So far it is has been a great experience and the community is very quiet. Office staff is very polite and helpful whenever help is needed. The townhome is spacious and you have everything you need on the inside.

The first impression from management was good. Andy was easy to get along with. The second manager, not so much. Complaints about a tenant were made by other tenants and nothing was done. To this day that tenant 23 E does nothing to keep her apartment looking decent. The 3rd manager seems very good to get along with. Cooperates and communicates well. Her name is Madolyn. All in all with the exception of the irresponsible neighbor issue, the experience has been ok. The maintenance guys (Nate and Brad) have been good to work with in our opinion. Our maintenance issues haven't been many but they have been taken care of when reported.

Very pleasant place to live. Very safe community and plenty of green space to enjoy! In a country/ residential setting that is quiet and beautiful. Apartments are well layed out and plenty of storage.

Good area to live in. Quiet area, but the walls and floor/ceiling is thin so how quiet your apartment is does depend on your neighbors. You will need to drive to go to local food and grocery stores, but they are very close by. Overall I am happy living in this community.

Quick to raise rents as they take more away, but the area is ok. Noise issues is dependent on luck and if you live on a bottom floor it could become a nightmare. Management and maintenance work hard, but are understaffed. They do a good job. Some places are better than others to live and it's mostly luck. You could have people in your hall smoking or peace and quit.

The apartments are spacious and clean. The location is nice and the environment calm. There is plenty of parking and there are dumpsters located on the premise. Our move in was swift and required little effort.

1st month here. Had water coming in door. It poured. Not sure how many calls they had but they were here very fast. Very nice gentleman came to clean up water in foyer and also the carpets. Did a great job on both.

The place is Super dog friendly and nice staff. There's a lot of space for not a lot of square feet. The apartments updated and cheaper than typical apartments in price but not quality. The mail area was a little hard to find but it's across from main office on the other side of the dog park.

In 1 year we have had 4 apartment managers. Maintenance used to be great now you get after hours call center that is off shore. They changed lawn service the place is not as nice as it was. Dogs are a problem. Some days I'm afraid to walk outside.

Recently moved into my apartment, I love how quiet it is. The neighbors are friendly. Only downside to the apartment is that I found mouse dropping in a couple places in the kitchen. Notified the leasing office, who sent maintenance out immediately. Leasing office has been friendly and professional as well. So far so good.

Nice, quiet, and peaceful community. The kids love riding the bikes, and scooters around the neighborhood which has awesome sidewalks to accommodate that. There is also a nice park for them to play at within walking distance of the units that the kids love.

Good so far, very nice neighbors. Very quiet and I feel very safe here. Leasing hours suck for someone who works 9 to 5 but otherwise management is great. Clean apartment qnd a clean area. Will stay for a while.

The neighborhood is clean and the neighbors are quiet. It's in a quiet location but is a short drive to everything great york area has to offer. The upkeep of the animals is good and Tyler, the property manager is helpful

I have lived at Rolling Hills Apartments in York for a year. In that time I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Maintenance is prompt when life happens at unexpected moments. Staff and management are kind and understanding to situations. When there are occupancies I really do recommend others to the community. The grounds are always well maintained. Neighbors are quiet. My relatives came to visit from NYC and described my apartment as a respite or even Oasis of a sort because of the peacefulness. Thank you management!

Just moved in and it's been a very smooth process. Staff has been helpful and the area is quiet and walkable. The apartment is clean and in good condition and we love having our own laundry! We appreciate that parking is readily available near the apartment entrance.

As my first apartment with my boyfriend I'm pleasantly surprised at how well staff is with issues & understands situations. Neighbors have been friendly. I always love seeing my neighbor outside. She is a great women and I'm so glad I got to meet her :)

Online leasing was pretty easy. Community is well maintained. We are in an upgraded apartment that is very nice. Dog park. Mail is somewhat close to my apartment. Overall a good deal for someone looking to move.

Move in was perfect! The management team did a great job with EVERYTHING! Matthew walked me through and went over EVERYTHING. I was looking for a quiet place and a good valve for my money. I think I found it at Rolling Hills. I dont hear a sound from my neighbors. I'm glad to call Rolling hills my home.

I very much enjoy the neighborhood. It is a very rural feel but isn't actually rural. I am very close to everything. Grocery stores and shopping. Gas stations and resturants, fast food and family style. Several bars are close by as well.

So far - not great. I was told that they would not provide keys for the locks which are on all of the interior doors because it would be a fire hazard for me to be able to unlock them. However, they can easily be locked without the key. If an accident happens I do not have a key because it is a "fire hazard!" There are also several other issues (Such as being overcharged and pests in my home) which I am having trouble getting resolved due to lack of responsiveness from the office.

It went very smoothly, super nice, so quiet and peaceful area but still near the city. Neighbors are so nice and rarely hear anything through the walls. Very amazing place. They made it super easy to move in

The apt is very comfortable and quite spacious for 770 sq ft. Sound proofing is MUCH needed for the apt upstairs. With their laminate floors in kitchen and DR we hear everything above us. Overall I believe we will be here in the complex for a few years.
