It's quiet here. Front office staff and maintenance staff are helpful and efficient. Yard - Grounds are always well maintained. The pool is always clean. I feel safe here. There is security that is posted and that drives around at night.

This community is very nice. I considered it a hidden gem of the community. Easy access to highway I 10 Highway 6 an HOV with park-and-ride. A lot of activities in the area down the street from Katie down the street from Memorial city close to 1960 and 290 easy access to the beltway and West Park

Since DEC 23 2025, AC has been out of order. Our Christmas holidays has been painful for 5 days over 80 Ferenheight degrees. Emergency HVAC maintenance program is ineffective, not professional, and below average.

Office staff is very kind. The community is overall pretty quiet and nicely kept. Great value for the price. This is a pet friendly community and plenty of areas to walk. It is also close to trails for longer walks. I would recommend this to friends.

This apartment complex pretty much fulfills my needs. The management tries to keep renters engaged with community events and things pretty much stay clean. There was a re occurring issue with fire alarms going off in the middle of the night for about a month but that seems to be resolved. Aside from the main gate basically being continuously broken I haven't had too many issues and the neighbors are quiet. Maintenance Responds in a very timely manner which is the biggest plus.

The community is overall well maintained. The property manage is great as is the leasing consultant Kay. They have always had great attitudes when I have needed anything and have always been willing to help. Landscaping is done regularly but my only complaint with that is the landscapers do not clean out the gardens well so debris is often left in gardens and when they walk thru with the blowers they leave patios on the first floor messy.

I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived to tour the apartments at Vista Park Row. Elizabeth was very kind and helpful and was willing to and able to answer all my questions. The complex was very neat and well maintained and the apartments were everything I needed. Due to personal reasons I was unable to rent at this moment, but am hoping to so in the near future.
