The apartment complex is great, th lake is gogeous and we are able to rest since it’s dark and quiet ant night, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The apartment layout is well designed and the amenities like the pool and drinks are wonderful.

I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live. The setting is the number one thing that sold me. For instance yesterday when I was sitting on my screened in patio Overlooking the lake I saw a bald eagle fishing for food, there are also blue herons, snowy egrets, all sorts of birds too many to mention. Love it here.

A beautiful location on a beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. The office staff were so helpful with completion of our lease application. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Views of the lake are beautiful. Super amenities. Highly recommend.

Overall, we are happy with our experience at the One Hampton Lake community. Apartment maintenance is handled well and in a timely fashion. The office staff has changed a lot, but the people who are there are very good to work with. There are some issues which could/should be addressed. I would be happy to discuss those with you if desired.

My son and grandson lived there and the gate is constantly broken. It hasn’t worked in 2 1/2 years. They live on the end and there’s just random people coming in looking at cars young kids hanging out and urinating at the dead end. So many new ap apartments that have gates and actually fix them. I moved them here for security and they do not have any.

My experience has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had while living in an apartment complex. The grounds are serene and very relaxing. I love that pets are allowed. My only concern sometimes is that some residents don’t always clean up after their pets. Otherwise, I love where I live.

The staff is very well, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Yoni concerned that I have. I’m on the second floor had two issues one loud music, which D code enforcement officer from the complex took care of that issue. The second issue is the upstairs neighbors the way they walk and pound on the floor is very annoying. Other than that it’s a very nice place to live my neighbors on my floor very friendly and the area is very well kept.

From day one, the entire staff has responded to every request with alacrity and sincerity. The grounds and facilities are kept in exceptionally good condition. The location is close to every thing we need. If circumstances did not require our move, we would love to continue staying here.

Clean property and place to live, great office staff and maintenance staff, appreciate the non smoking policy , would appreciate getting the gates working again for better security ,felt safer when they were , a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake . The staff attends to any issues as soon as possible, apartments are right off the Bluffton parkway and makes it convenient for travels

Comfortable in a good location and not a lot of problems . No troublemakers. There is ample parking and the corner apartments allow a lot of light. The pool and dog park are very nice. Maintenance is excellent and the location is convenient and traffic signals at both entrances

Excellent staff in the office and maintenance crew. Nice, well maintained facilities and amenities. Well manicured landscaping and grounds. Very safe and quiet despite none of the security gates being oiperational. Not fond of some of the nickel and dime charges especially for ones that I don't use.

It's been fun here! Love the lake! It's beautiful, and the community is well-maintained. Maintenance is A+ and super responsive, so no worries there! There is excellent communication between the clubhouse management and residents, keeping us informed about any necessary updates. Additionally, there are numerous fun social events held every month!

OHL is a nice place to live. The lake makes it pleasant along with it being quiet and a non- smoking property. Great maintenance and friendly staff. Close to stores and downtown Bluffton. Easy to get to Hilton Head Island and Outlet Malls. Mostly seniors in the area so restaurants close early. Lots of golf and water activities. Overall, a nice place to live.

Grounds The landscaping crew does a nice job, but the amount of dog waste is disgusting and a health hazard. The area between buildings 11 and 12 is covered in it. The resident in 1124 has two dogs that run off leash 2 or 3 times a day and he never cleans up after them. The area was pristine before he moved in. Adding a dog station will NOT help, it’s a waste of money. There is a dog station by building 22 and that is also a mess. There was a time in this community (when Tara was here) that dog owners were held responsible for their dogs. That is no longer the case. Safety and Security Truck owners continue to block the sidewalks by backing in. This is so obvious every day, yet nothing is done about it. Noise Motorcycles, trucks and sports cars racing through at all hours day and night. Maybe if you posted the speed limit in places other than on the gate that remains open all the time people would slow down. Staff They don’t follow up on problems. There are many rules but no interest in enforcing them. The maintenance staff is outstanding.

Good so far. Would have been nice to be informed about the dead body in the adjoining apartment. The dog park is nice but the pool in the park is green and nasty….needs to be put on a weekly (if not more frequent) cleaning rotation.

I have been living in this community for 9 months. The One Hampton Lakes Community has Beautiful grounds and amenities, a friendly responsive staff, and a very responsive maintenance staff It is a super convenient location - would recommend this complex which is pet friendly and lots of opportunities for neighbors to interact.
