Summer Hill, A place to call home

From the initial tour to the application process to moving in, to post-move-in everything has been seamless, Alejandra, Adriana and Daniella in the office are amazing! They greet me by name with a smile and kindness and make me feel like they truly value me as a tenant. Maintenance has taken care of any issues almost immediately and leave a note in my apartment to let me know the request has been taken care of. The complex is well-maintained, well-lit and very quiet. I feel very safe living here which was my top concern when looking for a new place to call home. The day I moved in there was a small gift of some essentials with a note saying welcome home and that they were happy I chose Summer HIll Apartments and they looked forward to having me as a resident. Thanks to all of the staff at Summer Hill for going above and beyond to make sure that it is a great place to call home!

The ladies at summer hill rocks

Came to look at a one bed room apt. I was given a great tour the property was clean quite, and the flowers were beautiful. Cierra was very informative; I felt at home the she has wonderful costumer service I believe I can be happy here. I’m concerned about all the construction they will get it finished quickly

Excellent, the staff is accommodating and service oriented professional.

Great and Awesome Staff

I've lived here for a few yrs now. The staff is a great team to work with. They're are exceptional when exhibiting their professionalism when interacting with residents. I have had absolutely know issue with them at all. Even with maintenance, they are always on time. Very lovey people to work be around.

We love it here at Summerhill

I love it here. The leasing staff are sweet and kind and easy to talk to you. Maintenance is quick to respond and complete work orders. They have cute fun events, many times a year. The apartments themselves are spacious and pretty soundproof. I rarely ever hear my neighbors they keep the ground clean and dumpsters empty. Everything you need is within . Summerhill is actually gem. Love it.

Summer Hill is the place to be!

Summer Hill apts has the greatest staff on hand and always tend to their tenants and treat them as family. I love the fact that they include the community and kids in holiday activities or even just little events to keep the moral up. I’ve lived here since my daughter was 2 and my son was 4. They are now 7 & 9 and I couldn’t imagine another place to call home. I’ve seen the kids in our complex grow throughout the years and have realized I’d consider them family more than just neighbors. I appreciate prompt responses when work orders are put in, our maintenance staff do more than great in making sure tenants are accommodated and tended to when anything comes up. The office staff have become more than just that, I’d like to consider them my friends. I love that I can come to them with anything and they are able to make sure I leave with an ease at mind. Friendly management

I have been here for 4 years. And since I moved in these ladies are great. They do a lot for the children and their residents. And the area is very quiet for the most part. I have major respect for them.

My home away from home.

The Summer Hill apartment as been my home away from home. Beautiful apartment, friendly staffing and very quiet neighbor. The maintenance team are very fast and efficent in completing their work orders. The lawns are alway well groom and green. I just love it here !! I made the right choice when i came to live here.. Now i am here i dont want to leave.

Love it here at Summer Hill Apartments

Hello, My name is Melanie I'm a tenant here at Summer Hill Apartments. What I love most is that the staff is very professional and always wear a smile. Anything that I need assistance with the team is eager to help. I love when we have activities here cause I work a lot and I haven't had the pleasure to meet any of my neighbors but I recently went to the Fall Festival and had a blast. BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!

**I ONLY review if deserving.** The Summer Hill Team are some of the NICEST, MOST CARING ladies that I have come across while renting. I felt a warm welcome and instant connection to this team from the 1st visit. They answer or return every call and address every issue/question/concern immediately within a day or so. I am NEVER made to feel as if I am an inconvenience. The Maintenance and Grounds Crew are also attentive and go above and beyond. I so appreciate this team and HIGHLY recommend this property if you are looking for a nice affordable place to call home. Also, they are SO MUCH FUN!! They work hard and throw really nice resident gatherings to show appreciation.

Best complex on Whitehurst Dr.

I feel so lucky to live here and since 2019 I have consistently experienced the best residential services of my life with Summer Hill Apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Their maintenance team quickly and thoroughly ensures that I have an optimal living environment.
