I liked that the community was new and with the one-month free rent, the annual cost was in-line with older, less appealing properties in the area. The layout, design and amenities offered were the best among the 12 properties I looked at.

So far I have had an excellent experience at Emblem. From the staff to the complete aesthetic, I am really impressed and happy to call it my home! I was really blown away by all of the finishes in each unit I looked at, and Danya absolutely sold it for me. She is so warm and friendly and made me feel at home here. She knew every answer to all my questions off the top of her head and has been extremely on top of communication if I need anything at all.

It is a beautiful building with every single amenity you could need. Pet friendly, pool, grill, fitness center, complimentary Frothy Monkey coffee offered daily, beautiful courtyard, conveniently located in the heart of Cool Springs, 5 minute driving distance to basically anything you need and a SUPER friendly and helpful staff!

So far, so good. Great location for work and proximity to everything in Franklin. Easy to receive packages. Great indoor parking lot and convenient to my apartment. The price point was similar to other apartments but the fact that it was new was a big selling point. Staff were very friendly and helpful through the whole process.

This is a great community to live in. The apartment complex is well maintained, and the amenities are wonderful. The staff is super friendly and always with smiles on their faces. There are frequent community events too, which is great!

Just moved in to my new apartment! Everything went well, staff was helpful and maintenance staff worked very quickly to resolve a minor issue with my hot water heater. Excellent experience so far, hats off to the property team and staff.

Danya was great and made everything very simple for me. I also love how clean it is everywhere and I feel very safe. I also appreciate a great gym and the coffee bar is a plus as well. The free months rent is what made me choose you in the end though.

This is a really nice, upscale apartment complex. I really love that building access is so secure and the grounds are well lit. This is especially important when you are out walking your dog late at night.

This apartment has the friendliest staff. You'll always be greeted with a smile. They even set up mail forwarding for you. The parking garage is tall enough for a large truck, up to 7ft 7in high. Very clean pool and gym. The cool springs location is premium and close to restaurants, shopping centers, and bars.

The office staff is super friendly and helpful! And the move-in process was a breeze. The builders/architect thought about the move-in process. Door stoppers on the doors were a huge help! Plus there's a lobby area that you can store your stuff while you're going up and down the freight. SUPER helpful on a rainy day while trying to move fast!

The average age of people is lower then in other communities we lived and also the whole community is friendlier. The staff is really helpful and responses fast, they focus on the sollution and not on the problem.

Apartments are comfortable and work well for us. Covered parking with same floor access eliminating stairs is big plus,. convenient location. Overall property is maintained well and common areas / pool and clubhouse are very nice.

Emblem is designed like apartments properties you would see in the city. The indoor hallways are climate controlled (properly). The rooms are very sleek and modern with plenty of natural lighting. I'm currently in the A6 floor plan with the urban glaze color scheme. Elevators, dog park, trash valet and trash chutes for when I forget to put out my trash, etcetera. I can honestly say they left no stone unturned. LOVE IT HERE

I moved into this building January 2018. I lived out of state and wasn't able to make a trip out to take a tour. The staff was beyond helpful and nice about the whole process! They responded promptly to emails, phone calls, and sent me photos of apartments I was interested in. I have lived in some communities where the staff is only friendly to get you to sign the lease and then you can never get ahold of them once you are living there. That is not the case here. If i have any questions- they are always willing to help!

Nothing but good things to say about Emblem. Even if they didn't have the coolest common space and pool, the way the courtyard is laid out is fun and they are very involved in their residents social events. It feels like everyone knows everyone which is really fun to me. The office staff is so great too. Not one single regret with choosing emblem, I love living here.

Move-in process was quick and painless. Apartment is brand new, the grounds are very well maintained, and other residents have been very friendly. I look forward to getting more involved at Emblem and taking advantage of the amenities offered!

Great community. Wonderful neighbors. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Grounds are always well kept and if there isca problem its taken care of quickly. Parking can be a little tricky. Overall a great complex .

So far, everything has been going very well. I had a single minor issue at move-in which required a maintenance request. The Emblem maintenance team quickly addressed the problem. Move-in went very well with no problems getting keys or access to the apartment. Staff response has been prompt and the grounds are in excellent condition.

Great location and great staff. However for the price of rent the appliance and fixtures are not upto grade. The complex is clean and well lite and the response time for repairs is good considering the quality of the plumbing, appliances and cabinets. However most apartment complexes in the county are actually not as good but the rent is less.

I absolutely love living at Emblem. I wanted a place that was affordable, nice, and in a great location. Emblem is just that! It's one of the more affordable options with amazing amenities, great quality, and feels just like home. I love that it's only a 10 minute drive to downtown franklin and a quick and easy drive into Nashville. It's also right across the street from a great mall! I'd definitely recommend living here!

I just moved in. Everything is good so far. The complex is in a very convenient area. It is close to several of my favorite restaurants including J. Alexanders, Bonefish Grill, Sperrys, Bricktops, and Carrabas.
