Summer Hill Apartments

They are really good. If there is any maintenance problems they send someone right away to take care of it. In other places they take a long time. They keep the lawn really good. All of this is why I like to stay here. I like their treatment.

They do an excellent work, when I come in with any problem they are really quick to solve them. I have not had any problems whatsoever since I moved in in 2013. I love the atmosphere here. Really enjoy my time here and hope to stay here more many more years

Love it

The Summer hill is wonderful. They make sure to take care of everything and they always on time for everything. Maintenance goes above and beyond. Their events are always fun. Really love it here and would recommend it.

I really like living here. When i first applied it was so smooth and they were really helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. When i moved in they had a nice little gift with a few essentials and a note. Maintenance takes care of anything really fast.

Great Place

I had a great experience here. Right from the beginning they treated me like they truly cared. The ladies in the office were really attentive and greeted me with a smile. They even invited me to a movie night they were having. I just wished they had 3 bedroom apartments for my big family.

I’ve only been at SummerHill apartments for 4months and it’s been a great experience. Alejandra has been nothing but helpful and nice in getting my apartment. The maintenance team is top-notch. Environment is always clean, tidy and serene. And I also love the events they organize.

I am very satisfied with Summer Hill apartment on 10010 Whitehurst Drive that I am presently living. It is very clean, and maintenance work are done on time. Staffs are very respectful and nice. The complex is peaceful, quiet and safe. I will continue living here until l get my own house.

Great customer service!

The staff is very efficient, maintenance is great! They do whatever you need that day if possible! The grass is always cut, take really good care of the property! Very happy with them! The girls in the office are the best!

I have been living here for almost ten years and I have loved it. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Any kind of problems I can always reach out to them. They are always really nice and sweet. They always greet with a smile and by name. You know they care when they know all of our names by heart.

I really appreciate when people go above and beyond and that’s exactly what the staff at Summer Hill have done. Alejandra especially was always there to answer all my questions and helped make the process as easy as possible. She was kind and made accommodations for me even with my busy schedule and rough communication. Great employee!! I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in my life, but this complex has to be one of the top on how both prospective tenants and current tenants are treated. Thank you and kudos to all of you!!

very sweet staff! i was super nervous trying to find new apartments and when i came to check out Summer Hill they helped me so much and they answered all my questions, not only that but they were all sweet, patient, polite and kind to me. i would definitely recommend everyone checking them out! 10/10 apartments and staff

Great apartment complex

The apartment complex is truly a fantastic place to live. The staff members go out of their way to make residents feel like part of a family. Unlike some other places, maintenance requests are promptly addressed here, with quick and efficient service. They even provide an emergency help line for any urgent issues.

Why I love where I live

I always wanted to live in Summer Hill and the day I received my keys to the apartment I was so happy and joyful. I thanks God for this place. My new home the manager in the office are so nice and also. This is a great place to live it is quite clean spacious it is a beautiful place to call home.
