I love my home and the staff. I really feel like home and wish the place was for sale because I would buy it. I've had some structural and plumbing issues beyond the staff's control but, they made sure each and every issue was addressed and fixed. I absolutely adore the Emblem staff. They are like family.,

I just recently moved into this apartment complex. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful! Compared to the last place where I lived, this is by far the more superior apartment complex. It helps that it is still extremely new!

So far, so GREAT! The amenities, particularly the fitness center and pool are AWESOME! The garage and all access points to enter the building require a FOB for entry to enhance peace of mind. The location to work, recreation, and dining really meet our lifestyle.

Living at Emblem has been wonderful. Our home is very well laid out with extra large bathrooms and lots of closet space. The staff is outstanding as are the amenities! I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great place to live that is clean and close to everything. Look no further, this is where you want to be if considering the Cool Springs or Franklin areas. Office and Maintenance Staff are always courteous.
