Branded as Luxury with Motel Quality
Pros: location is convenient, my unit was relatively quiet, because I had an attached garage, I didn’t have to deal with parking concerns, maintenance is responsive and friendly. Cons: Apartment was not move-in-ready. Floors were gouged and needed completely replaced, blinds and outlets were broken, missing, and cracked, patio door was jammed, kitchen sink was leaking profusely, washer and dryer were not installed, and the refrigerator and microwave were not plugged in. Paint splatter and grime all over the kitchen Poor insulation- my electric bills were over $400/month in hot months with A/C at 74 and lights off. Poor quality of fixtures- “upgrades” were made to fixtures that didn’t need them leaving them in a worse state than when I moved in. Fixtures and cabinetry were mismatched. HVAC was so noisy I never adjusted to the loud banging and slamming when it turned on and off. Staff in the office do not answer phone and have turned over completely at least 3 times in the 2+ years I lived there. My (exorbitant) move out charges were never sent to my account portal and were then sent to a collection agency despite me not ever having an opportunity see or pay them. Do not lease here. I broke my lease to move out of this community.

I've lived here for over 6 yrs in two diff units! I love this complex n esp my unit which is in a beautiful secluded area with trees n i hv a ground floor patio apt! It's a quiet safe complex n the maintenance crew is FAB! Of course i wish the rent was lower but it is within the market value! I highly recommend Bell Starwood!

This has not been a good experience. I moved I. Here thinking resident security was a top priority with gated entry. The gates are always open. Fellow residents leave items on patios, yell outside at all hours, etc.

Been here since May 2023, Overall the experience has been good. Friendly and quiet neighbors, well maintain complex. Not happy about paying an fee for amenities(even though they are small fees), when amenities are used for the purpose of attracting people to the complex. Having a complex amenity should be use to set you apart without costing the client an extra fee. Now, if there is extra service(s), not amenities, that you can provide at fee that's a different story. I have a choice to pay for that service or item, not forced to pay... That is my only comment about the complex.

I moved to TX from another state. I spent days searching for a place and just happened to pass Bell Starwood and stop to tour. I knew this was the place for me. I was moving a house and really didn't like the apartment feel of all the other places I had looked at. Bell Starwood was more like a home and it was perfect!

DIRTY, LOUD, CHEAP, Unconcerned management - dog poop everywhere, Cheap "Upgrades", cheap "security", cheap buildings and car ports that collapse onto cars. Management DOES NOT CARE about anything, but getting paid - AND YOU BETTER PAY ON TIME. They do not take care of the residents - recent example - residents couldn't get INTO THE COMPLEX and had to get towed because the inclined driveway to the entrance gate to get in was covered in ice in the recent snow storm. I watched people slip and fall several times trying to just walk to their apartment bc they couldn't move their cars into the complex and TWO people had to get towed. I was up till 3 AM listening to someone peel out for 4 hours and then slip and fall trying to get up or down the entrance. They also switched over to Key Fobs and gave me a hard time for asking for additional fobs for my family members - the fobs are small and a pain in the --- to handle and unlock the doors and not user friendly. The app they use for the gate access on the property and access to the gym does not work half the time either. I pay for use of the gym, but was unable to use it for a month until the app was sorted. Even the AC/heat is not up to date - there is no AUTO to set the temp in your apartment - just Heat and Cool so you have to constantly adjust it. I also know of residents having their car broken into.

I have been living here for about 6 months and I'm paying way too much for a one-bedroom with roaches. Pest control comes out every month and still no results. I can't wait until my lease is up. When I first moved in nothing was ready my hot water tank needed to be replaced and the kitchen faucet needed to be fixed then I had to have pest control out. It has been a never-ending battle. Please don't pay the money they want to move here unless you want roaches.

Poor when it comes to trying to solve problems and reaching out to regional office for help. Regional office do not answer calls and when they do they do not follow thru. Or return calls when they promise too. I have been trying to get a problem solved for 6months now...... ridiculous.......poor, poor poor....

The staff is top notch. The apartments are well appointed however the grounds could use a bit more attention. Example being plenty of dog excrement to navigate around and some buildings seem to have been left off the landscape update so it's a bit unsightly

Very quiet, except for car engines that wake you up during expected quiet hours. The front office is responsive, but it's challenging when there's an emergency or urgent need on the weekend. The fitness room could use new cardio equipment. The mail room could be safer and larger.

