Very clean community. Great amenities and staff. Convenient online services and communication. I would highly recommend this community. I wish the rental rates were better but you get what you pay for.

Had an awful experience living here. Extremely noisy neighbors above me, had my AC out for over 10 days in July/August with no remedy until I contacted corporate, maintenance requests were never handled in accordance with entry instructions, no notice entries into my apartment including finding ------- in my apartment at 10pm on a Friday night with zero notice. Lied to many many times by the Assistant Manager ---- and GM ------- ---- who also talked down to me on many occasions. Way too much money to be paying for this kind of customer service

It is a lovely dog friendly community close to everything but yet has the feeling of seclusion . I enjoy the monthly activities an the peacefulness of the pool area. The club house is very enjoyable as well as the fire pit area an the barbecue areas aroun the property. The dog walk area could be alittle bigger but happy to have water available.

This is a very good community. Overall, we have been very satisfied. As with all apartment living, "You can't please everyone" - yet the staff here really tries to please residents as much as possible!!! Good job staff!

Living at One Hampton Lake has been a great experience. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful and kind. The community is well kept and the residents are friendly and courteous. The community activities are great and nice for meeting other residents

Beautiful location ruined by terrible management. Security gates never work properly, work orders will be handled on their time with no notice entries, charge the premium price, --------------- talk down to you and treat you as second class. Eviction and fee threats, having to look over your shoulder at all times.... this is what you pay for, for "luxury lakeside living". Be a very different review if management knew how to pick up the phone, call their residents and resolve issues with a reasonable conversation (leasing staff is great however). Fees, constantly changing rules and threats are never well received. Good riddance

I like the events hosted each month. However the cost of living, especially related to the noise of the building is not worthwhile at all. I also wish that there were more family centered activities during the year, as opposed to just the summer, where young children can feel involved.

Started great. As time went by things changed. Two awesome managers only. The new Courtesy Officer never patrol or answer any complaints. Unfortunately the officer hands are tied by his agency. They expect a discount for no Services rendered. Managers Dee and Michelle are both awesome and Michelle should be second in command. Her hard work goes unnoticeable. She's awesome. The community could be better if somethings changed.

I love living here. The lake is beautiful and there are many great places all around the property to sit and soak in the scenery. I enjoy being able grab a hammock or swing by the water and relax after a long day at work.

Great experience at move in and with all the staff. We love the view and location of the complex. Great bedroom and closet space. The living area could use a little more room to accommodate furniture and a table. Great overall.

Its a nice place to live except the gates are always broken. You can hear your neighbors above you walking the walls are not insulated well. The events at the Clubhouse are nice. I can usually never find parking when I get home from work late at night and I had to park a couple buildings away.

The community has been a great experience since we moved in and have made some friends I am sure that will still be friends after we move from here as we have a new home and will be moving soon. Thanks for all the fun times while we have had our stay with you.

very good front office. good layouts with nice new appliances. great views of the lake. everything is new. parking is all you need abs the grounds are well taken care of. safe and quiet location. very nice place!

It has been a great experience moving to One Hampton Lake. When I send pictures to people, they think I am at a resort. We feel like we live on vacation here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The people who live here are very nice and welcoming.

I love living at one Hampton lake. They have amazing amenities and a nice gym! They also have great play areas for my dog. Staff puts thought into making events fun for residents. Dana is a great manager and is always there to help!

Haven't lived in an apartment in over 30 years. Been here almost two months, & so far so good! Grounds are well maintained. Got a beautiful view of the lake! Love the screened in patio! New to the area also. Love it!

I have rented or lived in an apartment for more than 25 years. I had had huge reservations about going to apartment loving but it has turned out nice and I love it at One Hampton Lake. Resort style living. Great location and my neighbors are awesome. I renewed my lease for another 14 months.

So far, it has been great! Staff is very responsive! They are prompt in returning calls and resolving issues. The layout is fantastic and the upgrades are amazing. The amenities cant be beat. The pool and view are absolutely breathtaking!

Rate is WAY to much for what Im getting in return. I should be compensated for the lack of the key community features that actually work. The rent should be 1200 a month plus water and trash removal. The normal rate for a similarly configured townhome (3bed 2 bath) in the Bluffton area is $1500/m with water and trash removal. I was very excited to live here because of the lake access, and opted for the longest lease possible with intentions to live here for years, after experiencing the issues said previously i will not be returning unless something drastic actually happened.

It has been great so far. Only issue is fixing the gates. We need better security around the apartment complex. Other than that the community is well kept and I would def. recommend this community to others.

Awesome place. Great move-in Special thats all that I can say for now. First impression is key so let me be living here for a few months to be fair. But man so far its great. Man its hard to right as many words as they want me to.

Beat community ever! Love the million dollar water view from my screened in balcony. Love the finishes on the apartment and the luxury pool and fitness center! Staff is fantastic! We couldnt ask for more!

Just wish things were completed in a timely manner. We are still waiting for a lot of amenities we are paying for. Not right. Plus the rent continues to go up. Personal situations are not considered and people are unhappy.
