There are pros and cons. You can tell the appartment is an older building. They fix up the appartment with cheap paint and carpeting. Anything that bumps against the wall will leave a scuff mark. After one year, the carpet in the high traffic areas of your home will be worn. We even have a few areas where the carpet is lifting from the floor creating creases in the middle of the room. They wont replace the carpet unless you've reach 6 or 7 years. You can tell things have been repaired in a short-term solution mindset. Rent continue to rise, even if you've opted to rent a unit with older cabinets and vinyl. They also got rid of their pool and replaced it with a dog park. We had a one bedroom appartment prior to the 3 bedroom townhouse and the bathroom did not have a fan in the vent which was different information when touring/asking about the appartment. We were told to open the window as a solution. Pros- safe neighborhood and in walking distance to playgrounds. I usually do have prompt and successful responses from maintenance with the exception of 2-3 things which im currently working to have resolved.. but I've always felt they were friendly. We love the location as well as it is 5 mins or less from major stores/groceries. We love to buy produce from the neighboring farm as well. It is a relatively quiet area. Now and then you'll have a tenant driving in the parking lot full speed while blasting their music. We have had wonderful neighbors at both of our units. Overall, I would recommend these units if you're expecting to be appartment living for a year. Anything longer and you'll likely run into repair issues from the cheap installations and short-term solution repairs.

This complex is well kept, neighbors are fairly nice. Any time I need something completed I can always depend on the maintenance guys to help in a timely manner. The front office people are a amazing as well.

I love how quite and clean the community is. The trash area and the parking area always clean. Well as the grass areas. Sitting on my balcony on of my favorite things to do. And what Better to have and nice relaxing night.

Overall experience living here is peaceful and a lot of open space. People that provide maintenance service professional and friendly. The surrounding area communities feel safe and well kept properties. Office people always very attentive.

Everyone in your office is so nice here they are happy to work with you and Our Home is beautiful everything was perfect when we moved in everything was spotless and the neighbors are friendly and my dogs love all the places and all the sidewalks here to walk on we are very happy here we have a beautiful apartment and everything is perfect we are also located in in an area that is so close to shopping and groceries and our apartment is all on one floor so we have no steps because I have very low vision I would recommend Rollinghills to anyone who is looking for an apartment

The windows and appliances need upgraded for better energy efficiency ... my heating bill is outrageous ... overall It is not a terrible place to live ... the office lady is not the nicest to deal with

It was great. Treated me so great from the beginning. Had an issue only a couple weeks after move in and they took care of it within two days. Very quiet community and everyone is so nice and friendly.

Nice, quiet community everyone seems to keep to themselves. Parking is plentiful, room sizes are okay. Appliances are new with the exception of the bathtub. Maintenance response is fairly quick. The paint is horrible and has about a million coats on the walls. The front door paint is the ugliest color I've ever seen. But other than that is a okay apartment complex.

I like the community it's close enough to everything but still out of the way. Its pet friendly. My neighbors all seem nice. I wish there was a pool though. Having a dog park doesnt make much sense since it's so restrictive on breed.

Lived here for 5 years and overall the experience has been good. Value wise the cost is inline with comparable units. Area is quiet and close to shopping, entertainment etc. Only complaint is the amount of heat and cold through the windows Electric bill tends to run on the high side during peak temps.

For someone looking for a quiet, clean, peacefull place to leave, I will recommend this community.compare to other apartment this one has a big room and also has a storage. We do not have a parking issue like others apartment has.

They maintain this complex very well. They are doing a lot of projects to make it even better. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend living here. This is not a luxury apartment complex but it is very well maintained and fairly priced as a clean, safe, nice place to live!

Matience is fast and fun to be around. The neighbors are great. Some neighbors come and go but the ones that stay as long as you do you get a bond with them and look out for eachother. The dog park where the pool used to be is really nice for my boy.

The apartment has a lovely layout, Donna who works in the leasing office is excellent to work with and responds in a very timely manner. I don't have a neighbor below me yet but I don't hear anything from the neighbor to my side (except for when they come home). One week down 51 more to go!

I just recently moved so far it's been great, the apartment is very nice,very spacious. Donna is very quick resolving any issues I had. Love how close it is to everything especially to work. As of right now I don't have any complaints.

Maintenance came to my apartment to do some work and they took the weather stripping that I paid for I asked for it back the meanings your handy said that he refuses to replace it at the maintenance men threw it out

So far things are good. I like the apartment itself and how friendly management and maintenance people are. I would recommend these apartments to others for rent. The blinds are one of my favorite things about the apartment

I have only been here a few days but, so far it's wonderful. Donna, the leasing agent is wonderful and all of the maintenance staff are as well! My neighbors are very friendly, the community is safe and I love it here!

I love the quiet surroundings of this community. It is also so close to many stores and restaurants, so you get the best of both worlds. While I would have loved a pool in the summer time, the added dog park is very loved by my dog instead!

Great space for the price in a quiet community. Extra amenities included like washer/dryer that most places don't have. Grounds could be kept in better shape as they do not mow as frequently as needed.

The apartment is nice but you can tell the carpet gas been replaced many time with no work to the floor under it. The people around here are some times very friendly. There is not enough parking if guess come to visit so plan accordingly. The are is quiet with wild life close by deer, rabbits and squirrels close to complex. Good walking score if you are into that. Very nice but high in price.

Great place to live. Close to work and everyone is helpful and friendly! Service requests are handled in a timely and professional manner and the office and maintenance staff are amazing. Would highly recommend Rolling Hills apartments.
