So far our experience has been a positive one but we have only been here for 2 weeks. Community is very safe and clean. The amenities are wonderful and I like that the fitness facility is open 24/7. I also enjoy that we are close to entertainment.

Again whoever the upstairs neighbor is is constantly walking around like king kong live there it's insane as iam filling this out my wife and me are looking at each other going do you believe this ---- I complained to management already about this and nothing has changed at all it's like a handicapped person with bad legs lives there it's every day all day and night please address this situation asap were apt.1428

I moved here at a bad time with the Corona virus. My apartment was not prepared properly. Because of covid I had to wait as my concerns were not considered an emergency. I'm settling in now. Hoping to make some friends. Lonely here.

We have enjoyed living in the carriage house. So much privacy, and the girls in the office (along with Ray) have treated us so unbelievably well! Weve had a great experience while living here and Michele was perfect in helping us pick our apartment. There isnt anything she wont do for us and we are very appreciative of everyones help while weve been here!

One Hampton Lake is an amazing place to live! I would definitely recommend it to everyone! The amenities are exactly what I need to enjoy lake living. The staff is top notch and very responsive. I feel very safe here and love that pets are allowed.

We looked at a few communities when planning to move to Bluffton. This community stood out for the location, atmosphere and amenities. We havent looked back! You should definitely consider renting here. You wont regret it!

We have been here now since September and very happy, our unit is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Love the view from our patio. Maintenance workers are very helpful and friendly and so are the staff.

One Hampton Lake is a well run community. Michelle goes well beyond expectations to ensure satisfaction. I can hear the person above me much more clearly than I think is reasonable. However, this construction flaw is not within managements control. Thank you too the team for your professionalism!

So far our experience at this community is good. There are a couple things that could be improved such as the dog park, staying stocked on disinfectant wipes and/or spray in the gym. We enjoy the location and beauty of this community.

Very quiet. Clean and nice. Good services of postal and package. The neighborhood is impressive. Good parking lot. Nice swimming pool nicr view and a good balcony good space in the apartment good kitchen and freezer

The maintenance staff has always been very prompt and knowledgeable as well as very helpful. However, it took 8 months for the management to address the first tenant smoking then they leased to several more tenants that smoke. Now, it has been almost four months of cigarette smoke coming into my unit. It is a violation of the terms of the lease for Greystar to allow smoking anywhere on the property but especially inside the units and to not immediately resolve the issue while telling me it is not cost effective for them. This approach is shocking and so unnecessarily harming a beautiful property.

Nothing but great experiences with One Hampton Lake Apts. The community is quiet, clean, pet friendly, pool is gorgeous, lake is serene and I just love it here. You dont have ratchet neighbors, everybody keeps to themselves and friendly when spoken to. Its an all around safe place to live. People pick up behind their dogs. The grounds are kept clean. DeeDee is amazing. Maintenance is great! No complaints here!

Beautiful, warm, welcoming staff, especially for those new to S.C. I highly recommend the apartments. Very modern and clean apartment. Lots of space for a one bedroom apartment. Love the washer/dryer room in the apartment and the screened in porch.

Gate coming into property has been broke since we have been here. Air conditioner extremely loud Cannot park in front of apartment. Spaces are first come first serve. There are vehicles there that never move. It is obviously the overflow parking lot. Other than that, we like it.

We moved in when it first opened. The school district is great and was a huge part of why our family moved there. Pool is clean and fun. Grounds are well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Ms. Carr was a great help moving in and out. Location is perfect for any adventure you may want to take, or just paddle around the lake at your door step. We will miss the club house and the Starbucks coffee machine. John

The leasing staff and management are awful and rude. They talk down to me whenever concerns are being voiced. If I could re do it again, I would not live here. The amenities are nice but now they are limiting pool use to only when the leasing office is open which really does not make sense as its summer and Id love to be able to use the amenities that I pay for.

The One Hampton Lake apartments are absolutely beautiful. It has everything I wanted in an apartment with amazing amenities, pristine, modern units and breathtaking views of the lake. Its a quiet and peaceful place to stay in close proximity to all Bluffton has to offer. The management team is very professional, honest, and most of all friendly which made my leasing experience easy and stress- free. They continue to make me feel part of the community with fun events and I have loved the food truck Fridays!

Exceptional. Ive loved absolutely everything about living here. The property managers are amazing and kind the property is beautiful the amenities are perfect. Im so glad I decided to move into years ago, everything has been beyond my expectation.

I have just moved in but the whole experience, from touring to move-in has been super smooth. I absolutely love the people in the leasing office and would recommend the apartment complex to others just based on how responsive and nice they are, it also doesnt hurt that the apartments are really nice as well!

We need to install speed bumps as people are flying through the community and have almost been hit a few times. As well, the gates are inconsistent and break all the time. Other than that the whole place is amazing!

Very nice apartment I love that I am so close to the loading doc for the kayaks. The people in the community are very nice. I believe I will live here for awhile depending on my job. Location is great and staff is friendly.

Despite the fact it is a Rental Complex and not a Condominium Complex with Rentals this is the closest you will come to finding a neighborhood or a community whereby the Residents, Management and the lifestyle is one of friendly, outwardly kind, people in a aesthetically appealing neighborhood with a unique serene setting. What is also so nice about it is the other residents are pleasant and friendly while still respectful and mindful of the personal space and privacy of their neighbors. Events at the clubhouse really are well planned and fun. The property is well managed and communication of management is consistent and informative. The apartments are ergonomically designed, well built, and comfortable. In fact just look at the detail of the screened porch, the window trim, paint, stairwells (mostly screened) which all enhances the lifestyle and inhibits the little things like mosquitos even in the outdoor hallways. I look at these things because I am in commercial construction. If you chose to live here you will enjoy it and not have a single regret.
