I love It here at the apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's no issues with pest or break ins and it's pretty peaceful around here. I'd recommend the Apt to any family or friend!!!

A luxury apartment from my experiences and observations should really depict that wow factor which will always attract people into staying as well as speak well of itself. Outside attractions and accessibility to community park or schools is not always the ultimate goal. Security top notch, maintenance satisfaction and response time to the fact, as well as cleaning should count the most. The same speed, payments of rents is required of residents should be applied for when need be for simple issues.

It's fair. I had a better experience when I first moved here. Nothing special now. Charged a new monthly amenity fee and the are no amenities that I benefit from. Was told last year that the amenities would include fire pits. There are no fire pits here.

besides the tire theft everything is great happy that I now see security on the premises often at night I wish there was more visitor parking on lower levels, it's a pain having guests over sometimes, with the walk

This apartment complex is a chop shop for cars. In 2 months my truck has been burglarized 3 times. Management says they have put security measures in place but it seems those measures don’t bother the criminals who use the garage as their place of business. If you don’t mind walking out to your truck on blocks or gone then this is the place for you.

Great staff, nice grounds, gives me a safe feeling. I do like the food trucks and the pool area. I wish the package service was just a little better. But overall the staff never seems bothered when going in there when I need something out have a question

It's been good I have not had many problems and when had any problems they corrected them I've been here since 2016 and I had all my problems corrected anytime I've had one the outside and inside has been always well manicured

The leasing process was super easy. The nice girl who helped me was very informative and quick in responding to questions I had during the application process. Everything was made clear to me about the move in process so the day of my lease start date I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. Living here has been a great experience besides the usual neighbors who blast music in the late hours of the night but that's part of apartment living. My only complaint is that at least one gate(at a time) has been damaged almost every week since moving in 9 months ago. The property is beautiful & well maintained and the staff is very helpful!

Moved here 5 months ago and I love this place! Pet friendly and super quiet. The management staff go above and beyond to ensure we receive the best customer service. Everyone is always professional and attentive. Some upgrades are currently being done which will enhance the already beautiful community. Located 1 mile from work is the icing on the cake!!!

This place is tranquil, calm and very clean. The staff is very sweet and helpful. Angela does her best to do her job, I have often seen her and Randy go around the building to make sure everything is all right.

Good Complex , however newer residents are becoming a problem. Trash left by residents in the parking lot garage. Would be a good idea to incorporate trash cans on the garage parking lot. People dont clean up after their pets. Animal urine on floor and elevators(usually on weekends) However maintenance team is great. Friendly and very quick to respond to requests.

I absolutely love this place the area is so quiet the apartments look brand new but they where built like six years ago. The staff was so nice and warm Angela has so many snacks and so my little one was very happy about that! I will be filling out an application .

Cecily and Dominique made our visit amazing! We toured the layout we desired and were in love with the upgraded finishes and appliances. On top of that the property was well maintained and with WRH it’s only going to be elevated.

Cicely and Dominique were amazing help for our apartment tour.. Looks forward to moving in all because of them!! The apartments are honestly beautiful and the rooms are very nice size. Can’t wait for the renovations to happen it’ll be even better!!

Nice clean place. Office and maintenance staff are helpful and nice. The appliances and amenities are high end. If you work in the energy corridor, the location is convenient but quiet since it is next to the reservoir.

I would like to say that this is the best apartment complex where I have lived, Unfortunately I have to leave it Well I am going to get married and obviously I have to live with my husband but I am going to miss this place, Angela Randy and Dominique veryyyy professionals, kind, nice people , They attend to your needs immediately, as well as the maintenance people, during my stay I really enjoyed this place, it is so quiet, you never hear noise or problems, the neighbors are very polite people and it remains clean all the time; security is good, I love it; It's accessible and they love your pets, thanks for everything, the Vista at Park Row Team??

This was a good community at first. Mantinence is always good never had an issue with them. Although a lot of cars have gotten broken into. This is not a safe complex anymore. Highly disappointed in the way this complex has gone down.

I love living here at Vista park, the maintenance staff are incredibly lovely and efficient. Namely, Santos who recently helped us with an issue that I had at my apartment, the very next morning after reporting it! He was quick at resolving the problem and I was so satisfied with the outcome! Thank you Santos!
