Be careful, don't get fooled by the smiles.... SO FAKE. I feel sorry to live there 2014..... the management is so terrible about everything. (Liz) I lived there 1 year, I never experienced anything like that before : I complained about the ants and the mice for almost 4 months, all what they do is just send someone to spray some chemicals for 2 min and leave, this is irresponsible and ridiculous. We paid a lot of money to rent at this place, so we deserve to be treated fair, but unfortunately we didn't see that. my couch has been damaged because of some mice, they would never reimburse, or talk about it. I get so embarrassed when I invite my friends to come over, just too much ants, always coming up under the carpet. THESE ARE THE REASONS I MOVED OUT FROM THERE, the funny thing is when I left the apartment, the manager decided not to give me my deposit back, and trying to charge me another $220 for cleaning the carpet which I cleaned before moving out, and some other fees about the oven, here and there... unbelievable manager.!!!!!!! I understand the fact that the manager Liz is trying to please the owners, but not this dirty way, it is a shame. I will make more bad reviews so everyone know about this ppl I will talk to : the Austin Tenants' Council if nothing happens will try small claim court.

I moved into WatersPark because of location. The office people seemed helpful and polite. I had read where the company stuck it to people for fees and fines when you moved out but didn't give much credence to the statements. Well I should have because they really do make you pay to move out. My advice is if you have a pet do not move in because you will pay and pay for having a pet.

I lived at Waters Park Apartments for 3 years and was for the most part pleased with the accommodations. The location, near W Parmer and Mopac, was excellent. The grounds were immaculate and the staff and maintenance crew were professional and efficient. There are however a couple of caveats to living there that a prospective renter should be advised of. First of all, the parking is limited especially after 7-8pm. Some apartments appear to have "groups" of people living in them, each driving at least one vehicle. To make matters worse, you have to be very careful when you do find that rare parking spot in the evening close to your apartment since Waters Park has a private towing company that they allow to wander the grounds at night and tow cars at their discretion that they feel are not parked "properly". I was horrified to find that my car had been "stolen" one morning only to be informed that it had been towed due to one of my tires being on the white line in my parking space. It cost me $193 dollars to retrieve it along with damage to one fender that the towing company insists was already there. A second situation that one should be mindful of is that although the apartments are lovely, the windows are covered with cheap, dollar store style blinds that are difficult to raise and lower and crinkle with minimal handling. When you more out, the staff inspects these blinds and charges you for replacing any and all that have even the slightest crinkle in them. You would be better off to remove these blinds during your stay and replace them when you leave.

I thought the managements response was very well worded and thank you. I don't think a disrespect is intended at all by management but I think only one thing would have to be done to change that perspective. 1. Be more personable. I read about people feeling like they're bothering the office staff when they come in to get a package or have an issue. Maybe just putting the extra effort while they're waiting for the other person at the desk to say..."how's your day...it's really hot out....how's everything going with the apartment etc." Little things like that sometimes put people at ease. Also maybe when there's an issue spending time explaining why it's a policy rather than sort of the...this is just our policy. Sometimes that helps people actually understand why the inconvenience which helps them be a little more patient with it. Also with the water issue, just sending a brief email saying they can't a read so that we know. Again after talking with someone we understood but the two days before the "not knowing why" sort of made it seem we were being cheated which automatically put us on the defense. Again just little personable things I think would make all the difference. A lot of people complain but do not offer suggestions and I'm sure you guys are capable of coming up with solutions on your own but I think it may be helpful to hear ideas from actual clients. Thanks again for the well worded response. As I said before our stay has not been terrible or anything, but just wish there would have been some things happen as I stated above.

