Sawyer Heights Lofts is by far the best community I've lived in as a renter and I've rented for over 16 years. The main office team are friendly, helpful, and call you by name (which makes it feel like home). The maintenance staff are top notch and wonderful to work with. They are friendly, professional, and always leave a job spotless. The residents are also really nice too. It's a great place to call home.

Overall good community but can be better. Some appliances can be updated and better extermination on the primeses for bugs. Also the parking can be better. More especially with tow enforcement and parking spots.

I have lived at Sawyer Heights for a little over a year. I've really enjoyed living here. I feel safe knowing it is not that easy to get into the building. The building is kept clean and the amenities are very nice.

The staff is great and very helpful. Don, Nancy, Kylik, and Stephanie went above and beyond. Santos was also very helpful and helped with any requests that were needed. I highly recommend Sawyer Heights Lofts to everybody

I think a lot of the recent “upgrades” made to the complex have not truly added value. The new bike cage is nice I will say that, but the gate still lets people tailgate you in it is not any more safer than the old gate, the new elevator interiors just seem gimmicky to make the building seem more luxury than it is but it feels very forced since it doesn’t match anything else within the building. I like this community, it’s in a very convenient location, good floor plan, and decent amenities at a good price, but to give some perspective on where I stand, I would strongly consider moving apartments if they raised our rent.

Responsive maintenance staff and office management. Nice place to live. Complex is quiet. There is a little bit of noise outside the building since the trail is right outside and people meet early in the morning to coordinate rides etc. and occasionally there are people in the Target parking lot late. Great complex in a fantastic location!

LOCK EVERYTHING

I really do like my apartment and the people in the leasing office are genuinely nice. But the way management has handled security issues has been frustrating and unacceptable. My $600 bike was stolen—while locked—from the bike rack inside a locked parking garage that supposedly has 24-hour security. I’ve asked multiple times for the security footage and have been completely ignored. They won’t show it to me and they’ve done nothing to make it right. Instead, they spent thousands of dollars installing a cage around the bike racks after my bike was stolen, clearly acknowledging there’s a problem—but they’ve never offered to compensate me or even acknowledge that my bike being stolen matters. On top of that, my unit used to be the show unit, so random people constantly steal my assigned parking spot. I’ve been understanding and haven’t towed anyone, but when I park in a different spot that doesn’t block anyone, they threaten to ticket me. Meanwhile, I’ve had five Amazon packages stolen, and after six months I still don’t have access to an Amazon locker. It seems like they only enforce rules when it’s convenient for them, not when it comes to actually protecting residents or their property. If I’m paying premium rent, I expect more than silence and inaction when my things are stolen inside what’s supposed to be a secure facility. I didn’t move here to worry about everything I own getting stolen while management shrugs.

While crime can occur anywhere, we understand how frustrating and upsetting it is when it happens close to home. Please know that, for the safety and privacy of all our residents, we are unable to release or allow viewing of security footage without a court subpoena presented to the appropriate authorities. This policy is in place to protect the privacy of everyone in our community, and unfortunately, we re unable to make exceptions. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our limited access and deter these types of incidents, the addition of the bike room was a direct action to provide residents with a more secure space for their bicycles. We hope you re able to see the value in this amenity and take advantage of it moving forward. Regarding the issue of vehicles parking in your designated space, please don t hesitate to reach out directly to our management office so we can assist you promptly. Our team is always here to help address these matters as they occur. Please refrain from parking in drive ways that prevent access to dumpsters and major safety equipment such as the fire pump. Lastly, while we are unable to compensate residents for incidents caused by others outside of our control, your renters insurance may offer coverage for personal property loss. We encourage you to file a claim with your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Again, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you ve had and appreciate your feedback. Sawyer Heights is a great community. There has never been an issue with noise or safety. We have a new gate system in the parking garage that seems to be very secure. There are Amazon/UPS etc..lockers that make deliveries very convenient.

Never experienced a great management team before. Everyone on staff is helpful and kind. Responsive and great at communicating. Already have recommended 3 friends and they enjoy it here as well. Only thing missing would be updated appliances and unit finishes. But an amazing location.

I enjoy living here. The leasing staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very professional and skilled. I enjoy my neighbors and the convenience of the location here. There is a Target and a trail outside of our door which is why I’m never leaving until I buy a house.

It has been great, living here with small kids works really well, it is close to schools and shopping that makes day to day life really easy. The location to the hike and bike trail is fantastic and our whole family enjoys riding our bikes to downtown for fun.

too many barking dogs does the pool have any rule enforcement about non residents? It seems that there will be one or two adults with many children or big families at the pool, i would guess perhaps there is one or two residents bringing many guests into the pool area.
