Summer hill

Have been here for quite a few years, love the quiet around. They take care of business and anything I need. Office staff is really friendly, always ready to help. Nice neighborhood. Maintenance is always ready to help.

I have been living in Summer Hill apartments since I love everyone in the office very courteous look out for the residence very pleasant. If anybody needs a new place to stay, they need to come to Summer Hill

Maintenance is quick and courteous

I was moving in and discovered I didn't have hot water. I wanted to wait until i was basically settled before contacting maintenance. We have thankless water heaters and I didn't have a clue! I put in my work order and the office contacted me within a couple of hours. Maintenance was at my apartment within 2 hours after that and he identified the issue, a faulty sensor, and had it fixed in no time.

SummerHill ha been a great home for my family. The property is well taken care of. Garbage is never on the ground. The grass is consistently mowed. They work on the outside of the apartments, providing updates/renovations regularly. Office staff and maintenance has primarily remained the same over time.. which means they probably like being here. They are all friendly and helpful. Kids play outside together and a lot of neighbors take the time to wave or say hello to each other. This is a good community.

Maintenance

The staff are amazing fixed my refrigerator that was leaking water. They kindly replaced it with a new refrigerator. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dallas. I just moved down to Texas and the community is really nice.

Lately there is a lot of noise and commotion in the parking lot. Our specific unit has damage to the flooring and cabinetry that was never repaired, it was given to us like that. I was told the flooring would be repairs or replaced but it never happened. The staff used to be sweet as pie to us and now mostly they seem annoyed when we need anything! There is a new lady in there who always gives us an attitude too like we are criminals and bothering her. There is a pest control issue, roaches and ants, ants, ants. I think with better security and staff who treats us with basic respect, no judgement, would be an improvement. I am on the spectrum and hate being treated poorly. I am not an idiot, I just have social anxiety. No need to treat me like the gum on your show Sierra. Maintenance staff is incredible however, they are quick, helpful, kind and always on point, never had better maintenance.

Really good

Summer hill apartments is really good. Always clean, the lawn is always green. Maintenance is always very good. They always take care of everything really fast. The ladies in the office are always really good too. I really enjoy living here

The overall community is both clean and quiet. With regular trash pick ups. The management leaves a lot to be desired and along with their maintenance team. I began being robbed from within. Someone was coming into my apartment and stealing my meds, clothes, food etc. when I told the management, I was ignored. This was supposed to be my long term residence. I am sorry that it didn't work out but I no longer trust the integrity of this community. Have someone in your apartment at all times, so you don't experience what I have experienced during my tenure in this community.

Love it

I really love it here. They are always so patient with me and ready to help in anything. Maintenance is always really fast at fixing anything I need for them to do. Cannot complain at all. Would highly recommend

Excelente comunidad

Excelente servicio, apartamentos, staff, y gente de mantenimiento. No e tenido problemas viviendo aqui, me encanta estar aquí y a mis pequeños también. Una comunidad muy genial y amable. Mantenimiento esta excelente, son muy atentos. Cuando pongo la orden de servicio siempre son muy rápidos y hacen su trabajo rapido y también son muy respetuosos. También la manager es muy buena y genial. Hay veces que no entiendo cosas y ella siempre me ayuda.

Esta propiedad es una muy buena opción para vivir. Las señoritas de la oficina son muy amables y siempre me ayudan cuando tengo preguntas. Mantenimiento son geniales. Los jóvenes siempre me resuelven mis problemas y casi nunca te go pero cuando si son muy rápidos. Summer Hill es un 10/10.

Grab Apartment Complex