A lot of the reviews here are either obviously negative because of some isolated incident or insanely and suspiciously positive. I'm going to be as honest as possible and hopefully this helps some of you looking at places. TL;DR: Waters Park is a well-maintained complex in an alright location. The units' walls/ceilings are no thinner than your average complex (i.e. you can hear a lot, and your neighbors will think you're moshing even if you're just strolling to the toilet), the residents range from busy work-a-day 30 somethings to kind hearted older folks to aspiring drag racers, and the staff's generally helpful unless they're having a bad day, which we all have, and they have many. Some highlights: 1. Stories of "terrible parking" are exaggerated, but rooted in truth. Definitely on more than one occasion have I had to park far from my building (or in a different section of the complex). Not the end of the world, but if you are ethically opposed to walking .25 miles on occasion, consider a different complex or possibly reevaluate your physical activity threshold. 2. The complex really excels in maintenance. I had a screen dislodge and it was fixed within 24 hours. And the grounds are kept very clean. 3. Noise is what you'd expect from any apartment complex. It can be loud, it can be quiet, let's move on. 4. The staff is... interesting. Some days they are an absolute pleasure (save for who I think are the managers of the team, who are always on their A game and super helpful), and other days they can be completely unpleasant like a gypsy just cursed their entire family. We all get it, there is way more work to do than give your residents their packages, and you probably have a billion other more productive things you could be doing. We understand that frustration. That said, some of us just want to pop in, pick up our DVD box set of How I Met Your Mother and go on with our days, and not feel like a complete nuisance. My feelings weren't hurt (weren't THAT hurt...) or anything, but this is the line of work you're in and I've lived in plenty of complexes where I am treated like a human being when I walk in the office. Perhaps some office meditation and deep breathing will help lower the stress and subsequently the high snark level. I know a great yoga instructor if you need a referral. 5. Their business practices, from my point of view, are nothing to complain about but also nothing extraordinary. When searching for apartments, I do recall asking if it was a good area for long runs as I am a long distance runner. I tell you, I have never seen someone lie so flawlessly, she could be a reality TV villain. That's more my fault for not doing my homework and trying to rely on who I thought was a nice and genuine person not looking to make commission. Shame on me, really. But I would have really appreciated a small shred of honesty: ex. "The most you can run without running out of sidewalks is maybe 6 miles or so, but there are plenty of treadmills in our state of the art* workout facility." 6. There was a post here from September mentioning the "class action lawsuit" and the response from management debunked its accuracy. I received a postcard so I can confirm that people are not happy with Waters Park Management, though I cannot say whether or not the class action lawsuit actually followed through. An excerpt from the postcard I received: "Please call for details and let us know how you have been screwed by Waters Park. Be sure to leave them a negative but fair review on Yelp and everywhere else online." Do I think that this is something that should be taken super seriously? Nah. But the fact that residents were so unhappy that they paid to have these postcards printed and mailed out to every single resident speaks volumes about the experience here. It isn't good. 7. The gate is mostly for show, as with many other gated communities. The gate code never changed in the year I lived there, and I would guess that it hasn't changed in a very long time seeing as the four numbers are clearly worn on the number pad. It also doesn't really keep anyone out as I've seen flyer distributors and sketchy drifter types walk in through the pool area and do their shifty drifty business as they please. 8. Lastly - the residents are a motley crew of working class young adults, busy singles, and hood rats retiring from their life of crime and filth. Speed bumps do nothing and people zip through this place like it's CoTA. If you have children that enjoy playing outside, first, lecture them on being super aware of their surroundings, and second, emotionally prepare yourself for their likely demise at the hands of a grumpy woman in a burgundy Civic who must be rushing home to watch Real Housewives or whatever it is miserable people watch. If you're a people person, you won't enjoy many of the residents because some of them aren't actually people, they're demons taking on human form until they are strong enough to reclaim Waters Park as their own. So if you've made it this far in my review, here's what I have to say: it's an alright place to live for a year. If your unit has a problem they'll fix it quickly, if you have a package in the office, be prepared to feel like a bad person, and if you are moving out, make sure you are deliberate and careful with how much you clean the place. Their staff could give out PhDs in penny pinching they're so nitpicky. Thank you for the $30 bucks back, I used it to order a book online that I picked up in the office of my new complex from leasing agents who don't hate everything about the residents they were hired to assist. If you're looking for culture, look elsewhere, because Waters Park is the purgatory of the apartment complex world. It's not hell, but it's nowhere I'd like to be for very long. *"State of the art" is subjective and in this case refers to machines that lack obscene amounts of rust and sweat stains.

I lived at Waters Park in 2009-2011 move away and moved back in 2012 and just transferred to my now 3rd apartment at this community! I LOVE this place! I have absolutely no complaints any of the times I have lived here. 1) The staff is always quick to answer any questions and help me with any "problems" that my arise. And not very often can you find a staff that has been with at the same place for as long as this staff. That says a lot for how great of a company they work for. 2) Online maintenance requests are GREAT and they all have been completed within 24 hours. 3) I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one of the only ones that I do NOT hear my neighbors constantly. Nor do I hear any of the noise from Mopac or surrounding neighborhoods. Even when the bar Weirdos was open behind them I never had a noise complaint! 4) I have moved between 3 apartments on property and all of my move out charges have been standard and fair charges! (I worked onsite at properties for 6 years so I know what is fair and unfair for move out charges) 5) The property is an older community but I love that they are always upgrading and making sure that the finishes are looking good! They also take great care of the exterior of the buildings and landscaping which is amazing! I will continue to live at this community for as long as I can even if that means moving into 3 more units on property! Thank you to the staff for making all of my stays amazing!

