I really like it here. The staff and maintenance team are very nice. The pool area, weight room, and cardio area are very nice. They do a good job keeping the place clean, trash is picks up up on time, and the maintenance teams always fixes my reported issues very quickly.

Great community as I've had nothing but positive interactions with office staff and maintenance. I feel safe in my space, and especially like the garage parking. The apartment layouts are also really nice!

Not a bad place. Wish the cell service was better and that they would do a much better job securing the security access gates (almost always open for anyone and there has been several(!) vehicle vandalism's and property damage). Also, the pancake concierge system is awful and they need all lockers to help with the problem. Rent in my opinion is too high. I would love to renew but can't afford to pay more or pay where I am at now.

It is a beautiful complex with nice amenities. Neighbors are friendly and no issues in the 3 years I have been a resident. Centralized location, close to the main highways. I have enjoyed living at Vista at Park Row.

This is a great apartment complex with excellent staff and maintenance team. Service/maintenance needs have been low and the community is kept up diligently. The inly complaint I have is that cell service can be tricky while in the apartment (court yards and front office are fine but inside I have difficulty connecting).

Well, I recently submitted an application and am yet to move in officially. But I can say that I'm impressed with the property and Kierra's service. I have no complaints. I only selected for management to contact me in the previous question so I can get the lease signed, ASAP. ??

So far so good. I have not had many issues during my stay at this community and when I had they were quickly addressed. The appearance of the stairwells could be improved as there is heavy spider web activity inside and also trash and debris.

The community was very nice and offered some spacious floor plans. The amenities are a plus with a coffee bar, library, gym, and pool. The units have washer and dryer in the unit which is a plus. They also have ample parking and a car vacuum. Elizabeth was super nice and informative and highly recommended you ask for her

All is great. I really enjoy the apartment community. It's very nice to see how well they care about us participating in activities and it's great that they take the time to do all they do for us. The grounds are maintained very well and on time when all should be done, it's a great place to live. I love living here. It's peaceful quiet you have the park. Look in the backyard. Plenty of parking. I'm enjoying myself living here. My dog loves it. We're very happy here. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon just please keep up the good work thanks for all you do for us. I enjoy having Starbucks coffee when it's available for us. I hope all these things remain happening and you all keep providing us with an enjoyable place to live. I think other others are happy living here. Everyone seems to enjoy the facility and the property grounds and everything available to us as much as I do from seeing people. I think they're happy living here too. I hope things remain enjoyable in the days and months and years to come.

I've been here a while. The walls are thin Lots of bugs in the summer. Office staff is ok some are rude others are polite. Love the location. One of the gates is always either broken or being repaired.

I read the reviews and was nervous to visit the property but when I scheduled a tour and met with the leasing agent my visit ended up being pleasant. Considering signing a lease. Overall, I was pleased with my visit - the leasing agent was extremely nice and inviting and genuinely answered all my questions.

Not very happy at this point, however management is working to fix problems. Have appointment scheduled today to follow up on current issues with manager. Will has been helpful in trying to resolve issues and has acted promptly in doing so.

Love this community! Impressed with the maintenance and upkeep of all of the amenities as well as how they assist with maintenance requests. All of my maintenance requests that I've submitted were all answered within a day or the following weekday (One I submitted over the weekend).

Thought I already have with previous comments. I like the location and outward appearance of the facility. I feel I pay more for this 1 bedroom than I would for a 2 bedroom somewhere else but I know there is a trade off between other things even if I don't take advantage of the ameneties.

The overall experience of the move-in process was exceptional. Elizabeth stayed in contact with us and ensured all outstanding items were addressed. If I ever get the opportunity to recommend this complex, I will recommend they contact Elizabeth. She provides stellar customer service through the entire process.
