I currently reside in Stone Manor Apartments and would not recommend them to anyone. The management here is the worse I have ever seen. They have almost had the electricity turned off to the entire community (the TXU rep was on property) until he got a last minute call and said that it got paid. The rental furniture in the model was picked up due to not paying the bill. The reps inside care about nothing but getting you into the place, and once you are in you can forget ever seeing them again. To me it just seems like a job and thats all. Horrible place. Walls thin, gates have never worked since I lived here and that has been almost one year. Please please don't come here. It is fairly quiet though.

Don't think twice, this is the place to live!
Stone Manor was recommended by a friend who had a great experience there. So we tried it & stayed for 15 months. We couldn't find a better place to live & the staff was great. The manager Michelle did a great job of keeping the place together & keeping the residents happy. All the girls in the office always helped when we needed them & they put together some great social events. I would definiately recommend these apartments to anyone, people with kids or with pets.

Quiet; great location; cute apartments
I lived at Stone Manor for a year and a half and truly enjoyed it. The apartment does have its down sides but I found that the good far out-weighed the bad. For example, the pool was shut down for a few weeks this summer (that was annoying), you do have to hassle them to get maintenance done (not the best management), and the gate is just a royal pain in the butt (I was actually happier when it didn't work - which was most of the time). On the good side, I knew almost all of my neighbors and they were all super cool (there was a really fun pool party at the beginning of the summer - free margaritas), the grounds are well-kept (they mow and water the grass regularly), the staff is very understanding and will help you out (they completely waived my pet deposit for my 2 cats), and it is just a very cute and cozy complex. We did not have a problem with noise at all because we were over garages. I liked them because they are much like townhomes - you walk straight up to your front door (not through a breeze way with all of the front doors clumped together). Also, you have an actual address, not an apartment number. Stone Manor is one of my all-time favorite apartments that I have ever lived in.

Awesome!
I loved living at Stone Manor. It was always very quiet and safe and I loved that about these apartments. I had great neighbors and the apartments were beuatiful. I was always very proud to have people over at my house. Definately look into Stone Manor, its worth it!

Bad Management
They had two managers while I was there, but when I moved in my neighbors said they changed management three times in one year. They changed maintenence crews four times while I was there. It's a hassle trying to get anything fixed (usually I just fixed it myself, because it was easier). The security gates never worked. They let people (ex: exterminators)in your apartment when your not home, without accompaning them!!! The lease states that contractors will be accompanied by a stone manor employee, but I've seen different. The workout equipment looks like it was picked up a thrift store and most of it doesn't work. The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors talking while I was watching TV and I could hear the people above me walking around and vacuuming. Your water bill is paid through stone manor and sometimes they don't record that you paid it. Also, sometimes they try to get you to pay for water usage from the previous person that lived in your apartment (check the dates on the bill). When it comes to money, it can't be solved without an argument with them. Overall it was a pretty quit place to live. They always seem very concerned when you have a problem, but they don't take action without hassling them. I would not recommend stone manor to anyone.

Wonderful!
I have lived in apartments for many years and I must say that the management team here has been the most professional and attentive to my needs. The manager is a jewel!
