Bridge at Waters Park is a great place to call home. My apartment backs up to the greenbelt where you can watch the deer and hear the birds singing. The office and maintenance staff are very professional and quick to answer any questions or make repairs needed to your apartment. I recommend you to come and join us and get to know your neighbors.

This is a good community, good location for the cost of rent, especially with rising rent in the rest of the city. The few neighbors I have met, they are mostly nice, other than the one woman I met to return her package

The landscape is beautiful and it has a beautiful nature scene that makes it feel warm, comfy, and homelike. The apartment is very spacious throughout the kitchen might be a little tight for two people to be in at the same time but overall I really loved the apartment oh and I especially loved the garden tub. ?? I have had dream of soaking in that tub with a glass of wine ?? ?? I would really love living here. ??

Good apartments. Very quiet. Plenty of parking and the parking spaces are wide enough for normal cars. Good value. Maintenance crew is responsive. The location is very good. That is all I can think of.

Wonderful Waters Park
I have lived at Waters Park Apartments for three years and love it! The landscaping is well kept, and the pools have crystal clear water! There are three dog parks, a playscape for the kiddos, and an outdoor grill/patio area, there are grills at each pool as well! The apartments are central to downtown Austin and minutes away from my office in South Austin. I personally have not had any issues with my apartment, but I know if I did, the maintenance crew are knowledgeable and friendly! The front office staff are very helpful as well! Check out Waters Park Apartments, you’ll not regret moving here! ,

Very reasonable rents, huge value
I moved here last year during the overwhelming rent hikes. I lucked out and got in just in time and couldn’t be happier with the value for the money. Quiet property with so many amenities. Hike trails, dog parks and two pools! Use and love them all! Everytime I have to go to the office, Kevin is there. I think he sleeps there! Anyway, Kevin is amazing. Patient, personable and a joy to work with. He’s awesome!

Great place to unwind
Been here for two years and can’t get over how peaceful it is, right in the hustle and bustle of Austin and all there is to do here. I love that I come home to a place nestled in the trees and two pools to chill by.

Great place to live
Waters park has been great. The maintenance and office staff are all friendly and if I put in a work order it usually gets done that day. I've lived at many other apartments and had to wait days if not weeks for anything to get done. Thank you waters park staff

Fantastic community
This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in I am so proud to be living here. To the maintenance staff to the office staff they are all so friendly and welcoming and very personable. Thanks for being great!

Beautiful scenery!
We chose our home & can’t wait to move in. When he asked for a review, we were happy to give it! My husband loved the disc golf course & I love the walking path and we & our for babies all love the 2 dog parks.

Awesome community!
Waters Park has been the best apartment living experience of my life! The grounds are so well kept and there is so many nice views and trails to explore! Great location and not too expensive compared to other nearby communities.

My family and I are visiting for the week to check out properties to move to and we found Waters Park through some review sites. We decided to check it out and Liz and Brandon were very friendly and knew so much about the area! We've checked out a few properties so far and this one is up there!

Amazing apartments and staff
I moved to waters park in January and I gotta say this is the best apartments I have been in to the maintenance staff and office staff they are so quick and respectful I love living at waters park apartments!

Great place to live!
My experience at this complex was great. Easy access to highways, shopping, and entertainment. The office staff is super friendly and helpful with every request that I made. The maintenance staff was very responsive and the buildings and grounds were well taken care of. Good experience overall.

Best kept secret in North Austin
33 years in the industry, I'm very selective as to where I wanted my mother to live. This place checks every box, and then some. She loves her tree house apartment, staff and maintenance team are stellar. The grounds are immaculate at all times. The pools are sparkling, fun people will meet and greet you just like a real community. Hats off to this team, you have it all figured out!

The leasing office is so nice!!!! They have free wi-fi, if you need just to come and relax, this is the best place at the community to be!!! Study, work, or just spend some relax time at your laptop or computer!!!

We love it here
Best apartments in Austin. I have been here for almost a year and couldn't be happier. If you need a place to live I highly recommend waters park! Great staff, great apartments, great amenities. Just great!

Amazingly Kind Staff!
Wow! What a kind and unexpected experience with the staff at Waters Park! I was on my way to throw out my garbage, placed on my trunk as I slowly drove toward the dumpster, and when I got out to throw it away, I was met by the most thoughtful kindness from Tyrone and Delane (Grounds Keepers). Without being prompted, Tyrone and Delane drove their carts to my car and proceeded to lift the garbage bags off and help throw them away! Some of the bags were heavy too so it was extra appreciated! Unfortunately one of the bags had a tear and left a trail of kitty litter on the top of my trunk along the floor all the way to the dumpster. But Tyrone was prepared! He grabbed a broom and dust pan from his cart and swept up the mess from my trunk and the floor. Both of them were incredibly friendly! Delane is nice and always remembers me. The office staff too (Brandon & Kevynn) are wonderfully personable. Anytime I go in the office they provide their full attention and are friendly. Via email, by phone, or in person they are responsive to my requests and open to printing things off for me. I appreciate that this complex has such kind staff.

I have the neatest neighbor
When I moved in I thought it was going to be the usual complex. My apartment backs up to the woods. I have a direct access to my garage that makes me feel safe. The best part is my neighbor who drives Uber black at the airport. He has tons of plants and even plants sunflowers off his back porch. I am lucky enough to enjoy them too. So quiet and peaceful including his awesome stories about his long, full life and travels.

A Hidden Gem
This complex may be old but makes up for it in gr8 maintenance and staff. If you want convenience and solitude in the middle of the city , look no further... Birding is phenomenal, on any given day you will come across Deer, Racoons, Possum, Bobcat, Fox, Rabbits and might even catch a glimpse of a Coyote.... if he has an ACME tote do not approach.... 5 yrs on property and plan on at least a cpl more.... the new cardio gym and -------- game, disc golf and lots of hiking trails....

Great staff!
Came in to Waters Park to take a look at the property and was greeted by Liz, the manager. She was incredibly friendly and told me all about the area and the amenities they offer. I'm overall pleased with this property and will be back to tour!

Lovely!
What a lovely place, staff was so kind on my tour. I’m so looking forward to moving in soon. I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments, and these are by fair the nicest i’ve seen. Not to mention the awesome amenities!

Very Nice
Very nice community, i’ve moved around a lot and this has been my favorite place so far. Highly recommend anyone wanting to live close to the domain and downtown austin to move here. Friendly staff and i actually like the manager here.

Pet friendly
There are 3 dog parks! Every time I go to the office, they give my fur baby a treat. When I moved in, there was a welcome kit for me and one for Chancy! The leash law in Austin ain’t no joke but, it’s only to the car or to the dog park