Despite of bad reviews,I decide to try out for a year. Indeed, all those bad reviews were true. Bad Parking, frequent interruption on water services. The apartment is very old, and can't believe they were charging similar to newer apartments. The rental contract is very shady, feels like you want to get your own lawyer to verify every terms and condition. No wonder, the Waters Park management got suit from class-action for this reason. A group of formal residents are suing Water Parks for inappropriate fines and fees they got charged. I bet management will try to recoup the legal expense via jacking up the rental soon. Here is break-down reviews Parking: It seems like number of parking space was never considered when it was built. You will end up parking in management office, and walk 5-10 minutes to your unit every night. Noise: Car/Motorcycle noise from MOPAC, Ambulance sirens from local hospitals, and Cargo Train every 2-3AM, Very loud residents with motorcycles, and loud trucks. Grounds: People drives at least 2-30 mph within complex. Very dangerous and noisy from loud exhaust. Feels like you are living in race tracks. Construction: Building are old, and kitchen appliances are 1980's Maintenance: Quick/Next Day Service for small issues Staff: Some Kind, Some very rude, depends on their mood Overall: Not a pleasant place to live in Austin.

BEWARE! Do not rent these apartments! They are cheaply made and when you move out hey will charge you for things that are broken that break because they are cheaply made!!! The kitchen cabinets will literally fall off when barely pulling on them. And don't get the carpet the least bit dirty they will charge you to replace the whole entire apartment!!! Take my advice! I lived there one year took care of the place and ail lion things broke. Air conditioning, dishwasher, sliding glad doors (over a hundred times), cabinet fronts literally fell off bc they are made from pressed wood, door lock was broken, stains all over balcony etc. The girls that work in the office are beyond snobs and act as if they are better than you because you live there. Maintenance requests online get ignored them when you move out they charge you for every thing. Their rents compared to everywhere else is high for what you get. There are other apartments in the area that are more modern and updated for the price. I never write posts suck as these but these people are crooks. I am glad I a homeowner now and I not at their mercy!!!!

So here is the deal, if you ride a bicycle you should not live here. If you wish to visit a friend who lives here and you choose to ride a bike, rather than drive, you must roll your bike into the apartment of the friend. How am I to expect my friend to accept my bike into their apartment when I come to visit when the apartment is under 600 square feet in the first place? I called to confirm that if I want to ride my bike to these apartments that I would be subject to them cutting my lock and removing my bike if I do not bring it into the small apartments with me. I was told they have no bike parking and will not allow you to hook it to any of their structures. When I called, Allison wanted to argue that it made sense to the apartment because if they let people lock their bikes up outside, then there might be bikes EVERYWHERE, oh no. I asked her to provide this feedback to upper level management to which she laughed off and said "sure". Screw Waters Park, there is no good reason to live here

This place is a piece of ----. The apartments are cheap, and the staff even cheaper. They will shut off your water, exploit your electric bill, and you will see your neighbors get arrested more than once. They also give out the gate code to just anybody. The parking is atrocious. You can smell your neighbors cooking...and the carpet is about as cheap as they come. However, don't be surprised when you get a $750 bill to replace this cheap rubbish. They go after suckers and cheapskates...also convicts. So if you fit in said categories, you will fit right in!

I've been here for and year and a half. Terrible air and garbage disposal Dog droppins all over the lawn...I ruined a pair of shoes just walking to get my mail. they've increased rent twice recently They tow cars every night plus be prepared for dings in your car door because of small parking spaces. One lady hit my brand new car so I moved it for just one night. The next day I had plans to go pay for the spot but when I left for work, my car was gone. It costs 214.95 to get it back. People don't just swim in the pools, but have parties out there so it's impossible to swim in peace or sleep on the weekends. They do not respond to your requests quickly. I too am looking at other options for housing. For the hassle of parking, noise, Cats run freely and people do not keep their dogs on a leash. I can say the grounds are well kept. I wouldn't recommend them.

