A beautiful Pool and friendly staff make Emblem a great place to live! You also can't beat the location for shopping, entertainment, schools, restaurants, and activities. I can now commute to work in under 5 minutes!

Well maintained grounds and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The apartment is beautiful but really could use a little more storage space. It's a bit pricey for the size but extremely convenient.

I've been living at Emblem for 6 months now, and so far, it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff has always been great. I've had to submit a few service requests, but they have always been done quickly, usually within 24 hours. I've never had any issues with noise. I also love that there is a parking garage. It's nice not to have to worry about whether it's raining, etc. There are also tons of community events throughout the month, which I think is a plus.

Very clean upon move in. The staff was very friendly. The facilities were easy to find, and very accessible. The facilities are 24/7 which makes them very convenient. The parking garage is perfect to secure vehicles in.

So far we love Emblem. The walls seem thinner than promised. Noise can be heard easily from other tenants. They are finishing up all the units so that is quite annoying for now. The construction isn't finished so the eye sores of empty units and construction materials is not the luxury we would like. When finished it will be amazing to live here. I do love the courtyard and pool areas. They are perfect to enjoy grilling out with friends. The units are fresh and new. The style and appearance is wonderful.

Living at the Emblem has been an absolute dream! The staff is so kind and take the time to get to know their residents. Our grounds keeper does a wonderful job of making sure our community stays tidy and clean and the community of folks living here is so lovely! I'm so thrilled that I decided to call Emblem my home!

Good experience ! New facility would recommend it to other couples looking for a nice facility near shopping, restaurants, gaming, and schools! Would recommend it for the money great place to live and raise a family!!

I love this apartment community. The amenities are amazing and there are several planned activities each month! The staff is so friendly and responsive and so many nice people live here. I love all the upgrades in my apartment as well!

Living here has been great! Everything is brand new and you get the most bang for your buck. It truly is the most up to date apartment complex in Franklin! The staff is extremely helpful and every part of the building is in pristine condition. If you don't at least visit the apartment when shopping around you're only hurting yourself.

The community is brand new and unfinished but is coming along well and is a beautiful and peaceful place to live. I loved the fact that I was able to choose from multiple color schemes for my apartment as well.

The overall experience has been so easy with Emblem. It has been the easiest transition into my new home. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I even had a welcome basket in my new home when I moved in!! Amazing!

This apartment building is very nice and clean. Everything is new and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They are so pet friendly here and offer lots of resident community events for those that's are interested. Would recommend to friends and family.

Seems like the apartment complex was opened too early. There is still a lot of construction going on. Have had problems with floor, sink draining, and electric wiring in my unit. The parking garage if full of equipment and dust.

The staff is truely amazing!! Very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Typical issues you can expect from moving into a new construction, but overall a great experience. Pet friendly with goregeous land scaping and great amenities for residents.

Nice place and friendly staff until too many people moved in. This place is nicely built with a great location, staff are friendly and helpful. When we first moved in, this place was so new and empty, although lots of amenities we have now were not available back then we still enjoyed this place. Things are getting a little different when more and more people moved in. There are trash at places they shouldn't be, crowded parking and people speeding in the garage, pet owners don't clean after their pets, and annoying residents living around the pool that would yell at people not during quiet hours. There are also neighbors would never change the battery of their smoke alarms that makes the thing beeps day and night. The community forum used to be a nice place that people would send greetings and share interesting ideas, but recently it's getting annoying that more and more people will go on there and complain. It feels like everyone is trying to teach everyone a lesson. Afterall we still love this place but the quality of neighbors is dropping so bad.

This is an absolutely amazing community. Everyone here is warm, inviting, kind and helpful. The building itself is brand new and beautiful! The apartments have great layouts, the closet in the bedroom is a dream, and the pantry is one for the books! The appliances are well made, great brands, and work magnificently! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place!

Love the clubhouse, fitness center and pool. The apartments are well done, great color schemes and are very modern. I love the location also! One block from my work and love that I can walk to various restaurants and shops!

Overall I am content. Have been disappointed on occasion with office staff attitude. One of the young ladies, Lindsey, is especially polite and professional but some of the others could definitely be more courteous at times and better trained.

Wonderful staff and the building looks clean and neat all the time. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and groceries. The apartments are beautifully decorated and have great space. My favorite is the kitchen.

I set my standards very high when apartment shopping and Emblem was the ONLY ONE that hit everything I wanted (and more). Not to mention the community that it's surrounded by in Franklin/Cool Springs. On top of the amenities and community, the staff was beyond helpful during my moving process. They really made me feel at home as they remembered my name when I came in unexpectedly. I plan on staying here a while! Great place, great people. Come to Emblem!

Excellent property. Very clean and fresh in appearance. The entryway is very impressive and the fitness center has new equipment. The Frothy Monkey coffee machine in the front lobby is a great addition.

Great units with wonderful amenities. The leasing staff is great and extremely helpful. The community here is also great. People are very friendly and social. The units are modern and they have a ton of different lay out and style options. Love living here!

I've been in three different apartment communities, and this is my best experience. Everyone in the leasing office is easy to deal with and very helpful. And the maintenance staff, though spread very thin very often, does a great job and is very responsive.

Staff has been nice and helpful from the start. They have lots of fun events on a regular basis ( several times a month). The exercise room is great and fulfills all my exercise needs. We are very happy we live here.
