It's great close to everything. Stores, route 30 and 83 parks schools. Great area to walking or biking and there's a baseball park right by within walking distance also little swing set and basket ball court

Its a nice place to live in peace, the management Its always there to help you in any situation. You just call them If you need to address something or have any concern. They always try to do the best.

Quiet, pretty country settings. Nicely manicured landscaping, and I've had no issues with service requests or management. Manager Heather is professional, friendly and responsive. Park is minutes away and shopping only 10 minutes away

Very clean, well maintained and quiet community. Staff is very friendly, attentive and responds promptly to any inquiries or repairs that are required. Rooms are very spacious. The community is located within minutes from shopping centers, dining establishments, and gas stations. Would highly recommend this rental community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Very good experience so far. Leasing office and maintenance have been very accommodating. My townhome is quiet and I do not hear noise from surrounding neighbors, buildings, etc. I really like the location with all the country setting around me.

So far everyone had been extremly nice, very happy we decided to move into a townhouse. We love it. The home is extremly nice and was ready for us to move in, the couple things that needed fixed from maintenance was completed in a timely manner.

Quiet, friendly community. Staff very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Rates reasonable and very nice area, conveniently located. Would recommend to friends. Plenty of parking areas.

The noise level is horrible, there is to much to put in this comment section and I personally do not think you would want my comments on any website as they would not be good for anyone looking to rent at this complex. I would never recommend it, I will not be renewing my lease . If you would like more detail feel free to contact me.

Clean facilities. Friendly neighbors. Responsive managers at the leasing office. Quick turnaround for maintenance requests. Had a recurring problem with the water heater, but they were always quick to fix the problem.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartments are spacious. The rent is high and the maintenance isn't good. In the one year that I have been here the water bill and rent have increased. The best thing about this community is the location.

I enjoy living at Rolling Hills. The community is generally clean and neighbors are polite for the most part. Lower floor garden apartments do require getting used to as the floors above give away every step the above tenant is making.

From the time my search began, the rental office staff was very helpful and supportive. Kept in touch throughout the process until moved in. While looking for a new home, I was VERY impressed with how the apartments where updated and taken care of. The staff takes pride in their community.

We will not be renewing our lease. We have had many problems with the appliances failing, closet doors falling off the hinges, bathroom faucets leaking, etc. We have had numerous confrontations with the old manager, Kelly, and it has left a bad impression of the leasing office as a whole. The new manager is much easier to deal with, which is probably the only reason we have not ended our lease prematurely. We were also promised that there would be a pool for us to use when we moved in and received no notification that they were getting rid of it. They just filled it with concrete one day without saying anything and we never got to use it. We will also not recommend this community to anyone we know because of all of the issues mentioned above. Hopefully your future residents will have better luck with new management, but it is too little too late for us.

I enjoy this community. The people are friendly. The staff promptly respond to issues that arise. I love the assigned parking. It's a plus that I can do laundry in my unit. I do miss the pool that was here.

5 months of pure excellence so far. The complex is quiet and clean, the neighbors have become good friends, and Rolling Hills staff and maintenance has been nothing but extraordinary in this life experience.

Everyone one is extremely friendly, and helpful. Work orders are done in a timely manner. Access to and from the appartment complex is very easy. Alot of close restaurants and things to do. No major issues, and the minor issues are fixed in a fast and professional manner.

I have only been here a brief time (less than 1 month) but so far the staff and community residents have been very nice. I like that the community is quiet, but yet has a close proximity to stores and restaurants.

We really like it here at Rolling Hills. The townhomes have lots of storage space and i feel like I'm in a home and not an apartment. I just wish that they would get better people to take care of the lawns. The company they have now doesn't clean up very well after themselves and even after they cut the grass it's still long. Other then that i can't complain.

Nicely maintained and clean property. Apartments are spacious and very clean when presented. Staff is courteous and friendly. Service is prompt. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home.

This place is a great combination of price and quality. Low rent, but great communication, maintenance, lovely grounds, quiet, and good condition apartments. No parking permits needed at this time, either. Very pleased with this choice.

Office and maintenance staff are extremely polite and professional. They work hard to make sure a new tenants move in is very easy. Apartment was clean and move in ready. This is one of the nicest communities found in the York area.

I have resided at Rolling Hills the last 10 years. I chose this development because of location. It is in proximity to shopping malls. The neighborhood is generally quiet and as long as I been here I consider it one of the safest apartment complexes in the area.

I have always found the staff here to be courteous. the maintenance crew has always been prompt , courteous and efficient . I enjoy my apartment because of its location and the view I have from my picture window.

My one year at Rolling Hills was comfortable, very affordable and excellently managed. 775 sq ft never seemed so big, especially the kitchen! Maintenance and Leasing Office could NOT have been better. There were a few noise problems with one set of neighbors I tried to handle myself for the first 5 months. Once I reported the situation to the Leasing Office, the problem was immediately corrected. For the price, average cost of utilities and especially the rural setting, I don't know of any other complex in the York area that could compare. I will miss it.
