This place is very nice! I hope. Can live there when is time yo find the right price. Water bill seen to be high? But otherwise I liked it. Elizabeth was extremely nice. I hope security in the premises is not an issue.

I wanted this apartment because of the unique floor plan, it was open and comfortable. It also had very high ceilings which was shocking for apartments. The place has also amenities like gym and pool that seemed appealing. I also like the location. The staff gave me the best and warmest welcome!

NICE COMPLEX. ONLY MINS FROM WORK SO THAT IS THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THIS LOCATION. THE STAFF IS NOT THE GREATEST FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAY HERE. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY HAD AMENITIES LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER COMPLEXES IN THE AREA.

My experience was greater than optimal. The realtor that viewed the apartment was more than accommodating and showed me several different options in terms of a price point for the rent. I will definitely be renting here in the future.

It has been wonderful. The staff is excellent. Security is professional and caring when an issue does arise. Any issues are resolved quickly and completely. Enjoy the atmosphere there and surrounding area.

I toured Vista at Park Row. The complex was clean, up to date, and nice. The staff was so friendly. Elizabeth was amazing, and I highly suggest working with her. She made my experience great. Vista at Park Row offered everything I was looking for in my first "home". A beautiful apartment, amenities, and a parking garage. I highly recommend this place!

Like the apartments and management but the "swapping the back of the complex is filthy and an incubator for mosquitos, bugs, and snakes. You need to treat the water. Also the mechanical room need caulking and peat control needs to include it.

The grounds are very well kept, which I'm sure is a challenge when you have tenants who do not clean up after their dogs. But the grounds people do an excellent job. Generally it is pretty quiet my. This is my first apartment rental and I was worried about safety but so far there I have not encountered any situations where I felt unsafe.

Based off what I saw via my zoom this property lives up to what i was told about the property. I loved everything about what I saw via zoom. I love the fact the property is secured in a way I haven't seen at other properties.

The apartment community is absolutely beautiful! It stands alone so that keeps it nice and quiet, but still very accessible to highways, grocery stores, etc. The amenities are quality and residents appeared friendly. I love that some fees are already included in rent, which helps make me feel I'm getting more of my money's worth! Such a beautiful community--it's definitely at the top of my list!

I've had a great experience living here, I heard about Vista at park row back in 2021. They even added security since then. Would love to renew if the price stays low. I also like that gym and pool. Safe mailroom

The Staff is wonderful! The property is clean and has beautiful amenities. The Pool, workout room and clubhouse are spectacular. The units are big have tall ceilings. The property is quiet and in a wonderful location.

It's a nice apartment complex with great access to I-10 and parks. There are also numerous shops and restaurants around. Overall it's good but some of the issues are the gates not working regularly and needing repair, noisy neighbors, and the rent keep increasing.

Nice place and great maintenance staff. Neighbors change and you can't predict who your new neighbor is and honestly one new neighbor made me seriously think about moving out after 5 years in this community.

Being loving my space. Great staff. I had to actually buy my own ceiling fan but it's cool now I actually want to change them all in my unit. I'm definitely planning to renew my unit. At least another term.

Process was Quick and Easy
Ok so boom… The process was quick and easy Ms.Kierra took her time with me even though I was moving from out of state, she took her time with me her and WRH got Me Approved. Not gone lie I was hesitant at first, but then after I took my tour I made my Decision THIS is where I want to stay. So with that being said SHOUT OUT TO Kierra B Girl and WRH realty Thank Yallll

Staff was approaching and professional. Apartments were very clean no dirty or smelly hallways. I love the property location right off I-10 however not near the highway so there is quietness. The overall units are unique and I love the different layouts from most luxury apartments

So far, I have lived here 3 months. It's a pretty decent property, I just wish it was kept up better. If the property's welcome sign as soon as you drive in includes "luxury apartments" on it, shouldn't that mean both vehicle entry/exit gates as well as the walk-thru gates work properly? Also, there's an exit sign hanging on my a thread in the garage that's been like that for over a month now. Not to mention, there are webs and dust in majority of the corner walls in the hallways. Plus, front office staff isn't always the friendliest or most welcoming; I had very high hopes for this property, it feels like anywhere you go for an apartment everyone is the same, and I just hope they can evolve to establishing better practices & upkeep.

The community is good. I appreciate the events being held but some are so limited in times that it does not work for all residents. Staff can be a little bit more friendly when residents bring a concern to their attention.

Kierra was a great leasing professional. Hope to make vista our new home. Nice community & the upkeep is nice. There is a parking garage so you park on the floor you live on. Ample guest parking too. Tour the grounds for yourself.
