Great apartment and staff. Everyone is willing to help and will surely try to be as accommodating as possible. The garbage collectors outside come very early in the morning making an unbareable noise. This is not only for the apartment complex but for business facilities surrounding the apartment.

Clean place, some minor issues at move in but all were addressed quickly. Wide hallways and elevator really help the move in process. Great location. Very accessible amenities. The grounds are well kept. Parking garage is a nice plus.

The price is a little steep for the square footage of the units. The Trash Fairy service is nice and convenient (but you pay additional for that each month). The facility overall is very nice and new. Convenient elevators and attached parking garage is a plus. The units are sleek and they do offer different interior design/color schemes which I found beneficial. When you get into the nitty gritty you can tell though they were finished very quickly because there are some minor imperfections such as paint splatter and crooked handles on cabinets. The noise level where i'm at isn't bad so far but they aren't at capacity yet so overall it is quiet, however you can tell the floors and walls are very thin. My unit has a lot of natural light. My neighbors don't make a lot of noise but I can hear them if it's heavy or loud movements like moving furniture or drilling. I like the social events they plan, it seems like every week there is something going on. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The package concierge is also a huge plus if you do a lot of online shopping. Overall I will say so far so good!

I just partially moved in on 11/2/17, so I can only say the rental process itself was a breeze. My next visit to Nashville will be more productive thanks to EMBLEM's efficiency in processing my application, and making the dreaded moving chore easier for me to get things done.

(UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT) NOISE: Walls and floors are paper thin. My neighbor had his speaker system set up on a shared wall. He'd blare the music at all hours of the day to the point where it could be heard throughout my entire 900 sq ft apartment, in the hallway, and it vibrated the wall. I called/emailed the office multiple times (no response to my emails). This was an ongoing problem for months; he'd blare music, I'd contact the office, he'd stop for a few hours/days. Repeat. As for the floors, you can hear the people below you stomp around. If your apartment faces one of the courtyards, expect to hear the echos of loud people/music/parties. GROUNDS: Pets pee and poop in the hallways/elevators; there are stains from it everywhere. Owners do not clean up after their pets. Cigarette butts litter the stairwells and top of the parking garage. Residents leave garbage EVERYWHERE; hallways, trash chute room (not IN the trash chute), over-piling the dumpsters, etc. SAFETY: The garage gates are always broken making it easier for people to tailgate in so lots of nonresidents use the parking garage. The doors to the outside are never closed all the way; there's no handle to pull the door shut inwards ??? Parking garage is a nightmare. People speed around turns, text and drive, double park, and block people in. Just horrible. Office does nothing.. just added a few scattered mirrors on some turns. NEIGHBORHOOD: Just be aware of Academy Sports and mall traffic (especially from Nov - Dec). MAINTENANCE: Takes a few tries for something to be completely fixed. STAFF: Unorganized, chaotic, poor communication, lots of assumptions, understaffed, office closes early without notice, phone calls not returned, they will give you the run around if anything is wrong. OVERALL: The apartment is okay. The residents really make it horrible with their 24/7 party mentality and lack of respect for others in the community. The staff only cares about getting your money. Once you're a resident, priority is given to potential new residents. Very high resident turnover rate. A majority of people who moved in when the place first opened left after a year.

Absolutely Love Emblem apartments. Has the most genuine and helpful staff, killer amenities and is in an awesome location! The apartment layouts & color schemes were designed extremely well. Pets are allowed too which is a major plus. Great sized rooms, bathrooms and HUGE closets. Also beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Have been here less than a month and couldn't be happier to call this place our home. Can't wait to become more aquatinted with amenities and fun resident events offered. 5 STARS!

This is the most convenient location for an apartment that I have seen. Many things of interest or importance are within walking distance or a short drive. Space is large, especially the bedrooms. The walk-in closets are especially nice.

Wonderful place. We have truly enjoyed it. The ladies that work up front are fantastic and really kind. The property is such a nice environment for us as a family, and also has a great singles vibe at the same time. The gym and coffee station are so useful, and the lobby is a place we actually hang out. Ive enjoyed every minute of our stay here. If I would have known it was so nice, I would have waited a bit longer to build a house. :)

my apartment itself is great but the entrances, stair well & halls are filthy. The same dirt and filth since Sept 2017. Not having locked doors from the garage or the front office area to the apartment areas is a concern with security especially since management choose to keep the garage entrance open for a couple hours each morning & evening allowing anyone access to the building and anyone can walk in the front door during office hours and access building. The trash facilities is disgusting. To have to drive past dumpsters, see & smell the filth and heat the noise of garbage trucks almost daily between 5:30am and 7a is horrible. The manager sees no problem with these concerns. Multiple times it's been addressed with no solutions.

We moved into the Emblem about 2 weeks ago and love it! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, tidy, and comfortable. It makes a big difference to have added amenities like a 24 hour gym, pool, pool table, and a coffee machine. We can't wait to see how this place develops during our time here (still under some construction). It can only go up from here and we are excited about it. Added bonuses of great community events, food, fun residents/neighbors, and free weekly fitness classes played into our decision for calling the Emblem home!
