Overall, maintenance requests are handled timely and professionally which I really appreciate. I also appreciate the updates that have occurred since I've moved in. The largest issue I continue to see after almost 4 years is that the residents (particularly directly above me and across from me) are incredibly loud. The one above me has had the police called on her several times (by multiple other residents) for extreme noise and she is never held accountable. Ever. She simply does not care about her disturbances or dumping her lit cigarettes below (into my patio area). She's been given multiple verbal and written warnings and nothing is seen through from there...only another warning. I've mentioned this multiple times over the years and no action is taken. It's really frustrating. Additionally, her washing machine leaked through my ceiling and when the restoration company came out to dry the area, they plugged in the huge machine to do so from my outlet. This cost me an additional $20 in electriciy which I should not have paid for. When I mentioned to the Manager, I was met with silence about it other than "that's probably the only outlet they had access to." While I understand that, I should have been reimbursed for this cost since it had nothing to do with me. I feel like Samantha would have certainly done this if she was still the property manager - I certainly miss her in this role.

The water bills are insanely high, year-round! Plus, during a cold snap, they hound us to keep our faucets dripping. Why don't they insulate the pipes in the buildings? I have lived in much colder places than Texas and never had to leave my faucets dripping.

Not interested in leaving a review. Since the New Ownership, management and customer service has gone down. The new door locks are terrible. Key fob only works turned a certain way and more of an inconvenience than using a key. JR Maintenance Man is the only person with genuine respect integrity as other office staff is a revolving door. Office staff isn't happy as they haven't received raises or bonuses so as a resident the moral of office staff, for lack of better term, sucks! TY

I have lived here for going on 5 years and the office staff as well as the Maintenace team are always very helpful. Bell Starwood Partners have made many improvements to the apartment homes as the exterior of the buildings.

We moved in during covid so we didn't meet anyone for almost 2 years. We are very grateful that Bell Starwood is making efforts frequently for people to meet each other now. I wish we had another trash dumpster so they aren't overflowing every other day. I wish we had a few more dog poop dispensers so not so many people use the one right by our front door. I am really hoping we get some landscaping- that is pretty. Right now most is dead and now rocks put in.

The apartments are unique, all stairwells are internal, attatched garages on certain units. The staff and maintenance people are amazing. Amenities are pretty basic, small gym,small pool. The only issue I have living here are the lazy pet owners who do not pick up after their pups.

The dishwasher never worked, and the air conditioning system is old and changes the temperature on its own. The common area should be cleaned more often. The condominium undertakes numerous construction projects, and they leave materials and trashes around the premises for days.

When Bell Starwood took over this property they immediately started upgrades and began community events each month! Something the previous did not do! It makes it feel more like "home". Also the new office staff are literal angles, you call them with an issue it's resolved!

the management team is attentive. maintenance requests are quickly fulfilled. the maintenance team is respectful. the property is well maintained. There is really only one negative, which isn't the fault of the maintenance team...many people don't cleanup after their dogs.

Location is great; however the apartment cannot keep up with neighboring complexes with surface cosmetic paint updates. The grounds require a lot of attention and half of the ac units are end of life. Old pipes have caused water damage in multiple buildings and amenities are outdated. Security gates are constantly broken and dog parks are mud pits that go unattended from a clean up perspective. Walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors.

Staff is wonderful. Neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is top notch. Really appreciate the community. Wish the dog park was better taken care of but that's also a resident responsibility. Amenities are nice.

I absolutely love Bell Starwood. My apartment is spacious. I have direct access from the outside; there's no elevator or long hall to walk through. The apartment has character, vaulted ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace.

My actual apartment (2bdr+2bath+2car garage) is the very reason why I am still here. It has space, a fireplace, and is centrally located to everything Frisco and NTX has to offer. The property is older than those around us, but I feel that it has a mature "home" feel apartment vibe. The old management was not as concerned with the outside of the property , as evidenced by the wood rot, storm gutter replacements , new paint , and stonework repair which was sorely needed (Thanks Bell Starwood)! The only complaint now is the proliferation of large breed dogs and the rapscallions who terrorize the property by crushing rocks and/or leave toys in the drive lanes, and some who refuse to pick up their trash outside of their units (no basic home training clearly). The new management is highly motivated to make this great property a "domicile of choice " for those seeking an upscale property near the Star.

I love this community! I searched and compared for months with different properties, but when I saw this one I stopped looking. The office staff is very nice, not fake and phony like some others that I looked at. Just very down to earth. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, 2 days tops and they are on it. Great location, nobody bothers you, and friendly neighbors. I look forward to being here until I purchase my first home, and not really in a rush to do that because I feel right at home here! Thank you!

I don't like this community because the staff is very unprofessional! Just had a few bad experiences with the women in the office..like I called and asked for corporates number and the lady says we can't give out there number like that's a lie I'm recording every conversation i have with them I record for my attorney and my safety.

I'm going to write a bad review everyday until things change, they wake you up every gd day, ya you know who this is, lie to you about fixing stuff, won't communicate with their staff, one bedroom has a foul oder they can't figure out, hate this place

I cannot wait to move!! Dog poop everywhere, walkways flood every time it rains, not very well taken care of structurally. The new management company is doing all of these cosmetic upgrades and ignoring the real issues. Only replaced some of the water heaters, air conditioners. Don't even get me started on the outrageous water/trash bills. Not even based on water usage it is based on sq foot and occupancy. Don't even waste your time or money.

Just moved into this community and so far I love it. Very clean, quiet, and plenty of parking which is a huge plus compared to the last community I lived at.

The apartments themselves, are okay, not worth what you're paying for them, but okay. The management is the real problem with this complex and the reason I would not live here again, nor recommend it. Once you sign the lease there is not a whole lot you can do to remedy any problems that arise, and they are very aware of that. You're only recourse is to beg. Beg to fix things, beg to honor previous agreements made by the management. Make sure everything they say to you is written down and that you have a copy, because they will not be bothered to look into your file and they will give you the run around and pass the blame all day. If you're considering living here, I'd look elsewhere.

Recently moved into these apartments and was extremely disappointed at what I walked into. For this to be considered "luxury", I was confused as to whose standard. I walked into a dirty apartment. Broken gates, graffiti on concrete, lop-sided toilet, wood laminate lifting in the living room, paint on appliances in the kitchen, stained bathroom, I can go on and on. I called Jenny the manager to ask for a transfer, and I pretty much got "tough luck you leased it." For the price you'll pay, go elsewhere for a much nicer apartment and better customer service.

Location is great, but on site managent and property management not helpful or caring. Had opportunity to purchase a great home in a great area but contract we signed under old ownership had no early termination clause, contacted management multiple times and even property management several times trying to figure out a way to help us out in this situation, keeping in mind penalties would apply. Could never get a straight answer and got so much run around that after four days of trying we could no longer purchase our home. Still until this day have not heard absolutely anything. Not even from Ashley at Lincoln management, very disappointed. On top of that have had Maintance come in into our apartment unauthorized to do so multiple times ,paperwork making false repair order calls. Makes you feel uncomfortable and uneasy! Best response to that is we're sorry well look into it!

Not very satisfied. Great location though. Service is okay. You are forced to get the Internet and cable bundle. Doesn't matter to them that you don't need cable. You gotta pay unnecessarily.

Wonderful Apartment and wonderful people. The leasing office staff show good concern to residents and the community is really well maintained. A reasonable and affordable price in a posh and beautiful locality.

Outside lights dosent work making it dangerous at night.Very dark at night you have to walk with flash light otherwise good luck ,not safe!
