While visiting I enjoyed how clean it was. The front lobby is very well kept! I loved How friendly all the residents were. Maintenance guys very professional and swift especially Breion. Limited parking but overall great experience

IMT Galleria "could" be a great place to live... But it is NOT. The residents are generally wonderful people, however the staff (especially Oscar Sanchez) are NOT. The staff (especially Oscar Sanchez) are passive aggressive, intrusive and hypocritical. They let pet owners get away with way too much, cleanliness and hygiene are very low on their priority list, and if your name is not on the lease (I.e. residents' guests) they treat you as sub-human.

Times are difficult, but there is a certain arrogance in allowing your dog to bark endlessly. And in similar fashion, it takes a certain disregard for one's residents, when management does little to remedy the situation. But, hey, there's a food truck Wednesday! Maybe... Sam Jabr Apt 117

The maintenance staff at this location is very hard working. I submitted a request and within 24 hours Breion was here to fix the issue and get it back to working. The entire process was quick and efficient.

I haven't really liked the new management ever since it switched from Emblem to IMT. It took weeks for them to get maintenance to repair a broken appliance. Oh, and the hallways/ elevators smell like dog urine. As for the price, you could find better for cheaper. I just recently started looking for a new apartment down the road and I was very surprised how much nicer they were. Most places I've looked at had more amenities, more parking spaces for guests, and the actual units were way nicer with extra storage space. So, if you're still looking for a "luxury" apartment, I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else. The good thing about this location is you have plenty of options.

The first person to greet me at IMT at the Galleria was Oscar Sanchez, I knew immediately I was in good hands. He listened then went to work locating a unit that fulfilled my needs. He was professional, at the same time, being kind and considerate while guiding me through thru the rental process. I sincerely appreciate all he did helping me find a wonderful, safe place to call home! I highly recommend IMT at the Galleria.

I've loved living at IMT at The Galleria. Maintenance requests are always done quickly, the community is kept clean and nice and I've had nice neighbors. The office is always helpful. Jade responds very quickly to any of my questions or needs. They even have had food trucks for us the past weeks. Very recommend!

Breton provided awesome service for my maintenance request! He was efficient and polite. I'm very glad that I could get my maintenance request fulfilled so quickly (under 24 hours). I hope to get Breton again!

Maintenance staff is a awesome here!! Breion and Tony resolve any issues either the same day or next day at the latest. The keyed access to all the doors to the hallways and garage makes living here feel so safe! Leasing staff is very welcoming and truly cares about their residents. Will definitely continue to renew my lease here later this year. Best apartment overall I have toured in the area!

Breion and Tony are the best maintenance team ever. We've lived at many different apartments and condominium complexes and this team is fast, courteous, and professional. They come prepared for any issue and keep everything running like clockwork. I couldn't ask for a better resident maintenance experience.

If you are looking for luxury living, IMT at The Galleria is it! Jade at the front office made what could have been a very tough relocation, a dream. Definitely speak to her if you ever have any issues while at IMT.

Honestly, this place is definitely not worth the rent they charge. I've been living here since April and at this point, I'm counting down the days until I can leave. They do safety and maintenance checks SO often, I feel like I'm constantly being checked up on like I was when I lived in a college dorm, it's ridiculous. It gives you no sense of feeling like its your home. Also, the gate arm to the garage is always broken, because your fellow residents will keep running into it. Clearly, I'm not living with other adults and professionals like I thought I would be. And finally, the best part: there are ants that continually invade my apartment, despite having a near spotless apartment (I can't leave ANYTHING out because of my cats). I have had pest control come by my apartment several times now, but the ants keep coming back. The ants aren't the fault of management, but their lack of will to *actually* resolve the problem is - and here is the kicker: if you discover on a Saturday that your apartment is COVERED in ants, they will tell you that they can't do anything about it, because pest control only comes on Thursdays. So you just have to live in your ant-infested apartment for almost a week. So happy to be paying for this top-notch pest-control. (-: It is ridiculous that they would make you deal with this problem yourself FOR A WEEK, even though you pay for pest control. Pictures are included, and this is the ant accumulation from ONE day, during the third ant invasion I've had. More will accumulate before Thursday, I'm sure. Long story short, stay far away.

This complex is awesome from the leasing staff down to maintenance. I enjoyed the entire 14 months I was here and would recommend this community to anyone and everyone. Truly a wonderful experience and matter of fact the best experience in an apartment community I have ever had! Way to go everyone at IMT At the Gallaria!!! Sincerely, Philip Davidson

I recently moved into this community within the last week. The move-in process was expertly handled with continuous checks on my needs during the move. The office staff is extremely personable and kind. Each always has a smile on his/her face when we see each other. Great complex with perfect access to all my shopping/living needs!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Do not move here!! The good reviews were paid for by IMT! I have attached photos of the DISGUSTING garbage rooms!! The maintenance is a joke, the office does NOTHING to make improvements. People they let move here are trash! They allow aggressive breeds! A pitbull bit my neighbor in the hand!!! People speed in the garage and driveway almost ran over myself and my dog. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE TRUST Me

I never give bad reviews because I believe in 2nd chances and I believe in karma but I have had conversations w management and they don't seem to adhere to the issues at the property. They are as follows: Arm at gate has been broken since I moved in June 17. I've spoken to management but no follow up. Water machine in workout facility broken. A "secured" door is broken. Anybody can come in the building without a fob. The property gates stay open for approximately 2 hours every morning and evening for the convenience of the residences. So they don't have to wait on the gate to open. Management says it's the owners that want it open. Rent is very high here. Average $1300. And we are supposed to have a gated garage, secured doors w fob or call box entrance only. There's always some event for the community that serves alcohol but when the millennials get to drinking they continue throughout the evening and party at the pool until midnight or early morning. Then management sends out an email about under age drinking and noise issues. Lol. It's laughable. They encourage it by starting the party. If you work hard for your money and are looking for a quality controlled and professionally managed property please don't move here. If you don't care about security, unprofessional management, parties, trash cans in the hallway ALL the time. Recycle dumpster full and running into the parking lot, broken elevators and broken call boxes. Then this is your kind of place.

I only live there part time. The move in process was easy and the front office staff (all of them) couldn't have been more helpful with all my deliveries and requests. I had selected one apartment based on a viewing without seeing the actual location and when I decided I would prefer a different location, they were also very accommodating. Everyone always has a smile and is willing to help. The building and facilities are always very clean

Emblem was my last stop before making my decision on an apartment in Franklin, TN. I wasn't expecting much and had basically already chosen which apartment I wanted. As I was walked through apartments, the move-in process, and amenities by Allison and Lauren, I was increasingly surprised. Everything impressed me from the attached garage and hotel-like community areas to the appearance of the rooms and price concessions they made available to me. Even after being dead set on a different apartment, Emblem turned my opinion around and I knew I really liked everything I was seeing. So far, all the staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful along with the residents I have talked with. My two maintenance requests have been solved very quickly. I don't think I could be more pleased. If you have any doubts about how Emblem seems, check it out in person. You won't be disappointed.