I regret moving to this apartment complex. The grounds are attractive, but I've found the staff to be frequently uncaring and a pain to deal with. Compared to many of the past apartments I've lived in, even several with significantly lower rent, I would rate the management of Waters Park lower than any I've ever experienced. Do your homework and be forewarned.

These apts are okay. The rent is reasonable, but the apts are in need of an update. The layout is great becauae there is lots if room. But the cable hookups are in a really odd place. The water is CONSTANTLY being turned off for "repair". The maintainace comes quickly but they dont clean up after themselves. The staff in the office is nice when they want to be. The electricity bill is a littke high because they have old equipment. The aots themselves are aleays kept nice and clean and the pools are great. Wish they had a hottub though :(. Parking is impossible here. If you come home late... forget about finding a spot.

Good place, convenient but please understand their policy
Good place, convenient to lots of places, rent is decent price. Ground are nice and green, not lot of parking spots..they try to make money be selling covered and garages spots.(sort of nickle and dime you if you will). Maint and building is generally good...but be aware that on move out their policy they will have you pay for all carpet replacement even if you have stains in one or two areas of the whole apartment. They also claim "pet odor" as reason for replacement, but charge $425 pet deposit that is non -refundable..obviously if pet lives there and we pay for him pet is going to smell like well...a pet. Generally good place, but just beware you may have to pay for carpet unless you leave it spotless(or as you found it). One positive from this is that Liz the apartment manager is willing to talk through issue with you and will listen to your details but just be aware of policies..will leave you less disheartened.

Good layout but that's it
Me and my husband moved in last year because of the layout. Big bedroom, big bathtub and big kitchen..needless to say I was in love. We moved in and I used the oven for the first time. The whole oven got really hot and it scared me (I thought it was a fire and safety hazard). I called the maintenance guys and he came up and told me that it was normal. He would not budge on the issue and preceded to leave the apartment with a "are you serious" smirk. I let it go since I am not a huge cook and we were fine for months. I have an old car that I barely use but it runs and it's my baby. I hadn't used it more then go to Walgreen's and didn't realize my stickers were out of date. The police officer that lives here goes around the apartment and makes sure everything is "safe"; well apparently he also inspects your stickers too and he called the tow-away guy that pretty much gets his business just from this apartment alone. I had to fork out like 300 bucks to get my baby back...he thought the car didn't run anymore because that's what the police officer said on the tow sticker. They are suppose to give you a warning before towing and I called the office and they said someone must have taken off the warning sticker they put on the van (lying to me). They made up some date they put it on and preceded to say it was my fault for not seeing it (even though I used the van the day before they towed it and would have seen a sticker if it was on it). Whatever- I go get my stickers renewed (btw the new stickers were in the car, I just hadn't gotten to putting them on the windshield). I got pregnant with our first child while being here and although it's been a pain I will look on living here fondly because of that. Oh and every month since bringing my baby home from the hospital they have turned off the water multiple times for the whole day....kind of need water when having a newborn. Actually as I type this the water is off. Pisses me off and seems kind of illegal..right to water or something.

AWFUL
Really no better way to say it, but this place SUCKS. Tons of bugs, water is ALWAYS being shut off, and the apartments are old. Nasty finishes, extremely high electricity bills (old mechanicals), office staff sucks. I can not WAIT to leave here. Wanted to break my lease months ago, but they charge you for everything but breathing the oxygen on the property. Some of the people that live here are sketchy. Also, they say LUXURY APARTMENTS......what is luxurious about crooked delapidated sticky 1972 mobile home style finishes? Seriously, I could find better accommodations for $200 a months less. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They nickel and dime you, and the you will have ENORMOUS electric bills, water bills that run$50 a month (metered and shared per building) and the water is always being SHUT OFF! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE VERY UNLUXURIOUS RUN DOWN OUT DATED NASTY APARTMENTS. RUN AWAY......FAST.

Run For Your Life
I actually never took the chance to reside at the apartments at waters park, but unfortunately, without deep consideration, I did apply. The fee for application is $25, which is acceptable, but they also require that you put $300.00 down to hold the apartment. I would actually be ok with this, had I actually received my money back in a timely manner. It has been almost a month now, and I am still receiving the runaround from a staff that is so lackadaisical in their customer service that I am surprised their business exists at all. And just to be clear, customer service is kinda my field and I excel at it and understand what it means, being in the service industry for most of my educated life. The woman who "takes care of the books" as they call her, is a rude woman who obviously is not aware of how saturated the apartment business is here in Austin, Texas. If she did, i think she would be a little less abrasive and maybe actually take the time to listen to those who have been dealt wrongly in her establishment. After talking extensively with others who have also been dealt wrongly by this place of business, I am so grateful for not experiencing these apartments first hand, however, you do not deserve the 25$ paid for the application let alone the other 300$ you seem to not want to return to it's rightful owner. thank you and good day.

