The staff has been incredibly welcoming. They have been very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs as new residents not only to the complex but to the state. Our daughter lived there before and told us this is where we needed to be.

I was so thrilled when I found Emblem apartments because of the great location in Franklin and the safety of the apartment complex. The attached parking garage is what sold me on this complex versus another. So excited to make this my home!

I have only been here a month but I love it! the staff has been wonderful. They made the process super easy. All of the tenants have been so sweet and welcoming. I love my apartment. It is spacious and so nice. Great price for the location and all of the amenities. Would highly recommend!

I am thoroughly pleased with this apartment since moving in approx 1 month ago! The staff is fantastic and quick to respond to questions. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the pool and gym are amazing too!

The apartment location is convenient, and the amenities are wonderful. The floorplan is open and nicely designed. I especially love extras like the ceiling fans, deep tub, ice maker, and linen and coat closets. I never hear other units, and every resident I've interacted with has been kind and pleasant. Move-in was a little clumsy and unorganized, but everything else so far has been top notch.

This is an absolute amazing beautiful place to live. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere! Clean, neat, and comfortable apartment. Absolutely love the decor and layout of the building and apartments. The biggest two things I love about the emblem is the parking garage and the indoor hallways!

I've lived at the Emblem apartment complex for about six months now. Overall, it hasn't been a bad experience. The office staff seems pretty friendly; I haven't had much interaction with them, except getting my keys on the first day, as well as a couple of questions here and there. It was definitely one of those situations where they were friendlier when I was touring, which is a given because they are trying to get people to lease. One thing that is kind of annoying is the fact that my boyfriend's name and my name both keep getting taken off of the callbox, so if we have people come over, food deliveries, get dropped off at our place; etc then we've usually had to let whomever in, as well as some nights have waited in the cold until someone was coming in/going out with their furry friend. Also, the grounds are usually pretty clean except that some nights when I get home from work, there are beer bottles, wine glasses, and empty bottles of wine just laying around in some of the parking spaces of the garages (which I understand is not the complex's fault; I completely understand that). Overall, I have been pretty pleased with the apartment complex. However, there are just a couple of things that they could work on, which is mostly the case for every apartment complex that you encounter.

I just moved in however my experience thus far has been pretty good. The staff has been awesome. One thing that I've noticed in my brief time here is that this community has a lot of perks to make life easier for its residents such as access to concierge service.

My wife and I chose Emblem because of a few different things: the overall appearance, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the staff's kindness and helpfulness, and the safety we felt inside the building. We can't wait to spend the first year of our marriage at Emblem.

Hands down, best living in Franklin/Brentwood area. Would recommend this to any family or friend. Had looked at multiple other properties before choosing here and had lived in one other in Franklin. That particular property and the others could not even hold a candle to Emblem and it's staff.

Emblem has always been a great place to live and call home. The neighbors are so friendly as well as the community. The property is clean and the facilities are always working. I have enjoyed working with the staff whenever something goes wrong. They are timely and consistent.

The management needs to address the dog feces that are piling up on the property. It must be a health code violation. The apartment itself is decent....however there is no sound proofing. If you don't want to hear everything in your neighbors apartment....take a 4 th floor unit.

Great service, great looking building, price is grear, close to everything: I-65 , SHOPPING mall, grocery stores, restaurants. STUFF very friendly, I like court yard, swimming pool, table pool, and so on.

Just moved in so I need more time to access and provide feedback. I think though to start with dogs should have designated areas as their urine has damaged the landscaping in the front and there is therefore bad curb appeal.

I have had an ok experience living at Emblem. I think the front office women are not good at customer service and that has been more of a deterring factor for me. From moving in and having to ask to be shown to my apartment, to inconsistency with dealing with packages, to taking a week to fix a simple door handle. I also think the parking has gotten a little crazy. But for the most part I love my apartment and the layout.

The apartments here are very nice. Staff is friendly and the resident events help the place feel like home. However, the buildings allow for lots of noise above you and they're quite expensive. Live on the 4th floor and you're all good!

Everyone I've met has been nice and welcoming. The grounds are clean and I feel 100% comfortable living on my own? this community is so safe! The parking garage is a major plus, but there are entries for loading things in and out that you can use if you need to. It may look pricey at first, but it is worth every penny.

This community is located conveniently across from the mall and down the street from Target, the clubhouse is a great place to get work done and enjoy coffee, the amenities are all great, and the parking garage has plenty of spots!

It's is a beautiful, quite place to live. I love the modern feel of the Apartments. Having the property be only one building makes it feel like a community. The property is well maintained and feels like I live at a hotel, everyday.

we have enjoyed the convenience. We like the low maintenance. The walls/ceiling are not well insulated so we do hear our neighbors more than we'd like. There are a lot of dogs and sometimes the halls and grassy areas smell like pets urine/poop. Lastly, our dryer vent stays clogged, even though we clean the lint trap after each cycle. I do this is a fire hazard and was poorly designed.
