Rolling hills is a quiet community and the staff is very nice. Maintenance team is very good and make sure whatever issue you having in your unit is fixed in a timely manner. People are nice here and the doggy pickup stations are wonderful

Have enjoyed living here. I was not happy, though, when my rent was raised over $200 from one year to the next, especially since it was raised every year prior to that as well. I felt that kind of increase at one time was not necessary.

It's very nice and quiet during the day. The apartment is spacious with lots of perks including central air, in-unit washer/dryer, renovated kitchen and dining space and a dishwasher. As someone who works from home it is a great space overall.

Quiet community, never too loud. Neighbors stay to themselves, but are friendly if you are to come across them. The office responds to emails within 24 hours, usually sooner. Maintenance team always handles things right away.

So far, it's been a great experience at Rolling Hills Apartments. When I experienced some minor issues with things in my apartment, maintenance responded to my work order less than a half-hour after I submitted it! The staff was very helpful and kind!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our apartment for the first time. From cleaned floors to clean cabinets, we could not have asked for a better move-in process. The staff tended to any issues in a very timely manner. We love our new home!

Very Good the time that we have spent here has been very pleasant. The staff has always been very pleasant and has always done what ever necessary to make our stay here enjoyable. We have had no problems with our apartment that have not been repaired asap.

I am impressed with how responsive Management to maintenance requests. For the most part it's very quiet here. There is always that one exception no matter where you go, and for me, it's the young kids who are riding their bikes and scooters in the parking lot, not watching where they are going, not being aware of vehicles coming into the parking lot, or they are darting out from between parked vehicles without stopping to look for cars. And they don't watch for people walking either, one of them almost ran into me as I was walking away from the dumpster. They treat the parking lot as their personal playground. The other thing that I noticed is that Residents tend to keep to themselves, they don't seem interested in getting to know anyone which in turn is not the true definition of community. Those who are out and about are courteous and say hello. But that's the extent of it. The community seems to be diverse, which I think is wonderful. It's just sad that no one cares enough to want to get to know their neighbors.

The office was very responsive during the entire process. I was never waiting long on a return phone call or email. The apartment is big and in good condition, other than a few minor things like peeling trim. All appliances, shower etc are working. Tons of storage space and huge closets are a big plus. Bring your own lamps, though - no built-in light fixtures in the living room or either bedroom.

Rolling Hills is wonderful. My mom has lived here since 2014. Love my garden-style apartment since 2020. Its peaceful and close to everything I need. I know all my neighbors and management takes care of everything very quick.

I was searching for weeks for an apartment since I just took a new job! The location of this place is great, close to a bunch of different stores and an easy commute to my work. The staff is very friendly and made the renting process super easy!

Because I'm a new resident things are fine. Love how the maintenance upkeeps the property! Beautiful scenery! I would recommend this community to my friends and family! I love that it is quiet and peaceful and that maintenance addressed my needs immediately and took care of my issues.

The Rolling Hills Apartment complex is set in a bucolic setting, across from a farm that sells fresh eggs. Nothing compares to that! At any time there has been a maintenance issue, the response time is usually the next day (sometimes the same day). The work is done well and efficiently. It is a quiet area with well-lit parking areas.

Everyone is friendly maintenance staff are efficient snd office personal are friendly and helpful . Maintenance takes the time to explain how they fix what is wrong and how to further avoid future problems. The complex is close to all I need

The area around Rolling Hills Apartments has been nice and quiet. Management seems responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenace responded - by phone - in just a few minutes late in the evening, and the problem was quickly resolved.

Has drastically improved. New personnel took over and are working on updating and improving living areas. Constant notifications about issues and changes which is great. You can tell that more effort is being out into property

Great place, but rent keeps going up?? last year my rent want up 90 dollars in one year, that's not right, no reason for this, yet no pool, when I moved in there was a pool, now a dog park, too many dogs in this place ....

It been good during the time I been here,when I am home. The neighbors been nice. Maintenance request was done in a time matter. Sitting on my balcony and seeing Maintenance walking through out the community was great. Snow removal done in a timely matter.

The apartment is updated, but some of the work done is not perfect. I would expect better quality for the price of the rent. I was surprised by the prompt response to a maintenance emergency. The apartments are very well sound proofed, but not insulated as much as you would expect from outside weather.

Very helpful staff and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a community in the York area. I was very familiar with this complex that was close to shopping and to my family that live in the area.

Community is good, apartments are comfortable, there is a lot of green areas to walk and walk you pet. Maintenance is excellent and quick if needed :) . But in my last renewal rent went up $ 100/month. Too much for an increase per month at once :(

When we moved in I was disappointed in a few things. Paint touch up is bad! Dirty around flooring,windows and sinks. I didn't expect a palace.... I was hoping for cleanliness. Someone from Altman should inspect apts. after refreshing is completed and new tens move in. Sorry for being honest

Very peaceful and quiet community. Neighbors look out for each other. Maintenance staff is quick and excellent and always a quick and great response. Reminds you of living in the country but everything is still very convenient including shopping centers in two different locations. Dog park and overall a very safe and quiet neighborhood. A great place especially for the older population. I never have parking issues right and can always be right in front of my house even for visiting guests!

I am very happy that I chose to move here to Rolling Hills Apartments. It is very quiet and calm and the staff is friendly. I also love that it is pet friendly and I could bring my dog with me and he seems to enjoy it here too.

Community nice people nice quiet some areas needs updated overall overall recommend the community would love to have a yard sale in the community for our complex if that's possible have as many a times to see if we can have a yourself in our community