I liked it
I lived there from summer 2009 until June 2011.I lived in the first half of the complex and had a one bedroom with an attached garage.I loved my garage! It was definitely a perk there. Overall I had a great experience at Waters Park. It was clean, safe and quiet.I never really had much of a problem with anything until the last few months my upstairs neighbor (we nicknamed her "Heels") started walking really heavily. I loved the location (near Mopac and off Parmer).I used the dog park quite a bit and loved the all the green space around the complex where I would walk my dog. My apartment itself was nice for the price. It was big enough for me and my stuff.I did have a few issues with bugs (living on the first floor, it's to be expected though). Maintence always responded quickly.I never had any problems with the management, but never really talked to them other than moving in, moving out and renewing my lease or getting packages. The workout room is small, but was enough for me. Same with the pool.Used it a couple times and it was clean enough. The apartments are a tad older and reasonably priced for what you get. It's not a high end complex by any means, but it was definitely a great fit for my budget and taste. I would have stayed longer if I didn't end up having to move for work. There is always something to complain about with apartments, but overall I never really had any problems here and enjoyed my stay.I lived in two other complexes in that area and loved them as well.

Nothing special
I moved into WatersPark as I was in a hurry to find a place since I was relocating from out of state. Its "ok." Some of the positives are that they keep the grounds up pretty well. No trash lying around, and you always see maintenance men out and about fixing things. The location is pretty nice, being 5 minutes from anything you need. Its also a smaller community, and is not a concrete jungle of buildings. Lots of trees and grass, 2 dog parks (full of rocks though). Manger Liz is nice, leasing agents are nice. Some of the NEGATIVES: The apartments are DATED.....BAD. Nasty cabinets that are crooked and just gross. Ugly laminate countertops, and hideous "WOOD" linoleum. Lots of bugs here. Spiders (given the woods, its to be expected), cockroaches are seen every once in a while as well. Nasty green tile by entry doors and CHEAP fixtures, appliances and finishes. Parking spots are VERY tiny, and my car has got at least 10 door dings in the past 90 days (chalk that one up to careless people, but the spots are small). Inefficient appliances and heating and air units. Carpet is just laid on the floor, as there is no padding. I think the 2 worst parts about this apartment are 1.) the pool(s). I hope they see this. Everytime I would go, the pool was FULL of ALL types of body hair. Disgusting. The filtration system does not work correctly. A lot of riff-raff lives here. Chairs in the pool, people ashing in the pool, broken glass in the pool, etc. 2.) Carissa the Assistant Manager. Wow-she thinks she is something..... Anyways, if all else FAILS, this is not a "horrible" place to live.....but there are MUCH nicer places to live. Again, the surroundings are peaceful, good location and clean complex. Just cheap, ugly and dated interiors and a lot of riff-raff. All in all, I personally can not wait to leave. I prefer to call this place "GhettoPark."

Adequate, nothing special
Overall the place is pretty nice, although there are a few things that are lacking. For example, the appliances aren't that great and it's obvious that corners have been cut in small places when it comes to the construction of the buildings. The window screens are all pretty bad, low visibility through them. It seems like some of the wall outlets were put in quickly and the power they put out is unreliable, even the smallest nudge or bump of a power cable puts them offline. The areas that are tiled are tiled with different colors, the only reason this is done is to save money, the tiles do not match. The painting quality is adequate but does fail in some areas. It's not hard to find spots where finishing tape was not used and areas where drips are present. Furthermore, on the outside areas, small areas of paint splatter is not too uncommon. All the porches I've seen could use a power washing, they are stained. The parking is also inadequate for some apartments. What time of day you arrive is going to dictate whether you have to walk 20 feet or a block to your apartment. So if you can get over the small things, it's not too bad. For the price though, you can probably find an apartment that doesn't skip the small things.

