I very much enjoy living here but one of the main reasons I chose this community is because it was “gated”. The gates have not worked at all since moving in 8 months ago and repairs do not seem to be a priority.

Our overall experience at this community has been outstanding, neighbors are friendly, apartment grounds are maintained very well, the area is very quiet. Main office communicates very well with renters about upcoming events whether about clubhouse closers to outdoor events for tenants. Very good place to live and raise a family

The staff has been amazing so far and the maintenance team always gets my needs fixed as soon as they can. Some of the trees need to be trimmed by our building for extra parking but other than that, I don’t have any real complaints at this time

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have loved it so far! Clean, quiet, and I have a great view of the lake. Staff has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone. Close to restaurants, stores, and activities.

Well, I love the service. I like the green areas. I love my apartment—it's very spacious, very original, and has neutral colors that go well with many types of furniture. So, I think they manage everything well. I love the lake, the clubhouse, and, of course, the gym. To me, for a small gym, it's very complete.

So far it has been an enjoyable experience, however, the biggest improvement from my standpoint would be a strong stance on people cleaning up after their pets. This is not something that is important to those who don't pickup their dog's waste but is to those of us who do.

Della has been magnificent! She helped us during our lease signing and providing us with marked floor plans when we were not sure if the furniture we bought for the apartment was going to fit. The complex is clean and very pretty. Many restaurants and entertainment near. Not a long commute to work.

Moving to One Hampton Lakes was the best decision I have ever made!! The layout of the complex is amazing! We have a beautiful view of the lake with hammocks and swings and the club house has lots to offer also! The staff is very friendly and helpful also!!

I am in love with One Hampton Lake. This is an extremely welcoming community of people in one of the most beautiful spots in Bluffton. A stunning location with a view and wonderful amenities. The dog park is very clean and well kept, my pups love it. The management is extremely responsive and all of the staff, has gone above and beyond my expectations. As new resident, I feel truly cared for. Their responsiveness and focus on customer service is a rare thing to find in today's world. I would highly recommend! ??????????

Overall, everyone has been friendly, the apartment has had minor problems but they have been quickly addressed. Noise is a slight issue, between the neighbors below us stomping alot and we can feel it above them and the cars going by with loud exhausts late at night/ early in the morning. The amenities have been great too.

I am glad I settled at Hampton Lake Apartments ~ never felt so safe and secure. It’s a beautiful place to live and you are surrounded by great restaurants. Publix and Kroger is not even 2 miles down the road.

Gated community but gates are open because they have not been repaired. One set of gates the entrance has been broken for the entire 10 months I have lived here. Was told I would get sensor to open gate, have never received but have been told “I know someone that works here, I can get you one”, is this not what I pay for?? The main gate has also been broken for months cause someone ran into brick pillar key pad. The entire column and key pad has been laying on ground for almost 3 months untouched and gate still broken and left open 24/7. Paying to live in gated community but gates are broken and zero urgency to repair, -again the entire column and keypad has been laying on the ground for months. I have never been contacted to have my air filters cleaned or the property treated for termites in the entire 10 months I have lived here, and the maintenance team does not even have a key to enter my unit as they had to call me to allow them in to replace screens as part of a community renovation. The garbage pick up is inconsistent, which I also pay a premium for. I recently put a service request in and noted it as urgent and have not had anyone contact me or fix the issue in now 9 days. I have not been able to use my kitchen sink for 9 days. Not to mention a few issues with unit from when I moved in that have never been addressed. Water filter on fridge does not work, dishwasher Trey broken, light bulbs missing upon move in, and now sink clogging as well as bath tub drain not properly working which I fixed my self. All this and the community continues to increase rent and fees to live here. If your asking my experience?? Not great.

Great place to live. Full time or just passing through. No major problems to speak of. Management seems attentive and anxious to address problems. We’ve been fortunate so far and intend to stay another lease. Hoping for no increase as the rents are quite high. Much of your experience depends on your immediate neighbors. Might try to put similar residents in same buildings (55 +, families, singles/profesionals, twenty something’s, etc)
