This should not be needed for every time a work order is done. The community is great and very well built. Staff are courteous and professional. Amenities are very useful and well kept. Great place to call home.

I loved my touring experience. The place was very clean and the staff were so friendly and very informative. The price of the apartment is pretty reasonable for the amenities offered and accommodations available. I do wish the application fees were a bit lower though because $70 an applicant is a bit much on top of the deposit.

the amenities are kept up well staff does a great job if keeping the grounds clean. the office staff is friendly and helpful. the great part is the location close to Katy, and the belt way. Also since we are located behind the hospital hardly lose power. That's a plus.

I was happy until 100 of maintenance issues came up. I am disgusted that no one ever picks my call during emergency and till date all my unit appliances had caused problems. Now too my refrigerator is not working since last 4 days but no one bothers to call me back after 100 maintenance emergency calls done from my end. I am really disappointed and regret my decision of being in this apartment.

Super friendly leasing agent who was helpful and not pushy! Pool, gym, and courtyards were kept up with and clean. Landscaping and overall appearance were beautiful. Happy and excited to live here for the next year.

Great, this is the first issue I had with getting a work order completed. All other requests handled quickly and efficiently. Still love living here just this one little mishap that I know will be taken care of. :)

Apartment complex is good and has a lot of trees and plants but because of that it also comes with some bugs. I am hoping the pest control service they have every Monday will help with that. But other than that just moved in and have had a good experience

Overall the experience is fine. Just recently the carpet was lifting and I requested maintenance but the work was not done. I called the front desk & they asked if I had a pet which I do but that is not the reason for the carpet lifting. She said she was going to get with her supervisor & get back with me which did not happy, it's been 3 days.

Elizabeth was great, very knowledgeable. I liked the layout. Looks beautiful, but a bit pricey for the amenities offered. Also would like to see further in the future since my movein date is December 1.

Good afternoon, I've been living here in this residential complex for five years now, and I highly recommend it, as it has very pleasant facilities and amenities. It also has easy access to the highway, restaurants, and recreational areas.

Leasing agent Elizabeth Olivares was friendly, professional, and helpful during my visit to the property. The tour allowed me to see the model apartment, swimming pool, gym, conference room, mail room, and business center.

Overall Vista Park Row is a nice place to live. The only issues is the gates are always broken and it's an on going issue with no solution! Maintenance guys are amazing and grounds are kept very nicely

Community seemed friendly and calm. Went on a week day not busy very chill vibes. Officer leading sucked. But pretty apartments with high ceilings and pretty floor/vinyl and clean carpets and beautiful view of other rooms and pool! Love the cabanas

Toured the community with Elizabeth and it was a very good experience. The community is very quiet, very beautiful, and peaceful. I was able to see multiple units until I was able to find the prefect fit for me.

Great community, great location, quiet, clean. The front office staff always organizes events, they are always helpful and always friendly. Amazing pool and other amenities. Close to parks and trails, right off the highway, but far enough to feel like you're not in the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The property is very nice. I appreciate how quickly they deal with gate issues. I am hoping they add cameras to the hallways for additional security and accountability. The maintenance staff has been very nice as well.

Excellent and a fantastic community. I love the location which has pine trees and on occasion, deer. The location is also very convenient in terms of roads. Katy freeway is a block away and the Katy toll road is only about half a mile away.

We love living at Vista at Park Row Luxury Apartments. It is an exceptional community. Staff and residents are friendly. Property is maintained beautifully, including the swimming pool. It feels safe.

I chose this apartment complex because it's away from busy traffic and it's close to park and walking/biking trails. The place is very peaceful and well maintained. There are community activities each month but due to my work hours, I miss out. The staff is very attentive and responsive.

Staff are friendly, maintenance staff are excellent. They arrange functions at lease once month. Pool area always well maintained. The only down side, they removed the ice and water machine a few years ago.

It was an impressive property that was clean and modern. The Large Windows Are very impressive And the kitchens Are modern and well laid out. The gym is a little disappointing, there are plenty of cardio machines but not many options for weightlifting.
