So far the office staff and maintenance staff have been fantastic to work with! I couldn't be happier with their promptness and accommodation the needs that I have brought to them. The apartment was in wonderful condition upon move in. I am very pleased.

I have lived here for almost one year and I am very pleased with managemnt. Any problem that I reported was taken care of immediately. The maintenance guy is and office staff is very friendly and professional. Happy New Year to the Management team of Rolling Hills.

I have only lived here a few short months but find the community to be very clean and quiet. I did have one major plumbing problem on A Sunday. but I contacted the emergency number that was supplied to be and maintenance responded within the hour and resolved my issue. I was quite surprised by that.

My boyfriend and I have only lived here for a week, but nonetheless, are very happy! Everything is clean and quiet. We love the new appliances, carpet, etc. and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to continue to make this place our home.

Rolling Hills has been a wonderful place to live. It is extremely calm and quiet along a major roadway. Maintenance and cleaning has always been very quick and efficient in their services. Everything in the surrounding area is easily accessible

Everyone has been great to work with. Very polite and curious. Whenever I have had a question or a concern someone has always gotten back to me as soon as possible with an accurate answer. I strongly recommend rolling hills.

I live at Rolling Hills in York Pa, raised my sons here for over ten years, now that there is new management that I had a conflict with , they are choosing not to renew my lease, when I asked why, I was told a " A BUSINESS DECISION." So much for resident retention!

Newly upgraded apartments with great management. Nice area across from duck pond, making it a great neighborhood. Close to shopping, work locations, and other services. Nice units with new appliances, washer/dryer in unit. A nice place to live.

In my 6 years at Rolling Hills, I have been very happy as a resident. My initial draw to the community was the ability to live here with my larger dog, but the spacious apartment, great location, and nice apartment features are what have kept me here.

We just moved in and the shower head pressure was weak. They responded to our request fast and put on a new head. Thank you. We resided here before and loved it here. That's why when we moved back to the area we chose to live here again. Very convenient living here!

So far I have come to realize that the majority of the residents here are wonderful people. Otherwise the management doesn't seem to care. When we were snowed in earlier this year, they didn't have snow plows come in until quite later. Although there were suspiciously snow plows that cleared the general area of where the landlords lived and not where my residence area is.

I love the location and the apartment. I live in a first floor unit and the neighbors upstairs are very inconsiderate. They are loud and their dog barks and runs through the apartment all the time (it's a large dog). I would suggest a size restriction on pets. Everything is electric so the electric bills are high. I have to keep my heat at an uncomfortable level. The grounds are nicely kept and the office staff is pleasant. It is a nice bright unit that gets lots of sunlight.

I moved in, in October of 2015 and everyone is always professional and courteous. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in along the the grounds around it. I never have any issues with noise and anytime I have need anything they have always been very prompt.

Staff is friendly and helpful no matter what you ask of them. The complex is well maintained whether inside or outside your apartment. The atmosphere in the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. The school district is known for its academics.

So far my experience with this community has been extremely satisfying. I have enjoyed having a neighborhood with children for my kids to play with and neighbors willing to help each other. I have also been very satisfied with the maintenence speedy response to problems.

The management staff goes the extra mile to make this a community one would be proud to call home. And maintenance issues are addressed immediately, unless there is someone with a more pressing concern (important to know priorities are recognized).

Our experience at Rolling Hills has been great. The staff are most helpful and friendly. RollingJills is convenient to shopping and restaraunts, yet far enough away that it is always a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of town. We would certainly recommend Rolling Hills to our friends..

I've enjoyed living here the past few years. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and bright. The location is perfect and close to West York and Dover Schools, as well as, convenient to many stores and restaurants.

the community is great, it's quiet and away from all the city life. I enjoy the view of the farm across the street but also I enjoy the closeness to the stores and the wide variety of restaurants in the area. it is also located conveniently to my work.

I recently moved into Rolling Hills. The staff was extremely helpful in the entire process. The community is well maintained and there is a pride by the staff and fellow residents of a comfortable, safe place to live. I would recommend Rolling Hills to anyone.
