Really positive staff/girls

The Summer Hill apartment girls have all been really helpful and supportive with me attempting to acquire an apartment here. I’ve had horrible experiences with other places in the area but they had the time and energy to even reach out to me about status updates.

Best Apartments EVER!

I've been living here for about a year now, and I can say that I never wanna leave this complex. This community isn't only another community this community has a special place in my heart. Maintenance team is always on top and make sure to get their work orders done so fast, and the Leasing staff are even nicer. I've struggle and needed help before and guidance and the Leasing staff are always happy to assist.

Summer Hill Rocks!

They are friendly. They always keep the property looking tip. Top shape and I love the maintenance they are always on point with their work orders, and they get them done super quick and fast! I definitely love this community and staff.

It's been a good experience. Supportive staff, well maintained. A quiet community that is very close to all needs and necessities. I enjoyed my stay. They even have crime watch meetings and offer events for tenants

Summerhill staff is very helpful maintenance is very efficient summerhill helps with any requests as long as in there means I don't see me leaving summerhill anytime soon I love the girls and the maintenance staff

Great property

Really good neighborhood, the workers are always really helpful and courteous. They are very punctual because when they say they will come out to work on anything they do. The holidays they always do food and great activities! I love it here!

Is a good community . They responds to you asap and they appreciate the people. They also make sure every thing is working properly. Good maintenance and environment. However, they should be a need for camera installation to monitor and capture those who commit crime like burglars and those who litters the dump stand araes.

I have been at summer hill since October and I am very pleased so far. Great customer service great management. The community is clean organized and peaceful. I have a parking to myself which I love and the best of all is that at no additional cost like other places trying to take people money. Love it here

Nice management

Alejandra She soulved a lot of my issues , always has smile on her face and over all nice people. Maintenance is always really nice and works hard to make sure to get everything is done on time. Management is awesome.

The experience here today was great. The staff was super nice and down to earth. Great place!

10/10 would recommend! I have really enjoyed living here. The ladies in the office are always very nice and professional. They always have the best events! Maintenance team is top notch! If there are any issues, they are quick to respond and keep the place very clean!

My family experience living in summer hill comfortable

Living here at the summer hill it’s very comfortable for me and my family . I have no concern with the staff or maintenance man or anything or my safety summer hill they keep the neighborhood real clean and nice and very respectable and they respond to maintenance work. Well phone call and there was small wheel to people in general. They have respect for everyone that walks in their office. They all have very nice smiles and they try to get along with the community very well

Join the family!

Summer Hill Apartments has been my home for so long now, my kids have grown up with the other kids in the complex and we all have a close knit family kind’ve relationship with our neighbors. Maintenance staff are always so prompt when getting to any work order which always makes life so much easier without the long wait for a quick fix around the apt. Our leasing office ladies are so attentive and kind with any matter, even just to chit chat a bit. They always come up with fun activities for the community for gatherings and festivities which helps build that close knit family feel within the complex. Thank you Summer Hill staff!
