the behavior of the manager is bad. I announced that I had to leave the site and the manager did not behave well with my wife. the site is very nice and beautiful but unfortunately with people how the manager, my opinion change completely

Great place to live! Best rental in the area! It presents itself as a very high end complex. The amenities are top of the line and always accessible. The pool is beautiful, the weight room is well equipped and extremely clean, and the club house area is relaxing and inviting. The staff is fantastic and always tremendously accessible and helpful. If you are looking for a top of the line rental, this should be your new home!

They dont have very many photos of the apartments online, but in person they are beautiful! The rooms are bigger than expected based on the floor plans and the units have great modern appliances. Beautiful place to live with awesome amenities!

Its a very pretty apartment, what attracted me to it. People haul --- through the parking lot, its extremely loud with cars and motorcycles and loud music and people are up and disrespectful at all hours and you can hear everything from outside... telling the staff does nothingness to dissuade this as they dont seem to care. There are dead bushes and trees that have been dead for a year now and theyre still planted. The building is in dire need of floors being blown off and cleaned... food, trash and accumulation just make it look so dirty. The gates just seemed to start functioning. This has been a thorn in my side. Ive lived here a year now and the gates were always open. Whats the point of gates? Why do I pay so much in rent when things like this arent addressed? And when I do message or speak to the office, it never seems to get addressed or fixed. Just over not seeming to have a voice. I keep to myself and love my home but the community is lacking and its disappointing because it has such potential.

First time renter. Living most of of my life in a house, great experience , very safe and comfortable environment, excellent amenities, the entire staff very responsive, well thoughout apartment layout with latest appliances and in apt. Laundry .gated with security. Plus great Blufffton location.

Staff responds quickly to correct issues that I have brought to their attention on my apartment. However, I would like to make note that some ground floor apartment porches facing the parking lot in my building need attention.

The location is terrific employees are friendly and helpful the pool and club house and grills just great! The community events you can't beat well thought out it like family.There tenants come first hats off to your team

New to the area and staff very helpful. Excellent customer service,great location and floor plans. Very quiet and plenty of parking. Great amenities too. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Manager is great. Highly recommend!!

Great community, lots of nice people. Great view of the hampton lake plantation. I love the infinity pool and the clubhouse. The gym is great. It's a gated community which is a big plus. Small defects noticed when looking hard, but everything else is great! Couldn't be happier.

This community is incredible and the special units they offer really set them apart from other locations in town. This complex is in a perfect location for a commute to Beaufort, Savannah, or HHI! Give it a shot!

See all comments on questionnaire -survey. Dana assistant manager is loud yells when speaking and multiple times has been condescending. The background checks are either not done on every resident or done incorrectly. Security gates are rarely closed since May. Dog park still not complete. Solicitor came to my door asking for money . Not dog friendly nowhere to walk dogs in length. Davis landscaper sprays weed killer on grass every Monday not on weeds. Landscaper told me was spraying Round up type of chemical . He had no idea the toxicity of this chemical to humans or animals. No signs posted after they spray and dogs walk on grass often. Bugs in hall entrance screens on all step outdoor area and no one cleans up Dead bugs that cant get out. Mandatory garbage pick up is a joke that company must benefit from financially. Since when does an American not have a choice to use and pay for a service . People smoke even though lease and SC ordinance says its prohibited. Dishwasher smells like fish cant use it, stagnate water accumulates in it by design and no heated dry. Can hear other residence being intimate poor insulation and concrete. Size of apartment is very small for a 1 bedroom . The price of rent is too high for quality . Violation of my tenant rights by 2 other tenants with know drug use prior to renting here. These tenants were loud domestic violence issues .. Could smell fumes from their habits.

Overall experience is great. I love staying here with the lake view and would recommend to others. It's a peaceful and quiet place to stay. Keep up the good work one Hampton lake. We appreciate everything you do for tour residents.

Everyone was prompt and professional. The Staff seemed to enjoy their work and give their full attention to you. Everything was explained and concerns taken care of within 24 hours. Overall, we are looking forward to our time here. When having gatherings with food provided there needs to be more so you dont run out in the first 45 min of a 3 hour gathering.

Maintenance folks professional. Few other workers in office display some leadership potential.I truly dont mean to be hurtful with my comments, but feel like there needs to be better leadership. Please clean the place up....tables should also be sanitized periodically in clubhouse. Gates to complex repeatedly open or broken. Need professional management.

There is so much broken at our community. The gates havent worked in a long time, the fire pit has also been broken forever, a/c in fitness room has also been broke for a long time, people smoke everywhere, dog crap everywhere, public trash cans are full. The community is going downhill fast. We are moving out immediately. The level of clients are trending down quickly. Its unfortunate, but when you cant fill the units, and the expectation is to fill the up, you drop the quality of applicants. Very sad...

I really like the visual appearance and the professionalism of the staff. The experience provided by the staff is truly luxury. I would like for more storage with the apartments to make it more livable.

I love this community because everyone here is nice. It's still a very new property so there's not many people that live here yet. The amenities are very nice. Being the first person to live in an apartment and use all the brand new appliances is awesome!. The lake is great, we've been fishing a time or two.

All questions were answered promptly and all maintenance was taken care of quickly as well. Property is well maintained and very quiet. Wish it were a little closer to stores and shops, but that is the nature of being in a very new location that hasn't fully developed.

One Hampton Lake feels like i'm living on vacation especially because it's care free and with a great staff! The pool is amazing and clubhouse is divine. The move in process was easy and the staff was so accommodating.

I love the apartment and community. Its beautiful and everything I could ever ask for. However, I have been waiting almost a week for maintenance to fix my hot water and wish that it was handled for promptly.

Having been a home owner for many years I was reluctant to rent again. The community is wonderful! The staff is very attentive. The amenities are top notch. Feels like living at a resort. I would recommend living here.

I have lived here for two months and it is absolutely amazing. The best place I have lived thus far in my life. The amenities are excellent and the view is STUNNING. Pair that with the amazing customer service and you have true luxury apartment complex!

The staff and the amenities are second to none. Always courteous and professional. Always willing to go the extra mile to separate One Hampton Lake from all other complexes in the area. The convience of living in the middle of Bluffton and quick access to Hiloton Head Island make Hampton Lake the perfect place to call home.

I knew the minute my daughter and I met Dee Dee and saw the community that I made the right choice. One Hampton Lake was selected while I was living in California. Dee Dee was so helpful over the phone and incredibly kind and patient when answering all of my questions. This was the first time I had lived in an apartment since my senior year in college. I just can't imagine living in any apartment building in the Bluffton area but One Hampton Lake.
