This community is a super convenient place to stay. It's close to school and there are many Volunteer organization available to provide help when needed. The staff goes out of their way to make living at the cottages enjoyable and exciting. I look forward to continue living here next few years!

I have seen no negative in living in The SunBlossom Cottages. The office staff are very friendly and have been able to help me with any questions I have had. Maintenance is fast and easy to deal with. This price is higher compared to other near by apartment complex. I have already recommended The SunBlossom Cottages to many of my friends and family members.

Nice living community, variety of people - young, retired, professional, children of all ages. Sometimes parking is an issue. At times lawn maintenance always blowing the dust every where and too loud. Sometimes the resident won't pick up their own garbage. Overall a good place to live.

All good. The staff is great. The one problem that happens this summer is the pool was shut down for the entire summer. There is no excuse for that. If it is an equipment issue, replace the equipment issue. The management office never take care the issue!

Very good location that is close to my job. Also very close to a grocery store which is nice if I need a last minute ingredient for dinner! The outdoors of the property are kept up with and look nice.

Great community! Good location! Short drive to the interstate. Short drive to shopping and dinning. Nice friendly area and the pictures you see online are accurate unlike some others. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. The community always feels safe and clean.

Over all good place to live. But for the price per month I would have expected the finishing work of the construction would be better. Poor trim work and Sheetrock work. The corners on all the walls inside the unit are old and poor craftsmanship.

I am current residents of SunBlossom Cottages and I have no complaints. Everyone in the office is especially nice The office staff always acknowledging us when walking around the property and always takes time to say hello to me. They are awesome with explaining any concern that I may have. Will definitely recommend because of the best customer service and the community.

The office staff is great. The apartments themselves really need some updating though, The biggest issue I'd say though is the fit a finished in the apartments. Using appliances from what look to be the early 90's . All in many aspects your overpaying for the units here with what they offer even you could live at other complex with much nicer amenities and finishes in the units for a more updated and price worthy apt. However in the end the office staff makes it a great place to live. Hopefully they will update the unit it's soon so you truly get what you're paying for!

I've been living here now for five years, the staff are responsive to your needs, questions etc.. and the building is well maintained and kept clean. Just the fact that I lived here for five years should tell you, this must be a nice place to live -- you'll enjoy your neighbors also!!

I love living here at Sunblossom Cottages. The office staff is very friendly and makes you feel valued as a resident. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and respond quickly to any requests I put in. I have lived here 12 years and have really enjoyed it! My apartment has an upgrades counter, laminate that make it feels like a modern and new apartment! Thank you to the staff for all they do!

The head of maintenance is one of the reasons I like living here, he is always very helpful with whatever repair I request! His service is always speedy and things are always repaired correctly! He truly cares about the property and is a true asset to this company!

These are great apartments in a great area. Very convenient to downtown Houston. The apartments are a bit tired and in need of an update, having some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others!

I've always had a good experience with everybody in my community. People that I have met have been helpful, polite, thoughtful, & understanding. I don't think I have ever lived in a community where everybody looks out for each other. That brings peace & hope to my heart. I just have faith that everything is for a reason.

The rent is crazy expensive these days. The grounds are nicely maintained. There's been car and package theft, mail boxes broken into. Recently been required to give up our outside grills, not even allowed to have them even on the patio. Also been required to give up any privacy partitions which I think are both unreasonable requirements. The Five stars is for the staffs.

People nasty as hell trash and dog poop I don't have an animal therefore I shouldn't have to be dodging poop everyday. It smells bad everyday again hard working people are paying too much to be living like this, talk to to these pet owners. Also these people who have people out here just to drop trash in the parking lot when it's several dumpsters around. I know it's not important to most but it should be. I hope the management resolve the issue asap. Thank you!

I have lived at Sunblossom Cottages for about 13 year now. My experience here has been amazing! The staff is amazing along with the maintenance crew. I have to brag on the manager, she is amazing. Such a warm kind spirited person and goes over and above. When a work order is put in she send the maintenance worker comes right then. she always has a great attitude, she definitely keeps the place going. Words cannot express how great this lady is. She is truly amazing and deserves her flowers! The community is lucky to have her working there!

So far, so good! We have live here since 2005, I've enjoyed our time. It's a nice, quiet community with a lot of long terms resident. I feel the property management and maintenance teams are exceptional and I referred more of family members move in here!

The only issue I have with this apartment complex is the fact that I can hear my new move in neighbors. And I don?t mean hear them walking around, I mean, hear their conversations, hear their music, hear them laughing. The management is aware of it and is trying to see what they can do to remedy the problem. If that gets fixed, I would HIGHLY recommend this community.

Both the manager and the maintenance team are caring, punctual to all of the residents needs and is very helpful . I have had a great experience living here so far. No major issues and the complex is nice and quiet. I like it here .
