Amazing apartments!!

About a week and a half ago, on Saturday, my mom and I came to check out Summer Hill as we are shopping around different apartments for when our current lease ends. We have been to quite a a lot complexes these last few weeks and Summer Hill ended up at the top of our list. The staff is very nice and welcoming and they are knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions. The girl who toured us seems to love her job and was very accommodating when it came to our many questions and concerns . We ended up loving everything so much that we decided that this was where we were going to move to. Thank you to all the lovely staff!

Great customer service

Great customer service, staff very friendly offered me coffee, water. As I walked the property it was very cleaned and quiet. I defently will keep this property in mind for when I get ready to move. I recommend it

I am a newly resident here at Summer Hill Apartments , and I want to say that I DO NOT regret moving here. They have been nothing but kind to me, i feel safe in my apartment and in my community, and Maintenance guys are AMAZING. When I have a work order the maintenance guys get them done as soon as possible. Thank you Summer Hill Team for giving me and my family a beautiful home.

Great place!

I recently moved here and my experience here has been nothing but great. They keep the area clean and green. They're incredibly helpful and so nice with everyone. The take the time to make sure to answer all your questions and maintenance is always quick to take care of anything.

I really love living here. Maintenance guys are great. The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. They always have these fun events. I will always recommend anyone to live here. I really do love it here

Great place!

I have really enjoyed leaving here. The maintenance team is great! They are quick to fix any issues I report and the ladies in the office do an amazing job. They always receive you with a smile on their face and they always have all this events! They even celebrate everyone’s birthday at the end of the month!

Love living in the community.

I love my home it’s very nice and quiet here . I love how everyone is welcoming and is always friendly . I love our maintenance team who is always on time with the help and always working hard . We love our home and community

As first timers we couldn’t have started off in a better community than summer hill. Their cleanliness and positive driven attitude make more than enjoyable to live here. This is very great apartments. We’ve been very happy living here and we’ve been residents here for almost two years. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance are very nice and on time they’re very quickly to get to the work orders when I pace them. I recommend Summer Hill EVERYONE. 10/10 complex

I love the staff here

I would recommend summerhill apartment to anyone looking for an apartment they really take care of their clients. Maintenance might take a day are two depending on your problem but they will respond to your request
