Emblem is an amazing place to live with lots of activities going on as well as amazing neighbors. I give emblem a 90%; other is factored on owners not picking up after their dogs and making our home smell badly and look even worse. Not healthy for anybody; if only others could do their part. I recommend The apartment getting on with a dna poop service that takes a sample of each dog on the property at the beginning of a persons lease and holds it in a data base & fines a person who doesn't pick up after their dog

Emblem is a nice place to live and they have a friendly staff. Please refill the coffee machine at least twice a day. Also when the pool table is out of chalk, replace the chalk. I would like to see more social events.

the community is well taken care of and clean. my apartment is nice but they staff are not as friendly if you need anything. overall i would recommend living here, i just wish the staff were a bit more helpful and inviting.

Very clean halls and community areas very quiet apartment is a small 1 bedroom but lots of storage so no issue for us we love the parking garage very convient to our apartment the staff has been helplful and friendly a great place to live

This is a well-maintained, quiet building with excellent leasing and maintenance staff. The nightly trash-pickup is a much appreciated service. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Leasing/management staff is responsive and friendly.

I've only been here a few days, but everyone is truly lovely. Everything in the apartment works well and I especially love the large windows. Lots of sunlight! They appear to be very dog friendly, so if that's something important to you look no further.

the the building is very nice but getting run down. The staff changes frequently but does try to resolve some issues. The banned breed dogs are all over, dog mess all over and owners don't care. The trash system poor as broken glass by drive area into garage and sidewalk. The front lights out for weeks in front of building (dark when walking)and no answer. The building is trying to do events which is nice as turnover is big with residents. the residents are mixed ages and most really nice. i feel they are trying to get the building running great and seem to care!

The unit was not as clean as I expected for the rent price. I had to clean excessive lint buildup out of dryer and scrub stuck on lint off the door before I could use it. The dishwasher had food stains and what looks like splattered paint in it. I was told to run a wash cycle with a half cup of bleach poured in bottom. I had to scrub the rims of both toilet bowls. The kitchen sink faucet was not functioning properly and had to be replaced as well as the flapper in the back of the master bathroom toilet to flush properly. The amenities and location are pluses. Maintenance has been timely and appropriate. I think cleaning could definitely be improved!

Like the building/parking, mail/package security and Trash Fairies. I tell my friends "it has characteristics of assisted living but everyone is not old". It is very convenient to shopping, dining, health care, major streets and interstate.

Coming from a college town, Emblem has been an absolute change of pace and an absolute delight! The staff were super helpful with every aspect of our move-in and the apartments are great! We had an issue with one of our appliances at move-in and they had someone come up and fix the problem within 90 min! Emblem is a great place to move if you want to feel like the staff and community really care about you.

Too early to provide a legitimate assessment at this time. However, building looks older than it is, which indicates maintenance team is not keeping up with wear and tear. In addition, I expected higher-end appliances.

It's clean, quiet, well appointed and with a secure entry garage. The pool is stunning and on the interior of the community, so no non residents can get in. I greatly enjoy living here. Worth noting that I moved here from a 2200 SF house and I'm not inconvenienced at all by the size of my apartment. It's much smaller, but well laid-out. So I do not mind.

Great facility with wide hallways and elevators to easily move in. There is tons of parking in the parking deck for awesome convenience. The apartment was clean and provided a welcome swag bag that was so nice to see when we got our keys. The staff is friendly and remembers the residents and unique needs and questions. We love this complex - great space and amenities as well as location!

A great community that I moved into a year ago. It is well maintained and the staff is always helpful in a professional manner. I plan to renew my lease when it is up.
