I have been here almost three weeks so far and the experience has been great. 1 bedroom A1A is plenty of room for 1 person, and mine happened to be relatively cheap compared to some other rooms. I bought the place without seeing it in person since I moved in from far away. Only one issue was a pretty loose toilet seat but when I asked for it to be fixed it was fixed that same day. Apt pretty new so it looks nice and untouched. Additionally, they were able to let movers bring my bed in and set it up in my room so I had it there when I arrived. Everyone here is super nice and there are social events in the courtyard and pool area pretty often. *Also there is free coffee in the lobby.* Floors are durable, I at least had no scratches while moving in and building some Ikea-like furniture. A good choice for starting new. Walmart and a ton of stores are less than a mile away, so living by Cool Springs is a great choice. There are also deals occasionally like 50% off on certain pizza places.

Beautiful luxury apartments with ample space. Kitchen is a great size with plenty of cabinet space. They are pet friendly and several tenants own dogs, so may not be the right place for someone who is sensitive to dogs/noise.

I just recently moved in to Emblem and I love it here. The building and apartments are beautiful and brand new, the location is great and the staff are amazing. Shout out to Lindsey for answering all my questions and making moving in a breeze! I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and I am so glad I picked this one.

I agree with the previous reviewer. This place has sound issues. I can hear neighbors snore on the other side of our wall. Seemed quiet during the tour but don't be fooled. It's crazy for a newer building

We love it here so much- but the one thing I will say is PAPER THIN floors, walls, ceilings, etc. I believe it's just a single girl living above us and at all hours it sounds like stampedes. Either she has heavy feet or there's elephants above us. I'm guessing she works odd hours, because ALL NIGHT LONG.

The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is clean, quiet, and the amenities are top notch. The parking garage is convenient as you can park on your floor and walk in (there is a security gate at the entrance).

Only been here a couple of weeks, but everything has been great so far. Staff is really friendly and the apartments are really nice! It's also extremely close to everything in cool springs, which is a plus.

This place is like a frat house on steroids. Office is very unfriendly and you can forget about maintence. It's a joke. Good luck getting anything fixed. Outside doors are always left open and the garage gate doesn't work 90% of the time, this place is not safe or secure. The noise is ridiculous and no matter how many times you complain to the staff, it only gets worse. Trash! Trash is everywhere. This place is a dump. Don't waste you money... this place is a joke.

First off, the location is very hard to beat. Directly across the street from the Galleria and minutes away from every store imaginable, Emblem is very convenient. The office staff is very helpful and kind. All the neighbors I have met so far are very kind and inviting. It seems as though there are many events that residents can attend to get to know each other which is really nice. Overall, I am super happy with Emblem and can see myself living here for a long time.

I have been very pleased with my living as well as service experience here at the Emblem! The property is kept nice and the staff is very helpful each time I have needed to contact them. I have loved the Parking situation and I feel very safe when going an coming from my apartment.

Property is beautiful, well maintained, great amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. We moved from a larger home and have not rented in years but this apartment has a wonderful feeling of a home not just your random apartment! Very happy with our choice.

I moved in May 2018 and the move in process was fine. The staff there are very helpful, nice, and answered and continue to answer any additional questions I have with a smile on their face. Since I work in the customer service field, they are definitely great compared to other places for sure and just don't try to get you in the door and thats it. As far as noise goes, the only noise that I normally hear are people outside (I have the pool view) or inside walking about. I don't hear my neighbors at all and when I'm walking around the apartment, its pretty dead silent besides the barking dogs you encounter as you walk by a apartment door. Appearance is great. I can only speak as far as the 2nd and 1st floors, but nice and tidy along with the outside area always looking good. There is a trash chute by the way on every floor besides the 1st. Be careful when in the parking garage though. Its a death trap in my opinion due to people driving crazy sometimes. I can see a accident waiting to happen when you're making turns. Community is great here. They have a lot of events going on usually and are people are pretty nice around here. I'm not used to what seems like everyday events, but its nice regardless. The main seller for me for choosing Emblem was just the location. I work about 3 minutes away from work and its so nice. That and that its in the heart of Cool Springs so going shopping or grabbing a bit to eat is minutes away. Free rent for a month was also a main seller along with just the appearance of how each apartment looked. That and the fact that I didn't have to worry about a washer/dryer set and other appliances too. Also the fact its brand new was also a factor. I hate bugs, spiders, etc so the other places around here when I heard they had those problems, it was a definite no.

Danya and Dyani were fantastic and made this a very easy process. No hidden agendas and great customer service. Facility was clean. First time in an apartment in a couple of years so I hope everything continues to go great.

Would first like to thank the office staff. I couldn't make it down to tour the place so Danya went and took photos of the apt we liked without me even asking. The apt is quiet, clean and the neighbors are all friendly. The apt seems to be built better than most. I actually don't have to listen to neighbors through the walls which was a huge factor for me as I sold the condo I owned to rent here. I love having the gym,pool, and gas grills at the pool for use at anytime. I've never rented at a place with an office staff as great as Danya and Denise so major props to them.

Community and amenities are great. Apartment layouts are spacious and the ability to choose the kitchen color scheme was a great selling factor for me. The surrounding area is great for shopping and dining and it's right off the interstate which is great.

New apartment and good environment, good facilities. Staffs at the leasing office are friendly and kind. So far I'm satisfied with the apartment. I can recommend this apartment for people who would like to have high quality life in Franklin.