Here's a Bell Starwood is an exceptional property, and my experience has been made even better by Braden Ward. I've had the pleasure of working with him in the past, and I was thrilled to see his familiar and welcoming smile at the reception office again. Braden truly goes above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for tenants are unmatched. If you're looking for a property with outstanding service, Bell Starwood and Braden Ward are simply the best! Highly recommend!

From the start we have loved the community, to start when we toured fellow residents stoped to talk to us about how nice and quiet the community is. After we moved in I would say that he was right bell Starwood is a quiet, small, and comfortable place to live. Even more management is wonderful and easy to work with and talk too.

I loved the community until Bell Starwood took over. The communication is non existent. The amenities are always limited. The rent cafe portal is a giant snafu and with the exception of my recent communication with Daniel?it seems that the rest of the staff is like the blind leading the blind. Recently I've noticed huge retaliation and blows snubbed at me from the assistant manager when I raise concerns. I have in fact reached out and filed a report to the better business bureau because I do feel I'm being discriminated against. I've stated this for months. When Lincoln Property was in charge?I enjoyed coming home. The front staff took the time to address issues and the price gauging with this company is not going unnoticed. But if I had to pick one issue?.from all of them?it's COMMUNICATION and Lack of accountability. I can not wait until the day I'm able to leave this property. But rest assured I will warn everyone I know not to rent here.

It is a small, intimate property. I like that about the community. Upon first move-in, the residents were non-homogenous. There seemed to be residents who were lower income and others more affluent. My first neighbor would fight regularly and was a nightmare to hear at 3 o'clock in the morning. The police were always here. I was a bit distressed that I had made the wrong decision in choosing this community and was preparing to leave at renewal. The property is pricey, so it made no sense to put up with those elements. However, there seems to be better screening now (after year one). At least I hope so. I haven't seen the police here as much. The residents seem more stable and in general it is a quiet community. The staff is very friendly, even if not always accessible. When you do speak with them, they do go the extra mile and provide good support to the property as a whole.

The staff are always super helpful when there is an issue. Whenever I submit a work order, it is always responded to promptly. The only thing I wish the community had was proper recycling areas, that way we can recycle things that should be recycled.

This community is great! The grounds and units are well maintained. Any issues are addressed promptly and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Would recommend to my friends and family. More like a home than apartment.

I love that my apartment comes complete with a newly designed fireplace, a balcony and a garage that is attached to the unit. That is very important for safety reasons. My residence is very quiet and I'm very happy here.

It wasn't a good experience, but I have some problems with the air conditioning in my apartment, It's not working good and the weather is very hot all the time , I complained many times but no response, The windows is not fixed well and my daughter fall down from the 2nd floor and they didn't fixed also after the accident. Other things are good .

The community is very nice. Most times it is clean. The only problem is you will hear noise if you're in a 1st floor unit. Noise from the 2nd floor unit is unbearable at times. Every inch of them walking. You will hear. You can complain to the office and it still will not help. Tenants say it is the way these units were built. No matter how much you tell your upstairs neighbor to cut down on the noise. You will still hear them. It is a constant loud noise.

Always attentive and polite keeps the apartments looking good and quick to perform maintaince. We have lived here 3 years and are extremely happy with the neighborhood. It is quite and clean and many upgrades have been completed to keep it a comfortable community.

Absolutely wonderful to be completely honest. I have never had one issue with living in this apartment community. Office and maintenance have truly been great. I've been here almost 3 years and have really enjoyed it here. Would highly recommend Bell Starwood.

The community is good however, maintenance takes forever to repair things (if even repaired) neighbors are extremely loud. For the amount of money you pay it's not worth it. There's always been issues with pets and picking up after them with residents.

My experience with this community has been less than stellar. I was not able to see my apartment before signing a lease and now I know why? I was lied to? a lot during my tour, so to say I am disappointed is an understatement. It has also been very difficult to get maintenance done? I have a request that has been sitting unanswered for weeks and this is my 3rd time making this request. I absolutely would not recommend this community to anyone. And speaking of recommendations, do not take any of theirs? the utility company they recommended has been price gouging like crazy. I have never paid this much for utilities, not even when I was renting a much larger house that is only 20 minutes away. Cannot wait for my lease to end.

The community isn't massive like many complexes. In addition, the community is relatively quiet and in a great location with many things to do that are easily accessible. The community is well kept up and very traditional which I really like.
