Summer Hill Apartments has been my home for so long now, my kids have grown up with the other kids in the complex and we all have a close knit family kind’ve relationship with our neighbors. Maintenance staff are always so prompt when getting to any work order which always makes life so much easier without the long wait for a quick fix around the apt. Our leasing office ladies are so attentive and kind with any matter, even just to chit chat a bit. They always come up with fun activities for the community for gatherings and festivities which helps build that close knit family feel within the complex. Thank you Summer Hill staff!

Apts are nice. My family feels safe here. Schools are close. Groceries are close. Busses are close. Laundromat is close. Everything you will need is within walking distance. There are a lot of kids and they can be noisy, but what kids aren't.

Summer Hill Apartments

They are really good. If there is any maintenance problems they send someone right away to take care of it. In other places they take a long time. They keep the lawn really good. All of this is why I like to stay here. I like their treatment.

Summer Hill

They do an excellent work, when I come in with any problem they are really quick to solve them. I have not had any problems whatsoever since I moved in in 2013. I love the atmosphere here. Really enjoy my time here and hope to stay here more many more years

Very Good

Very good apartment. Maintenance is really good too and every time I call they come right away they are really nice. Office girls are always so nice and helpful. I'm loving it here and the area is good too not so busy.

Love it

The Summer hill is wonderful. They make sure to take care of everything and they always on time for everything. Maintenance goes above and beyond. Their events are always fun. Really love it here and would recommend it.

I really like living here. When i first applied it was so smooth and they were really helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. When i moved in they had a nice little gift with a few essentials and a note. Maintenance takes care of anything really fast.

Great Place

I had a great experience here. Right from the beginning they treated me like they truly cared. The ladies in the office were really attentive and greeted me with a smile. They even invited me to a movie night they were having. I just wished they had 3 bedroom apartments for my big family.

I’ve only been at SummerHill apartments for 4months and it’s been a great experience. Alejandra has been nothing but helpful and nice in getting my apartment. The maintenance team is top-notch. Environment is always clean, tidy and serene. And I also love the events they organize.

I am very satisfied with Summer Hill apartment on 10010 Whitehurst Drive that I am presently living. It is very clean, and maintenance work are done on time. Staffs are very respectful and nice. The complex is peaceful, quiet and safe. I will continue living here until l get my own house.

Great customer service!

The staff is very efficient, maintenance is great! They do whatever you need that day if possible! The grass is always cut, take really good care of the property! Very happy with them! The girls in the office are the best!

Love it

I have loved these 3 years I have lived here. The ladies in the office are always so sweet and helpful. They always have a smile on their face ready to help. They always have these really fun parties too! The maintenance is always so nice and quick to fix anything.

The maintenance crew staff always try to keep the work repairs on apartments fixed on time try to keep the lawn looking very beautiful along with the yard people this is a very loving quiet place to live crime free drug free no disturbance no disrupting chaotic people and the lawn is very beautiful in the swimming pool as well it's a comfortable place to make home

Summer Hill

I really appreciate when people go above and beyond and that’s exactly what the staff at Summer Hill have done. Alejandra especially was always there to answer all my questions and helped make the process as easy as possible. She was kind and made accommodations for me even with my busy schedule and rough communication. Great employee!! I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in my life, but this complex has to be one of the top on how both prospective tenants and current tenants are treated. Thank you and kudos to all of you!!

very sweet staff! i was super nervous trying to find new apartments and when i came to check out Summer Hill they helped me so much and they answered all my questions, not only that but they were all sweet, patient, polite and kind to me. i would definitely recommend everyone checking them out! 10/10 apartments and staff

Maintenance repair

Great apartment and great experience

I've beeen here for more than 2 years and never had any issues. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also love how quickly maintenance responds to fix any problem you have. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Great apartment complex

The apartment complex is truly a fantastic place to live. The staff members go out of their way to make residents feel like part of a family. Unlike some other places, maintenance requests are promptly addressed here, with quick and efficient service. They even provide an emergency help line for any urgent issues.

Best leasing office ever!

Wonderful community, super sweet neighbors, wonderful maintenance staff, best leasing office staff ever....they go above and beyond every single time. Not only do they do a fantastic job but they do a ton of fun activities for the community. I've never seen anything quite like it. Festivals and celebrations for any holiday you can think of. They treat the tenants with so much loyalty and respect, all with kindness and professionalism. Come check it out if you are looking for a safe, quiet community, very family friendly!
