and drinks on vehicles, writing threatening notes on vehicles, and parking people in. The office said to contact police because they don't want to get involved. There is no assigned parking and no one parks in his spot or the spot next to him just to appease the guy that harasses everyone. (He also got angry at a maintenance man for parking in his "spot" and was cursing at the maintenance truck, even though there was a spot right next to it.)

The community is good. Quiet and parking is good, had a few issues with our laundry systems but maintenance responds quickly and does great work. The doors are kinda weird how the both open out to the outside but that's not a huge deal

This is a nice, quiet place to live. The maintenance staff is very friendly, and work diligently on whatever issues may have occurred. They are quick and do a nice job. Some of the amenities are a little outdated and may require maintenance depending on when it was done last.
