I lived at Summer Hill for 8 years and appreciate all staff. Maintenance never failed and being efficient y attended all my request pretty quick. The Ladies in the office were always willing to help and always welcomed me with a smile! Anyone looking for a place to call home reach out to Mercedes and Adriana.

Amazing Apartments!!!

The is the best apartment complex I have lived in. It is nice,quiet and is kept extremely clean. The women in the office are amazing!!! They are very helpful and responsive! The neighbors are also very respectful.

Friendly and Welcoming

Every time I come in to the office I am always welcomed by a smile and a warm hello! Always have refreshments to offer. Apartments look clean and kept up with. I would recommend Summer Hill any day of the week!

Wonderful Apartments

I’ve been in Dallas 4 years and I only moved to 2 apartment complexes, and Summerhill has been my second move … these are the best apartments in this area very quiet and clean ! All the staff members are wonderful! I’ve been here almost 3 years in the same spot

SummerHill, Great place to live

I am current resident at SummerHill Apartments, The staff is always professional and nice- The complex is well kept, quiet ?? with peaceful neighbors. I appreciate the fact whenever there is a work order sent the staff is working fast to get those filled. I love it here so I recently renewed my lease. I have a 2 bedroom which is very spacious and hard time find, the pricing is very reasonable especially nowadays. ??????

Absolutely amazing facility. Have live here for about 2 years. No regrets. Apartment is very clean and well maintained, maintenance is fast and gets the job done. The front office ladies are super nice and always ready to help I haven’t had any problem since I moved in. I’m going to be here for a very very long time

Very Nice Complex

I have been living at Summer Hill apartment complex for approximately 18 months and I love it here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt request. The complex is clean and tidy. The office staff are always assisting in any way possible. I highly recommend Summer Hill Apartments.

Great apartment and the staff are nice and helpful, especially Adriana. They’re quick to respond to issues and I always get things fixed quickly as well. I haven’t had any problems since I moved here.

This is a great place to live. The office staff it's like greeting family. This place feels welcoming and like home. The office is the epitome of professionalism everytime all of the time. Maintenance responds quickly. You can't ask for more in a residence.

I love it here!! The staff is amazing

I love here no complaints been here going on 2 yrs all of the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s quiet and peaceful here and the staff engage with their residents with a lot of fun activities. Everyone is respectful of eachother and it’s nice and quiet.

Great Apartment Complex

Summer Hill Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are helpful, kind and caring. If you have a package delivered you don’t have to worry about it getting stolen because the packages get delivered to the office. The community is clean and friendly. I would recommend Summer Hill Apartments to anyone. :)

Good place to live

I have been living here for 10 years and have not had an issue. If me being here this long I don’t know what will. Maintenance is always on point and very productive! Love all the events they do for us to feel appreciated. I recommend living here.

It’s time to renew! My lease is up and now comes the time when you think of moving or staying where you are. Honestly, I’ve enjoyed living at Summerhill. Personally, I believe this is one of the best properties around this area. Lots of green areas, pet friendly, outdoor pool, picnic area and many other amenities. At this time, I got no reason for why I would move away. I like this property and all of its’ staff. They are all very helpful at resolving any issues/concerns that may come up. At this time, I will for sure be renewing with them for another year. I definitely recommend this place 100% if you’re looking for a good and well priced apartment.

Loving my life and experiences here at Summer Hill apartments

These apartments are very quiet, friendly and I am just loving it. Of course, nothing is perfect but whenever there is something wrong, the management here has never failed to get things right. The staff has been very pleasant to deal with an old man like myself. If I had to rate them on the stars they would be a five star ?? ??

Summer Hill apartments is the Best

Every since I moved in summer Hill apartments, I been treated like I'm somebody and not just a number. I had just got out the hospital and they gave me house warming gifts, dishes, towels, rug, shower curtain, etc. I cried that night, because I didn't have anything when I moved in just a few pieces of clothes, and a little food. Now I can focus since they took some of the stress off of buying so much for the house. They are GOD sent. I would recommend these apartments to any one on a fixed income and who needs a second chance. I would ask you to stop by and just check them out for yourself. I pray to God that they are and their families are blessed continually.

Dedicated staff to residents

Pleasant place to call home

I am a former client of summer Hill apartments. I lived there for the past 10 years. They have been a super place to live. The office staff has been great. Anything that arose, they quickly took care of it to my satisfaction. If I had to do it again I would choose summer Hill as my first and only choice.

Great place to live!

I have lived at Summer Hill for over 2 years and I love it. The location is great and just down the street from my job. I decided to move here because the people in the office were so nice. The grounds are kept clean and the handyman workers are fast if I have a problem. If you are looking for a great place to live, move here.

These apartments are awesome my grandpa has been living here since 2018. They also hold little events for the holidays which is so good to me , they take care of their veterans as well , we love it , we have a spacious room , spacious bathroom .

Great Place to Live

I've lived here since November 2018, and I've had a pleasant experience. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and a lot of my neighbors are pleasant to live around. The location is a plus as well due to being near transit, freeways and several big retailers.

Summer Hill is a decent place to live.. I’ve lived here with my family for about 3 years… I haven’t had any issues and the staff is really helpful and ready to assist in any concerns that we may have …. The ladies in the leasing office are really nice and they work with you whenever possible…. grounds are clean and well maintained….. we also have summer hill sponsored events from time to time… as of now I have no complaints…..Shaun Littlejohn (Summer Hill Resident)