Neighbourhood too noisy
The apartment handles Maintenance issues very well. The neighborhood is neat and has green belt except Some neighbors are too noisy. They keep disturbing day and night but the Management doesn't take any action against them. Their response is very poor even after reminding continuously. Its our headache whether to live at the apartment or vacate. Management Should take initiative other wise the ratings of the apartment will go down very badly.Management does not listen to the residents problems and looks for their own good. very Selfish and bad Response from the Management Side.

I hate living here
Moving here in 2009 was the worse thing I have ever done in my life. Everything about these apartments suck. Arasellie is the worst, most un professional woman I have ever encountered, as well as Carissa who think she is absolute royalty and has no customer service skills what so ever. These apartments are house by mostly ------ people, thumping and bumping there music coming and going. I once found a homemade drug smoking device on the playground, which Arasellie gladly came and removed while I stood outside with my 5 year old daughter who found it and my dog, but quickly let me know my 12 year old dog was off a leash. People are not allowed to visit or bring their dog, even if its your family who drove 15 hours for a weekend visit. Trash cars sit in the parking spots daily, neighbors get drunk every night and relieve themselves out if their front door, noise us constantly an issue with the people up stairs who I think are doing an Irish dance at midnight, however should your dog bark, you get a lease violation. Cigarette butts line the walkway below my apartment, and the people fly through the parking lot, which wouldn't be a problem if my 5 year old daughter wasn't riding her bike. This place is not pet friendly, nor is it child friendly. I cannot wait to move from here as soon as possible. Please, anyone looking to move from here, don't! Trust me, you will regret it.

Stay far away...
I lived in this apartment for a year and could not wait to get out! The one positive about this apartment was that my rent was cheap, which for all of the negatives cheap rent just was not worth it! It's a shame to me that I share the same frustrations as most of the complaints on here. The office staff is extremely disorganized, lazy and rude. I was given lease violoations for things that I did not do, which was ultimately used against me upon move out. I was constantly receiving "Big Brother" type notices on my door and maintenance would go into my apartment for no reason when I was not home (which I could tell because they would move things obviously out of place and not move it back). When I moved out, I was slapped with hundreds of dollars of fees which I tried to dispute with little sympathy from Liz, the manager, or Carissa, the assistant manager. It was clear they only wanted my money, which they eventually received after turning me over to collections. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which did no good because (surprise, surprise) the office never responded. If you own pets, do not live here! They slap you with a pet deposit which seems reasonable of $300. Upon move-out the fees that I owed to them did not reflect this initial, non-refundable deposit. The staff told me when I signed the lease that this was to be used for damages. When I moved out, they told me that this was simply a fee to allow the dogs to live there. Pet fees are supposed to go toward damages (unless it's a monthly pet rent). It was my fault for not thorouoghly reading the pet lease, which they did not give to me to sign until 3 months after I moved in. I suspect that the office manipulated the document. When I challenged them, they sent me e-mails marred with false information but then stated they were an "honest" company. Honest company is the biggest lie about this complex! As far as the grounds, all of the grass was killed around my apartment(I lived near the back pool) due to consdtruction. This construction was supposed to take 2 weeks and it lasted for the entire duration of my lease(according to the construction workers it took so long because Waters Park did not pay them). Good luck finding parking if you return home past 8PM. You will hear noise from every neighbor around you, as well as the garage if you live above one like I did. I currently live in an apartment that is twice as old as these and I never hear noise, which I think can be contributed to the cheap design of the apartment. Add this to the hellish commute you will face daily if you work downtown or South and this apartment fails to deliver. I can also attest to there being some shady people who live here. On the outside it looks like a nice place but there were 2 major instances I encountered with safety. One was shortly after I moved in where I left my apartment to find a drunk man passed out at the foot of my stairs. The other was when a belligerent man knocked on my door(a resident of the complex), demanding I let him in and trying to open my apartment door. He did the same thing to my friend's apartment in another building. This company is full of money-grubbing, dishonest individuals who will stop at nothing to attempt to drain you of your finances. While this apartment may appear to be nice, it is falling apart and marred with poor customer service. I suspect that a majority of the positive comments on here are from employees(a tactic that many negative apartment complexes use). STAY FAR AWAY!

Try to get you every chance possible...
Be careful renting from this complex, once you leave they will stick you with the costs of replacing everything. Also, I need to break my lease a month early and they would not work with me at all so I had to just run out the lease. Parking is terrible unless you never go anywhere so you would definitely need a garage. Apts are not very well insulated for sound, we could always hear the people above and next to us.
