One Hampton Lakes is well maintained community with quiet lake views and a complete set of amenities. Grounds are well lit and a gated community provides added security. This community is much better than rental communities in the area.

Couldnt ask for a better place to rent. The dog park is a huge hit, along with the layout of my current 1Bed 1 Bath unit. All staff members have been great to interact with. They even have a dog washing station!

The convenience to grocery stores, shopping, route to work and schools is great. Pet friendly and tons of great amenities. Bluffton/Hilton Head area is full of our activities and restaurants of every kind right on the water. Love where I live!!!

Excellent place to live. The views of the lake from our apartment and screened porch are exceptional. Wish the lawn company would do a much better job of getting rid of weeds in the mulch areas. Really looks bad in some areas.

Hampton lake is a beautiful community to live in. Gym is awesome and management is always adding updates around the grounds. Would like some updated grills in mini common areas in future and possibly some community kayaks.

Cost of Living vs. Amenities and actual worth are not equal. The rent prices should be cheaper. Great community, it is just too expensive. Looking at what you could get in Las Vegas, or Salt Lake City for the same price, makes One Hampton Lake seem very underwhelming. $1,500 for a 1BDR with the beach being a 30 mins drive, and the only thing close by to do a bowl.....I'm sorry by for $1,000-$1,200 a month yea, but not $1,500-$1,700.

Such a wonderful community! They always go over and beyond for their tenants. The maintenance staff are always friendly, and get any issues fixed quickly! My daughter and I love living here! The amenities are awesome!

Fabulous living experience! Very pet friendly! Inviting layout. Outstanding pool and facilities! Love the dog park! Spotless clubhouse with coffee! Friendly helpful staff! Prompt and efficient response to maintenance issues. Plenty of parking! Just a great place to live!

We Love living here! Absolutely love our apartment! The kitchen is beautiful and so are the bathrooms. Our bedrooms and closets are huge! The paint colors are perfect too. Love the fact that the doors are painted. Adds so much character. Love the all of the staff, they were very helpful since we were moving from another state. My neighbors are so nice. And the view is amazing! Oh and the pool is spectacular!

We pay almost $2000 a month and the problems are endless. The pool stays closed, the grass has not been cut in weeks and we continue to have problems with loud neighbors despite telling management, the resource officer and police. Everyone points the finger at each other to fix it and no one will help us. We continue to lose sleep and quality of life due to the noise

Office leasing agents are nice but just tell you what you want to hear. The maintenance people are friendly but my AC has stopped working four times and I havent even lived here for two months yet. Every time they fix it it seems to just be a temporary fix because it keeps having the same problem. Dont bother calling the emergency maintenance number because they either wont answer or tell you there is no one on the property tonight. Useless. The grounds are kept well and the apartment finishes are nice. Overall I would love living here if I wasnt having such an issue getting the AC fixed properly.

Love it here. The people are friendly. Love my pool. And always feel safe. Everything I need is in a short driving distance. The ocean is only fifteen minutes away. The restaurants are delicious. The staff is always willing to help in anyway. The maintenance crew is top notch.

Live somewhere else. The community is in shambles. Although built in 2018, amenities are rarely functioning. Two different managers while I lived here and all the same problems. I have never been happier to break a lease. The real crime is charging full price for limited services agreed upon in the lease.

My experience applying and moving in was wonderful! Office staff is super helpful, and the community is beautiful and clean. Looking forward to this summer by the pool. I will recommend this community to friends.

The staff in the office and maintenance care that the community is in excellent condition, and responds quickly to any requirement, in general it is a quiet and friendly community, excellent social area, close to schools and restaurants.

The community is beautiful! The noise level if you live beneath heavy walkers at all hours of the day & night is extremely disruptive. I imagine if you live on the top floor it would not be an issue. The amenities are wonderful & the staff are attentive.

Wow this apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. Other apartments in the area dont even compare to how stunning and wonderful this community is. I am very grateful to have found One Hampton Lake. Ive never considered staying in an apartment for longer than a year, but I think that I will here.

I enjoy living here. Very pretty property and amenities. Some pet issues with urine smell by walkway and people not using doggie bags. Gates break down. Seems better lately. Overall,it's a very nice place to live!

We love living at One Hampton Lake Apartments! We have a great space with a great view. We really enjoy the peace and serenity of sitting on our screened in porch and looking at the lake. Management is very friendly and always responsive to our needs as residents.

I have lived here awhile and this has been my best experience. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and its close to grocery stores, schools and a lot of other businesses. The staff is friendly and if you call for maintenance, it is taken care of in a timely manner. I feel very safe in my community and would recommend it to anyone Looking for a comfortable and safe place to live this is it.

We have lived in One Hampton Lake apartments for over 18 months and have been happy ever since. Any maintenance issues that we have had, were all addressed in a timely manner and the office staff have always been helpful. As long as we stay in the area, there will be no need to look elsewhere and we hope to call this home for many years to come.

Wonderful with exception of insulation in floors and walls... Neighbors just walking sounds terrible... Would stay here a lot longer term if it wasn't for lack of insulation betweens floors and walls, but we're looking to move soon... Too bad as this is such a wonderful place...

Most of the staff are extremely helpful & very pleasant. Some not so much. Fitness center very nice, pool is very clean. The walking paths are a great way for exercise. Dog park is nice. This is a nice place to call home.

Great place to live, I absolutely love living here the staff is amazing. I have never had any issues. The groundskeeper is very courteous and extremely helpful. Amazing amenities, extremely safe neighborhood. They always have activities going on and care about the community.

The staff is the best! They are very knowledgeable and solve any issues quickly. My children are treated unbelievably great by all staff! The apartments are very nice. The lake has lots of wildlife, lovely!
