I only moved in a few months ago, and I am enjoying my time here already.' The staff are very friendly and the couple of small issues I had were given attention and promptly taken care of. All my neibors seem pleasant and always say hello or great with a wave.the grounds are always kept clean and manicured.

I am impressed with the new management of the apartment complex. There is focus on the interior and exterior appearance of the property and that is very nice to see. It is a very welcoming look and quite enjoyable to have family and friends visit.

It was a pleasure having the maintenance guy come by. The community is great and we love it here. Pet are allowed so that is a plus. Clean place and friendly people all around. Glad to not have noisy neighbors. Would I recommend this place? Of course I would!

Friendly and responsive staff, beautiful grounds, and very thoughtful and intentional design of apartment interiors. We have had nothing but good experiences so far, and it is truly a joy to call Rolling Hills home. Truly a breath of fresh air.

Very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Range of shopping nearby is very convenient. Love the rural aspect of where this community is located. I enjoy living across from the farms and seeing/hearing the duck, geese, and cows everyday from my bedroom window. Abundant parking is also a plus.

We've been very satisfied with living here. A little country and close to the city. Have made some new friends in the community. Have been able to do some gardening in our flower bed in front of our patio, as long as you keep it nice and tidy. We call it "HOME".

This is a great place to live. The location is a bit country, and suburban. love it here! The neighbors are great. The staff is very professional. Goes above and beyond to see that their residents needs are taken care of. I would recommned this community.

Management and maintenance do a great job. They are always ready to solve any problems. They did an excellent job taking care of the snow during the big storm. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends as a great place to live. Most of the residents are very friendly.

Good experience so far, only concern is noise level from apt above, apts on sides and outside noise level ok. Doesn't seem like much insulation to protect from normal living. Grounds are nice, staff great and maint crew are responsive and do a great job

It's a good community with friendly people. I really don't have any complaints about the neighbors or facility staff. Any maintenence issues are taken care of in a timely manner. For families with children there are to parks located nearby and it's close to shopping areas.

I love living here at Rolling Hills. It's a very peaceful neighborhood and quiet. It's a bit over 5 mins away from grocery stores, and other shopping places. The staff are very good and get things done when needed. I would recommend anyone to live here.

My request was handled promptly. Maintenance was professional and cleaned up. They left me the handbook so I knew exactly how to use my new washer. I was very satisfied with the overall repair. They were quick and very efficient. Thank you!!

Country setting, yet close to city.Friendly office staff and maintenance staff. Interaction with some of the neighbors. Easily located for family and friends to locate us. Allowing use of overflow parking areas. Grounds recommendations are followed through.

I have lived in this community for more than five years and I am very impressed with the courtesy of all staff, friendliness of the pet friendly community, and maintenance competency. My only concerns are lack of outdoor lighting at night and the cost of rent rising every year.

This community for my family and I have been nice so far. We enjoy the peace and quite that we have experienced along with the scenery and landscape. You would not think that a community this size would be quiet and relaxing, but the atmosphere, the people, the beautiful trees and flowers just make it such an inviting place.

Maintenance was called in the morning and our hot water was fixed by the time we got home from work, every time we have dealt with maintence they have fixed the problem promptly. Very great service and the maintence are very pleasant to speak to!

Rolling hills is very clean and well maintained. I like the quietness also. They always have prompt maintenance service calls. I'm thankful for a clean and safe place for my dogs. My only issue is the electric bill. Everything here is electric and it's expensive.

This apartment complex is very appealing and the staff are very nice. When we moved into the apartment it was clean and freshly painted. I would recommend this complex to anybody looking to live outside of the city in a safe neighborhood. If you have any questions the staff is willing and able to help.

Nice community. Pretty quiet. Nice full size washer and dryer. Has a ton of closet space and storage. Rent increases every year from $5-$40. Keep that in mind when you sign your first lease. VERY DARK at night. There is not enough lights outside. Half the time the lights are out so it's even darker.

I would recommend Rollings Hills to Friends and Family, It,s a nice community and it has a swimming pool and grills for the summer, while your swimming. And your own personal mailbox and close to parks and shopping centers, and gas stations.

The units are very nice and the grounds are well kept. The townhouses are much quieter than the apartment units if you would rather not hear your neighbors. The staff is very professional and responsive. I've lived in both apartment units and the townhouses.

Great place to live. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Dumpsters for trash are close to every building, so you don't have to lug your trash too far. Recycling bins are available, too, so that is great. Living across from a Farm is awesome, too!

Great community, quiet and great place for a family. Community is close to many attractions and stores. Great Staff, very helpful and professional. I would recommend this community looking for a good family apartment. Have been please since the first day i moved in.
