Short of expectations and selling points. Overall it's a good community, however, we are missing some key things that were promised. Our dog park has been incomplete for months, our security gate is broken and has not worked correctly for more than a week in a row. They say dog friendly, but have breed restrictions. A shabby "dog spa" and constant passive aggressive emails "threats" about dog droppings. Place is great on the outside, but after living here you really get to see the facade. With that being said. Unless you're on the fence about purchasing a house (which is the decision I would go with) comparatively I believe this apartment complex is a notch above the rest but it's not saying much.
